More glowing strings wrapped around your body, making your escape pointless. Unknown to you, A portal started to form under your feet. "What the hell is that?! Itsuki, I'm sure that's not normal!" Ashton stated, pointing below your feet.
"The portal?! I can't control portals!!"
"Portal?! What port- AHH!" Y/n suddenly fell through the portal, the looks on the Gods' faces were the last thing you saw before you got transported to an entirely new place.
Well, not really. She's just... Falling?

Explaining time! Technically Y/n was in the sky to begin with but now she's in the actual sky. As in, she's falling. Yeah, no parachute or anything just falling to her doom, fun.
Did I forget to mention that she is falling? Where is the screaming?
"AHHHHHHHH I'M FALLING!! WHY AM I GOING TO DIE AGAIN? IS THIS A FLIPING JOKE?!?!
Ah, here are the lovely screams.
Screams of terror escape Y/n's mouth as she spins through the air. Many thoughts were going through her mind and the wind was rushing through her hair as she descended below. As she closed her eyes in fear, some tears escaped her eyes, getting a bit dizzy.
"Come on, please don't make this my death this death is even lamer than the first...."Such a mood Y/n, anyway; Y/n opened her eyes again, seeing an island of some sort nearby. 'Welp, goodbye to my second life that hasn't even started yet,' Y/n let out a sigh, closing her eyes and wiping her tears.
'This is it, I'm going to die...again' Y/n thought bitterly but soon some strange relief came over her and she opened her eyes to see a beautiful pair of white feathery wings on her back. The wind was rushing through her hair as she descended below.
"....EH?! W-wings?!" Y/n's voice echoed as she was stumped at the sight. Y/n looked in disbelief at the wings that had erupted from her back. She had only seen things like this in movies and her dreams. It was unrealistic!
'Well Y/n, you got to do something so you don't fall to your death'. She worries as she tries to think of a way to save herself.
"Still! I have wings! hah! So cool...not the time! what do I do?...uhm.. let's see... " Y/n spoke to herself as she instinctively reached back, touching the wings with her hand. They felt so real and so soft. The strange sensation in her chest was like she was about to have a heart attack, but at the same time, she felt an immense feeling of elation and excitement. This was ecstatic!
'So I have wings...' Y/n looked at them as she carefully traced them, 'It seems unreal...These could help me survive right...?'
Right?
"Let's give it a shot then, ok...try and control it..."
Y/n tries to flap her wings slowly and like it was on instinct, she flaps her wings and she starts to soar through the sky. "I'm flying!" Y/n yelled in amazement at her new skill, doing loops and spins in the sky as she started laughing uncontrollably.
She looks down, sees the island, and starts to aim for it, as she approaches, she manages to angle her wings just right and glides toward it just right.
"So...how do I stop?" She muttered as she then was greeted by a tree right to the face, making her fall on her bottom due to impact.
"Ouch...That's one way to stop I guess..." Y/n sighs, rubbing her face a bit a taking out the leaves from her hair.
"Well, that was once in a lifetime experience.."
She breathes heavily, looking around the area and then back at the feathery wings on her back.
"I'm not hallucinating, am I? Otherwise, this is some serious f-ed up stuff..."
Standing up, observe her surroundings. Y/n landed near the edge of a forest. A very pretty forest.
There were beautiful colored flowers and vibrant colored leaves that looked like it came out of an artwork. Admiring the environment around her, she looked behind, observing the flowers once more before she realized something.
"....yeah, I'm hallucinating."
Her wings disappeared, yay. She looks normal now. But that's not the thing she looking at. It's her shadow. It's small. Like a kid. Y/n pinches herself and...it hurt.
"WAIT A MINUTE. I'M A GODDAMM CHILD?!"
Even with her late reaction she still panics. Y/n brings her hands in front of her, they are small, and childlike. Her whole body was that of a child.
"How am I a child?! I was in my normal 17-year-old body before! Am I supposed to relive my childhood or something?!"
Something snapped in her. "Relive my childhood? That's a good idea. I'll live this life like every isekai anime I watched! I'll be extremely overpowered! And complete my best friends' and parents' wishes! To get a partner!...maybe I'll hold back on that for a bit..."
Thinking it over, she nods to herself. "Technically my body is small like a kid so I would be stupid to start dating at this age, right? Heh."
Even with her sudden declaration, she was now... an orphan. Well, it seems she didn't realize that, but aren't most Isekai MCs orphans? We'll never know.
Well, now we see a child Y/n strolling around the forest for a bit more before she soon discovers a dirt pathway.
"Ohh! Where does this way go?" She thought out loud as she walked along the path leading her out of the forest. The path continued downhill where there was a town or city of some sort.
"Oh! A town! Let's see if they can help me,"
Y/n skipped down the path and entered the busy city. Some kids ran past with a ball, kicking it.
A boy stopped for a bit, staring at Y/n with widened eyes. Y/n looked at him in confusion, tilting her head as the brunette snapped out of his little daydream. Taking a step forward with sparkling eyes.
"Your eyes are really pretty! What's your name? I haven't seen you around here before!"
Y/n's eyes widen at the compliment before her bubbly personality reveals itself.
"Ah! My name is Y/n! And you are?"
The boy jumps with excitement, seeing he is getting somewhere. "Liam! My name is Liam! Come play with us! You are now my new friend!"
Y/n nods happily, getting some friends was a good idea after all. Learning a thing or two about this world wouldn't be bad after all.
The boy, Liam as she knows grabs her wrist and brings her over to the rest of the kids. They all looked at Y/n in confusion before Liam cleared up the confusion. Well, after they knew they were more than enough, extremely joyful.

"Oi! Pass here!"
Y/n called out as her teammate passed her the ball. She gave the ball one big kick and....Score! Y/n scores the final point and she wins!"Good job Y/n! You're a natural!" Y/n grins at the compliment. Well, she did play soccer in 5th grade.
"Thanks!" Liam smiled and then looked at the sky, the sun was setting. "Aww! The sun is setting. It's getting late, can I play with you tomorrow Y/n?"
"Of course!"
The other kids soon said their goodbyes to each other, separating and walking different ways as Y/n sat down on a nearby bench near the edge of the open field.
'Why am I here alone?...oh.'
".....I don't have parents here do I?"
As she starts to realize she's an orphan — we already discussed that before but Y/n has a late reaction. Someone needs to whack some sense into her.— she starts questioning some things.
Leaning back on the bench, she lets out a big sigh. "What am I supposed to do? I don't even know if this world has powers or not. I don't have a home either...I really should have thought this through."
Suddenly there was a lot of commotion coming from the city center. Curious as she always was, she jumps down from the bench and makes her way down to the center. "Pirates! Pirates are attacking! Take your wives and children and run!!" The man yells, running passed Y/n.
'Pirates?' Y/n thought, her gaze at the town which was being torn to shreds. "I got to help!" Y/n runs down, panicked. "That's the Liam and his friends' home!" Concerned for her newfound friends she starts looking around the city.
"Ah! Please spare me! I have a child!" I woman nearby cried as the pirate smirked wickedly."No can do lady. If you were younger maybe I would have kept you to play with but you're going to die here." The pirate brought down his sword only to be stopped by Y/n and a random pipe she found.
Not surprised, she's the MC after all.
"Hey! Don't hurt these people! Are you alright?" The woman nods as she thanks her and runs off with her baby in her hands.
"You made me lose my prey! You stupid brat! You're going to pay!!" He tried to slash Y/n but she dodged and whacked him on the side of the head making him pass out. She did self-defense in her first life, so what? She did a lot of things but never really found one that stick.
She takes to sword from him ties him up and leans him against the wall. "Okay! I figured out what I was going to do! I'm gonna save this town! Definitely! These pirates are not that hard to knock out anyway." Okay! She found a decent goal, let's see where this goes.
Finishing her business with that one pirate she starts dealing with the others as well. Beating them before tying them as well as also helping some people who are injured and stuck. She gained a few cuts and bruises during it but it didn't bother her.
Tying up all the passed-out pirates together she starts looking for the captain. 'Captains are supposed to be strong right? would I be able to beat I'm? Who knows, I'm still gonna give it a shot.'

"Haha! You really thought you could take me on? Captain Jelly of the blue-haired pirates?! Fool!" The captain laughed as Y/n pants as she tried to hold herself up straight, all battened up and bruised. Turns out challenging a captain wasn't a good idea after all.
'Ugh, my body is aching everywhere, why did I think this was a good idea?' She complains mentally as she leans on the sword for support.
"Well, seems like your luck ran out." The captain smirked but then looked around. "even though you're just a brat you managed to take out all my men, they must have been really weak if they lost against you. Those fools, I'll just get more men to replace them!"
'Hmm? why am I feeling sleepy? ah, right. I'm dying again. such for having a dream...'
"Looks like you're just about done. let us finish this shall we?" Captain Jelly spoke as his sword edged closer to Y/n's neck as she slowly entered the darkness, her eyes closing. 'I can't dodge that...this is the end.'
'You're wrong.'
'Dreams don't die.'
'And you are that dream.'
'So, live on. '
'Auto change. Fighting mode: on. Continue dreaming, young princess.'
As his sword was about to slice her neck Captain Jelly's sword clashed with another, Y/n, her eyes, wide open, and menacingly looking at him dead in the eyes.
Captain Jelly flew back, from impact. trying to balance himself as he looked at the moving body of Y/n.
'No, she just passed out, I'm supposed to end her! Then why, why is she looking at me with those hypnotic sinister eyes?!'
He stared at her for a moment, something changed. She didn't seem the same. Her eyes now had some unexplainable purple glow to them, it made her seem stronger, unbeatable. He hated that.
"Hah! Don't get cocky brat! I'll get you this time!" The captain, practically screamed at her as he charged at her again, and again, and again. All the swings just got dodged and blocked. The captain was out of breath.
It has been minutes after all.
After one last desperate attack which was dodged, the captain collapsed.
Someone won against him. A child. A child won. Against him, the man who has a 10 million berri bounty. And that fact made him even more furious.
Y/n's cold eyes surveyed the area. It wasn't Y/n. Who was it?
Her eyes caught on a rope and used that rope to tie the passed-out captain. She gathered up all the other captured pirates and put them in the town center. And she did all of this without a word.
After all of this, her body fell to the ground and passed out for real.

Hello! I'm back! School started and I was just getting used to it again! I hope you like this chapter, a lot of stuff going on, I know so I'll just let you enjoy this image without my rambling!
P.S. I have a whole heap of ideas for new fics but I haven't started on the plot yet so I might post the first chapter for one of them but no promises!
