"Really? Choso?" Yuki sighed as her and y/n watched the black haired male interact with nanami the first year, the two friends peeking over the edge of a wall
"What do you mean really?? Look at him!" You giggled watching your classmate tuck a bit of his loose hair behind his ear
"I love him but isn't he like, super emo though?" Yuki grimaced, fixing her cargo like pants and running a finger through her hair, the two best friends now hiding behind the wall as they watched their friend in secret
She wasn't wrong, everything about Choso screamed emo, his voice, his style that consisted of graphic T shirts of foreign bands that only he yuki and you knew about his eyebrow and lip piercings, he's nose and ear peircings, the scar he had over his nose from an accident, his posters in his room, the two guitars he had hung up that barely anyone was allowed to touch. The only reason he wasn't getting harassed by Gojo and geto like nanami did was because he scared them to death
"So? That makes him even cuter" You grinned
"You just like losers" Yuki snickered
"I can't even deny that" You shrugged "but he's hardworking, respectful and handsome. He's everything" You grinned jumping up and down, your defined Afro moving with you
"Hey! Your hair isn't fully dry yet! You just got curling cream in my eyes!" Yuki huffed
"Huh? You're always flicking me with your hair" you retorted
"I do no such thing!" Yuki frowned
"Nah you do" you grinned yuji lightly pushing you making the two of you fall out of your hiding space
"You idiot!!" You yelled as Yuki who only gave you a playful shrug
"L/n" Nanami said politely greeting his senior "Kento I told you not to call me that, just call me [Name]" you smiled
"Hey Nanamin! Hey Choso!" Yuki grinned, the black haired male turning his attention to his two friends
"Hey Yuki," Choso said putting his hands in his pockets making his way towards you two
"Hello [Name]" he continued a small smirk on his face as subconsciously fixing his posture. "Hi Choso!" You said with a big smile admiring his figure
When you'd first met Choso, he was a around 5'7 notably scrawnier and extremely resrved, always keeping his hair in two spiky buns. But then you grew up and so did he, he was no longer the fifteen year old boy you'd met on the first week of jujutsu tech
His features had sharpened, shoulders broadening. His hair had grown longer, falling into his boyish, scarred face in a way that rendered you entirely breathless..He had become a man.
Even looking at him now with his long black hair falling onto his shoulders, a towel placed around his neck, you could tell he'd come back from the gym and you loved it
"Her uniform really suits her.." Choso thought as his eyes lingered on your figure. Your uniform consisted of a long sleeveless slit skirt that was high collared, yoir jujutsu high pin on her right side of your collar
"I was looking for you two" Choso sighed the two girls making their way towards him. "Really? You should've called" Yuki yawned Nanami saying goodbye to his upper class men and going to find Haibara
"Choso do you ever sleep? Your eye bags are getting worser" You tutted "I do sleep, they just don't go away" Choso answered
"I have an eye cream you can use" Yuki sated
"Anyways why were you looking for us?" You questioned, the three of you getting snacks from the vending machine. "There's a new horror movie out, wanna go watch it?" Choso stated "let's get sushi afterwards!!" You cheered wanting to try out the new splendid sushi restaurant that opened
"What screening times are there?" Yuki questioned "there's one at five it'll end at around quarter to eight" Choso said "Isn't that late though? We'll be back at like eleven and I don't feel like dealing with the old man" You sighed referring to Yaga
"We're eighteen, not fifteen! We don't need to worry about what he thinks!" Yuki huffed "you say that but when he summons us you'll be shaking in your boots" Choso snickered
"You're the one who wears boots!" Yuki barked
"We'll just blame it on her and he'll punch her instead" You shrugged
"I hate you two!!" Yuki screamed as you and Choso got up
"Let's go Choso before she catches us!!" You laughed grabbing the boy and running away as Yuki chased after you two
"Maybe my eyes aren't as good as everyone says but isn't that the forth years?" Gojo said as he geto and shoko watched the three friends run around in circles, y/n mostly dragging Choso as Yuki trailed behind them throwing her can at them but accidentally hitting Yaga
"Oi! You three!!" Yaga shouted making the three young adults scream and run in the opposite direction
"I'm not gonna punish you!! I have a mission for you three" Yaga gruffed, the three friends coming to a hault
"Oh okay" Choso shrugged
"But we had plans" You groaned
"Do we really have to do it" Yuki frowned
"Don't be lazy" Choso sighed hitting both over the head "depending on where it is we can still make it to the screening, and if we can't we'll go to the one at half seven" Choso suggested
"Why didn't I think of that?" You huffed "let's get sweets on the way there as a well done" Yuki smiled
"That's the year of prodigies?" Shoko grumbled as they watched the forth years antics "two special grades and a first grade yet they act like kids" Gojo sighed "wait, why are we speaking??" He said out loud as the three of them burst out laughing
"We're way worse!!" He cackled
"Yeah but have you seen those three when they're mad?? It scared the living daylights out of me" Geto shuddered
"Especially [Name] she's scary" Shoko frowned as the three of them went their separate ways leaving the third years with Yaga
"It's noting too serious" Yaga began as he walked around the compound with his students explaining the mission to them "it's just three special grade curses that have been terrorising a nearby temple and kidnapping some of the monks there"
"The higher ups requested you three because the sheer size of these curses is more suited to you guy's techniques" Yaga stated
"Alright" You yawned getting your deck of cards ready
"Where exactly is this mission?" Choso questioned unknowingly resting his head on your shoulder, something that wouldn't go unnoticed by yuki who took a quick picture of you two
"It's only a twenty minute drive from here, why? Do you have plans" Yaga questioned "yeah we're gonna go see a horror movie" You vocalised "we should be done by five" Yuki stretched

"Do Jelly fish have brains?" Yuki wondered out loud and you and Choso turned to look at her "wait, I don't know actually" you shrugged "Choso do they or do they not?"
"How am I supposed to know?" Choso questioned "because you're smart" You answered taking a bite out of the rice ball you'd bought from the corner shop on your way to the temple
"I am?" Choso mumbled
"Duh! You're always helping yuki with her homework, and you're super strong" You grinned as yuki cleared her throat
"Ahem" she said holding up her phone "this you?" She grinned showing the picture of the two of you from earlier "Oh yeah it is. Yuki how did you get that?" Choso hummed seemingly unfazed
"You're so annoying" You sighed trying to swipe away the blondes phone giving up and taking a mug of her "Nooo [Name] delete that!!" Yuki whined as you showed Choso the picture
"Nah" you said blowing a kiss at her as you hid behind Choso
"Why did they make us walk anyways? I get they're short on drivers but we can all legally drive" Choso sighed "yeah but since Gojo hijacked principal Gakuganjis car and crashed it, students haven't been allowed to drive" You explained
"I forgot he did that.." Yuki hummed, the three friends sharing a comfortable silence as they continued walking towards the temple

"Yeah this is the place" You said as you closed your light pink bedazzled flip phone, the matching phone chains the three of you shared dangling on the side
"It's almost deserted.." Yuki said scrunching up her nose as the three tread cautiously
"Our windows probably evacuated everyone they could before the mission, but this place is huge.." Choso frowned
"Then let's split up!" Yuki stated
"Nuh uh! The black people are always the first ones to die first when a group splits up! I have so much more to do with my life!" You said shaking your head
"[Name] you're not gonna die" Choso sighed "if something goes wrong just call us" He finished, placing a hand on your shoulder
"Okay" you cheesed, Yuki shaking her head at you two
"Alright, I'll take the far end of the estate" You said, waving goodbye to your friends
"See you two later" Yuki grinned also walking away "where am I supposed to go?" Choso thought for a second looking around

Choso made his way through the temple haphazardly looking for a curse, despite being a grade one, due to having to support yuji and his grandfather, Choso didn't have much lefts to his name other than the ¥30,000 he saved each month
Unless you were someone like Mei Mei, getting a decent amount of money was hard, and Choso was more of a minimal wage minimal effort type of guy, unless civilians got involved, he hated the idea of someone being stripped away from their loved ones and dying a senseless death
And even though the pay wasn't good it would get better, and [Name] always shared her fees with him despite his protests
She was just nice like that, if he could be half the person she was he'd be content
And her hair always looked amazing, sometimes she'd even match with him and do space buns, allowing him and Yuki to try and slick down her hair
"She's great" Choso said to himself as the sound of his phone ringing caught his attention
"Hello?" He sighed in his usual voice "Hey Choso" your voice spoke from the other line "[Name!?]" Choso spluttered subconsciously walking faster
"Wait is something wrong??" Choso asked remembering he had told her to call him if something bad happened, but she didn't sound distressed
"Nah just checking on you, have you exorcised any curses yet?" You asked playing with a piece of your hair "Nah not yet, what about you?" Choso replied "Me neither, hey do y-" you began before the smell of blood and a huge wave of cursed energy made you stop dead in your tracks
"You good?" Choso asked "Nah I'm fine, I'll call you back" You sighed, hanging up and entering the room to find a cursed spirit that had taken the form of a man, say comfortably on a red pillow, the entire room was painted red and three corpses of monks lay lifeless on the floor, the curse chewing on one of their arms
"Oh a woman!" The curse grinned resting its head on its hand "I haven't consumed female flesh in a while, it is much sweeter" The curse grinned as a vein began to appear on your face
"Oh! Where are my manners! Takumi" the curse winked
"Are you not gonna tell me your name sweetheart?" It frowned "Nah, trash like you shouldn't get that privilege" You smiled as the curse tried to catch you off guard, squeezing your shoulder
"You should watch your tone" it sneered as you used your fist to slam its face into the wall
"Just shut up" You sighed as the curse created bone like spikes from the ground attempting to attack you to which you avoided grabbing his head and throwing him into his own spikes allowing him to be impaled by his own creation
"That's quite embarrassing actually" You grinned taking out your deck of cards and shuffling them. "I actually have somewhere I have to be" you explained as Takumi tried to connect a punch to your face to which you managed to avoid with each hit, still focused on shuffling your cards
"So let's make this quick" You smiled "X-factor" you said in English holding up a king of spades as the curse slowing began to get sucked into the card, his screams coming to an end
"Rest in peace" you frowned looking at the mangled corpses
"Sorry I'm late, I was calling Yaga to tell him we were done" You said as you met your two friends at the gate
"I was worried about you, you weren't answering your phone and you ended the call abruptly" Choso said pinching the bridge of his scarred nose "Sorryyy, I came across a curse" You sighed noticing yuki who was wearing a smirk and raising her eyebrows up and down
"Are you two alright though?" You asked "Yeah, it was easy" Yuki grinned "it wasn't too bad" Choso shrugged him and yuki feeling you place your arms around both their shoulders "then let's go see the movie!!" You grinned linking arms with both of them, you and yuki skipping ahead while Choso refused to saying he "wasn't a little kid"
