I'm sorry I haven't updated in awhile. I've had a bad case of the writers block but I'm here now.
Michael P.O.V
As I sit here and listen to Ed Sheeran's version of Trap Queen over and over again, I hear my phone ring and look at the caller ID, it being Calum. I quickly answer the phone and say hello. No response until I heard talking in the background, this ass butt dialed me. It's muttered but I hear Luke with him as well.
I pause my future husband so I can hear them talking, okay I'm nosey but that's okay. I begin to listen then Luke started to speak. What I heard made me so happy. Cake is real and now I don't have to worry about Calum never getting his chance.
After that I hung up the phone and unpaused the beautiful man. If I didn't have Ashton I would so go after Ed. if only this man knew who I was.
I decided to continue listening while I make food waiting for Ashton to come over. I begin to wonder what to make and then I decide to make the best creation on earth, pizza. I open the frozen pizza box & preheat the oven. After is preheated I pop it in and wait 30 minutes.
I wait for it to cook while distracting myself with singing along to the song and dancing around like a child. I hear a knock on the door and I automatically knew who it was. I unlock and open the door to see the love of my life, Ashton Irwin. He stands there happy looking wearing an Iron Maiden shirt with a pair of skinny jeans and vans. He's so beautiful. He locks our lips together for a brief moment before breaking.
"I smell pizza" Ashton looks at me with happiness. He grabs my hand and pulls me to the iPod dock and restarts the song and asks me to dance with him. I nod in agreement. This is what I love. As we dance he whispers things in my ear like 'I love you' and how beautiful I am and that he's never gonna leave me.
We soon come to a stop due to the oven beeping, signaling the pizza was done. I begin to walk to the kitten but Ashton grabs my wrist and speaks.
"I'll get it, you wait here" he walks off and I tell him thank you. He yells for me and sits two plates down with two pieces on each plate. We take a seat and start a conversation.
"Babe.." He looks at me and our eyes lock.
"Yes love?" I ask him with an expression that shows confusion.
"You know I love you right?" I look at him still as confused as ever.
"Of course I do. Why do you ask?" I can't shake the feeling that something bad is about to happen. I don't know what I'd do if he leaves me even though he just stated moments ago he wouldn't.
"Michael, we've been together for almost two years now and I know I've fucked up so many times before but you're my whole world and I need to talk to you about something important" he came to a stop and I looked at him waiting for him to continue
"Well" I looked at him and stated.
"Eat your food and we will talk when we're done."
We are in silence after that. We finished 10 minutes later, I ate slow due to being lost in my thoughts of what Ashton had to tell me. Maybe he was moving, maybe he did something horrible and had to run from the cops. I was thinking of all the things he could have done this time.
"Okay Ash were done tell me." I began to pester him wanting to know.
"Not right now,the dishes need to be done" I begin to grow annoyed with the action. He walks to the sink and starts doing the dishes. I don't know why he keeps doing all this stuff for me.
Fifteen minutes later then he insists we watch a movie. He chooses transformers. We've seen this movie so many times already and he's pushing it back. The movie finishes finally.
"Ashton" I look at him
"I know I know" he looks at me with sad eyes. I began to worry more.
"Ashton what is it?" I ask with wordiness behind my voice.
"Michael you're the best thing that's ever ever happened to me and I haven't been the best boyfriend to you and yet you put up with me after everything" he stops.
"Ashton you can be an ass sometimes but if be lost without you-" he cuts me off.
"Let me finish Mikey" I nod.
"As I was saying, you put up with me and you deserve so much more than what I can give you but as you said, I'd be lost without you and I just can't loose you" he stops again then pulls something out of his pocket, I can't tell what it is. He tells me to stand up, I do as he says and he gets on one knee. I knew what was happening
I cover my mouth in shock and feel like I can't breathe but I take a deep breath and let him talk.
"Michael I know we're still in high school but this is our last year and I just needed to do this now. You're everything I've ever wanted so I'm asking you this now. Will you marry me?" I stand him up and kiss him passionately.
"I'm gonna take that as a yes?"
"That's a yes Ashton. A thousand times yes" and with that he kisses me again and I could stay like this forever lost in his kiss.
"Michael, can we watch another movie?"
"Yes love"
He picks another movie and it ended up being The Lego Movie but he soon falls asleep in my arms and I looked at him in awe before I fell asleep myself.
