Harry Potter and all related works are owned by JK Rowling. I make no money off this and the only character I own is Walter Torchwick.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

He grew up with stories of magic. Watching movies, playing games that had magic involved. When he died of a stress induced heartattack, followed by a stroke, he knew that was it. Then he came back. All his memories came at once and the shock created a fire. For now he was reborn as a wizard. A orphan that had known nothing other than the orphanage since he was brought there as a newborn. With it now burned down and he fled to the streets, the mind of a forty year old grown man in a six year old body. Realizing what this meant he began to train himself. He started with meditation and attempted to organize his thoughts. In two years time he had created a virtual kingdom inside his mind. The second thing he attempted was trying to levitate objects, magically picking locks and cast illusions. After another year he made progress and decided to move to reading minds as well as sensing his surroundings by use his magic as a type of sonar. This took a further two years.

To stay alive to the age of eleven he took to stealing, pickpocketing and burglary. Using his shape shifting abilities he robbed people by impersonating them to make withdrawals from banks or commit robberies. This have him a fair bit of wealth. When a barn owl dropped off a letter to him in the abandoned church he now lives in, he lept to his feet and made his way towards London.

Several trips in taxis later and the orange haired boy with vibrant green eyes stares at a cobbler wall in The Leaky Cauldron. Soon he is walking down Diagon Alley, pickpocketing, stealing pouches and asking for directions to Gringotts. Once inside he quickly walks up to a goblin teller and asks to open a vault and to exchange his currency. In a matter of moments a relatively short goblin with thick black hair and a crooked nose escorts him to the back.

"Name and age."

Smiling at the surly goblin, the boy replies.

"Walter Torchwick my good sir. My age physically is eleven, however my soul is fifty one."

"Reincarnation. Hmm. The exchange rates are twenty percent", the goblin smiles nastily.

"How about instead of robbing me we make a deal. I get my vault on a twenty percent discount, you take five percent for the exchange rate and I give you thirty percent of my next entry. As a motion of good faith, I'll give you this."

Two bags of brown leather are dropped onto the table. The greedy goblin looks inside to see a fair bit of gold coins. Said goblin quickly pockets the bags and smiles.

"This transaction never happened the way and you now have a vault Misser Torchwick."

"It's a pleasure doing business with you Misser, forgive my manners I never got your name."

"Ripthroat."

"Mister Ripthroat. Now then," eight more bags hit the table and six wallets as well as a bookbag full of jewelry.

"You can have half the jewelry, but first let's do some business with these fat and lazy wizards."

The two can feel that this is the beginning of a wonderful partnership.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Having left Gringotts with some pep in his step, Walter wondered off towards a clothing store, once more pickpocketing the fat and lazy that didn't bother placing charms on their belongings. He paid for eight sets of formal robes with his ill gotten money before heading out to round out his shopping, even collecting a carrion raven as a familiar. He made a stop back at the Leaky Cauldron to rent a room, rob a few other rooms and people, and eat. Walter then went out to a clothing store to buy a new set of outfits.

Walter purchased a white duster that he keeps strapped to his black slacks and he leaves the rear vent open. The duster itself is closed though his dark brown dress shoes clack against the cobblestone. Atop his head is a black bowler hat with a burnt orange band that has a crow feather slipped in. His long orange hair is styled now to slip back and is held by a white scrunchy just below his neck in a ponytail. All in all he looks like a member of noble house instead of a street urchin. Now comes the wand, the final item on his list.

Walter's raven is perched on imperiously on the elbow length of the thief's duster cape. Many turn to stare at the duo as they pass by, trying to figure out which family he hails from. The eyes of the public follow him all the way to Ollivander's shop. Once Walter is inside the dusty and dark shop he is confronted by a man with stringy white hair and madness in his eyes.

"Hmm... curious. I don't recognize any of your family."

"Mundane born good sir. Here to recieve my wand. I'm right handed."

Walter has plans to learn wandlessly, yet he knows he needs a wand for show. Best get one suited for the job.

"Hmm, I'll be right back."

True to his word Ollivander quickly returns with a box. The dogwood almost bounds. So Ollivander is off again. Then again. Then again. Until finally he returns with a wand made of sycamore. As soon as Walter touches it, the response is immediate. This is the wand for him.

"Thirteen inches, vinewood with the heartstring of dragon. This is a good wand for the those that seek a greater purpose. Supple flexibility."

"A great wand then. Very nice. It feels... like apart of myself."

"Odd that it feels that way already, though not to be unexpected. You two were destined for one another it seems."

Once he leaves the shop, Walter frowns. He walks to the Leaky Cauldron and changes into an exact look alike for Roman Torchwick, even going as far as to look older, before dawning a black duster with an elbow length cape, a black hat that wouldn't have looked out of place on a plague doctor. He places on his black slacks and rich Hungarian Horntail skin boots and gloves. His ebony cane with a silver jack-o-lantern as a handke seems to twinkle in the dim light. His plan requires a lot of charm, and the blue blood wizards are charmed only by power and wealth. So he has to look powerful and wealthy.

He walks down Knockturn Alley briskly before finding one of his targets. Edmund Parkinson, portly fellow with a pug nose and a burned mark on his left cheek. Apparently Mad-Eye Moody caught the man's face on fire before arresting the Lord Parkinson years ago. Said Lord claimed to have been Imperiused to escape justice. Now he has to contend with Roman Torchwick of the Torchwick Crime Family. Something that will become a known name in the near future.

"Good evening Lord Parkinson", the greeting seemed friendly enough, but the lone visible eye showed not but malice.

"Do I, know you?"

"No, no, no! Not as such. You see I'm quite new to the area and was hoping we could talk business. Of course I can always set an appointment with your secretary although it might be faster to talk now and clear this up without prying eyes of a secretary."

"What business could you have with me?", the man might be lazy, but he is wary of a friendly tone of a person he doesn't know.

"Well Lord Parkinson, let's begin with that I work with Gringotts as an auditor and accountant and there seems to have been some... misplaced payments concerning withdrawals. I was sent as a liason to inform you. Now would you like to air dirty laundry on the street or someplace quiet."

Edmund knew that wasn't a request. This man is basically a bounty hunter, a thug, on Gringotts payroll. Leading the man into a nearby pub and settling close to the back, Walter waits for the man to take a sip of his whiskey.

"Lord Parkinson, I'll be frank with you so I don't waste your time, or mine. Your not alone in overdrafts. Many of your colleagues are and it's becoming a nuisance so, how about a deal. You pay back twenty percent and give tell me of a way to make your more... stubborn friends pay their debts, or Gringotts starts auctioning of properties to repay your debt. Such as that lovely little vineyard you just bought your wife. Or your vacation home just south of Verdun."

The portly man began to sweat. If those were taken his reputation wouldn't take a hit as no one outside his household knows about those properties. But his wife and daughter would not be pleased.

"And then there is always the option of taking the money directly out of your daughter's dowry."

That can't happen. Lucius Malfoy would destroy his reputation, his name and then send assassins to force a suicide. No, this couldn't happen.

And so Parkinson sqauked. He told everything he knew, save that his friends were never Imperiused. All the while, Walter listened carefully.

"Glad to do business with you. Make sure you pay your debt or I'll be back. And next time, I'll take some digits."

Parkinson can only nod in fear. This man is a monster.

Walter is sitting on the train across from one Harry Potter. So why not use this opportunity to befriend the first year and quickly plot out how to use the boy's connections to network his way into social circles.

"Greetings I am Walter Torchwick, a pleasure to meet you."

"Um, thanks?"

"No, no that simply won't do. Your the heir to a Lordship, to a seat in the Ministry. You sir, are a Noble. Best start acting like one. I suppose I should coach you. Though why you don't know any of this is beyond."

"I was raised by muggles."

"Ah, yes. That would be why. Well, then, allow me to introduce you to a whole new world. Firstly, Malfoy isn't trust worthy, though don't act like he is an enemy. His family is rich and powerful so don't be rash. You don't have to befriend him just remember that his father can make things very difficult for you. Now then, onto another point, as Harry Potter your famous and that means you'll attract the attention of people looking to get famous by association. Next, there are four houses at Hogwarts and each is important. Gryffindor typically produces law makers, Aurors, the odd politician and jocks and is full of either the brave or stupid. Hufflepuff is well rounded but full hardworkers and people who are loyal, if you make a Hufflepuff friend, their a friend for life. Ravenclaw are studious and often self absorbed, they are smart sheep so don't expect much. Slytherin are cunning, ambitious and usually politically minded. Believe me you don't want to owe them any favors. Now, you'll probably here how these or that house is the best, just know thar is bullocks. They're all the same. Now, I believe I'll be in Slytherin. How about you?"

Just the a red headed boy entires and asks to stay. The moment he sees the scar on Harry's head the boy immediately announces who he is. Not realizing he is making Harry uncomfortable. Walter already has plans for Ronald if he makes too much of a nuisance of himself. A little later, just as the three boys were discussing quidditch, a bushy haired girl wanders in and asks if they've seen a toad.

"Nope, sorry. But let me try something. What is the boy's name?"

"Neville Longbottom, why?"

"It's a surprise. According Neville Longbottom's toad! A moment later a large toad lands in Walter's outstretched hand. The girl is amazed.

"Greetings my name is Walter Torchwick, adopted son of Roman Torchwick."

Walter clasps her right hand in his and gently kisses the back of her hand before placing the toad in her arms.

"Hermione Granger", she stutters.

"A beautiful name. Now then we can talk later. First you should take the toad back to his owner."

"Ah, uh, ok."

Once the door shut, Walter turned to the others.

"She is so shy. Well, we'll be at Hogwarts Station shortly, we should probably get into our uniforms."

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

This is going unexpectedly well. Just after they had dressed themselves a blond boy bursts into the cabin rather rudely. His excitement is so obvious that it would be cute, if not for the fact that the boy is obviously so self absorbed. His immediate question if Harry Potter is on the train.

"A little presumptuous to eh. You have yet to introduce yourself properly and you are demanding someone else introduce themselves first, even after barging into the compartment without knocking."

The blond boy flushed a deep red before apologizing.

"I am Malfoy. Draco Malfoy."

"There we are. I am Walter Torchwick, adopted son of Roman Torchwick, an... accountant employed by Gringotts."

"I am Harry Potter."

"No, no, no Mister Potter. You introduce your family name first, then your given name. Please don't take offense, Dumbledore saw fit to leave him with muggles", Walter explains.

Then the red haired boy stands up with a red face from having been ignored.

"I am Ronald Weasley! And you snakes have best stop ignoring me!"

"Or what? What are you going to do? Draw your wand, yell, attack us with your fists? You, Weasley are being rude. You should know better than to simply barge into someone else's conversation. Now, we are almost upon Hogwarts Station. Give one reason I should tolerate your rude behavior."

Ronald stared at the other three with anger before sitting down quietly.

"You said I have to introduce my family name first, but you didn't?"

"Of course not Mister Potter, I am the adopted son of a commoner, you on the other hand are the heir to a Noble House and a future member of the Wizengamont. You are a part of a much larger world and most learn how to play the game of bureaucracy", Walter gives the raven haired boy a look filled with patience.

"Oh, so your going to help me?"

"Well, yes and no. You see, as a commoner I don't know much however I can aid you with sine things. Mister Malfoy here would be better suited the games politics play. In turn I will teach the face, the patience and the mind of a businessman. You need both to succeed."

"And what would you know that I couldn't teach Potter."

Malfoy barely saw it. In an eye blink he was suddenly staring at the ceiling. Walter had drawn his wand before he could even follow.

"That. I can teach him that. In fact I can teach you both. My father taught me defensive techniques and aided me in learning so many fun combat spells. I can also teach you both how to read a person. Now then, we must embark. Hogwarts awaits."

The slowing of the train tells the group that Walter is right. As they leave, Walter smirks from his place in front of them. His plan already working.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Reading ahead and practicing wandlessly allowed Walter to place a subtle compulsion spell upon Hermione that would drive her to be the best witch in Hogwarts history as well as the first muggleborn Minister of Magic. He knows that those traits will cause her to be sorted into Slytherin. He would then mold her to be the best she could possibly be.

And then he sits back to watch as the Sorting Ceremony begins. He casts a subtle spell on the twin Weasleys and the Gryffindor table. It is set to go off when the feast ends. Then he watches as Hermione takes a seat on the stool as a raggedy brown hat is placed on her head. After a few minutes it shouts Slytherin causing quite the stir as gasps of shock and outrage resound. Torchwick just smirks and waits.

Malfoy goes to Slytherin and soon Harry is called. The hat barely touches his head before announcing Slytherin. After a long wait, Walter is called. No great fanfare as with Potter. As soon as the hat touches his scalp, it goes silent.

A reincarnate, very rare. And how ambitious."

"Thank Mister Hat. Now then, you know where I belong."

"Yes I do. I almost feel sorry for them."

"Better be, SLYTHERIN!"

The only ones to clap are Harry, Draco and Hermione. That's fine, it's better for Walter that he fades into obscurity. His plans rely on going unnoticed. Well, one of his plans do anyways.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

"Step lively. Come on."

A Head Boy whose name escapes Walter's memory at the moment is leading the first years to their House in the Dungeon. Once inside Walter sees windows looking out at the Black Lake and green tapestries with their House sigil hanging from the ceiling. The marble fireplace, black leather furniture decorate the room. Stairs in the back lead to either the boy's or girl's dormitories. Home for the next seven years.

There to greet them is a greasy haired, man in black with a beak like nose. The lanky man stands like a statue. Yet his eyes glared and followed them. Or his his glared and followed Potter. A grudge perhaps? Obviously not against Harry, they've just met. One of his parents perhaps. Hmm, curious.

"My name is Severus Snape, I am the Potion Master of Hogwarts as well as your Head of House. You will all be learning how to brew potions in my class. Before we set House rules I want to make a few things clear. Outside this dungeon you must show a united front. The other Houses have a strong dislike of Slytherin so we must stick together. Defend each other outside the safety of the dungeon. The rules are as follows. Bullying in House will not be tolerated. Missing class or being tardy without an excuse is prohibited. Violence is prohibited. The common room is to be empty by no later than ten on weekdays and eleven on weekends. Laundry is collected every friday and all of Slytherin must attend meals together unless one has a permission slip or is studying for finals. Lastly, any action that disgraces this House will be met with a firm reprimand, a letter home and a detention based on the action. Now then explore the common room before heading off to bed."

Hmm, everything about Snape so far seems fine. However, Snape is clearly dangerous. Walter can feel the man's aura which has the taint of self hatred and guilt. Walter will keep an eye on him. When Snape leaves the House, the others turned to the first years.

"So a mudblood and a halfbreed-", that was as far as the sixth year got with his speech before Walter unleashed a ball of energy into the older boy's sternum. The blast sent the boy crashing into a wall.

As all eyes turned to the vibrant green eyed Torchwick, they saw his drawn wand tapping his knee.

"Your rude behavior may have been tolerated in by others, but you will hold you opinions and words to yourself like a proper gentleman. Next time you'll be seeing the medical wing of the hospital", Torchwick says with a smirk.

When the other boy's friend went for their wands they found themselves slammed into the ceiling at high speed before being dropped to the ground. The eleven year old calmly walked up to them to stare the boys in their terrified eyes.

"Now that this business is over, mayhaps you'll act like proper gentlemen in the future. Now does anyone else have anything derogatory to say? Anyone? No... well then allow me to introduce myself. I am the adopted son of Roman Torchwick, an auditor for Gringotts. What you all just saw is years of combat training with my father given form. As our Head of House announced, we will need to provide a solid front of unification towards the other Houses. Show an ounce of weakness and they will pounce. If you bring disgrace to this House, Heirs Potter and Malfoy will have someone like me talk to those that need some... correction. Now then Hermione, would you care to head to bed I am sure your tired."

Malfoy quickly saw that for what it was.

"I suppose I am quite exhausted as well. Potter, Granger, Torchwick I will talk to you both tomorrow."

Harry nods and says he is tired too and the four walk up stairs and to their dorms. Once inside, Walter collapses to his knees.

"I need rest. Doing that took too much energy."

"Why did you defer to Potter and me? You obviously are very powerful."

"That was to boost your ability to make connections and network. The two of you are young and Mister Potter still knows nothing of what is expected of him. With this you two will be able to make allies much faster while giving Mister Potter time to learn his place in the world. I don't need political power as I have money and a gift for magic."

"I see. Why add Granger to our group?"

"Mister Malfoy, don't you know that the public loves a good story."

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

As Walter studies and networks, he plots. Afterall, he knows how things should go. So he turns his attention first and foremost to separating Weasley from his rat. First he stuns the bloated creature with a simple stunning spell before carry the creature up to the astronomy tower. From there he casts a spell to transform him back into a human. Then he yells for help before using a banishing spell on the recovery man. Sent at least four feet into the air by the spell and at least three feat back, the startled man plummets to his demise. Students and staff are all startled by the sudden appearance and death of Peter Pettigrew. Aurors quickly arrive on the scene, nearly an hour late. By then Walter is in the library and studying. Noone bothers to question him.

One target down, eight to go. And it's well past time he got started. After all, the world won't wait for him to earn more power. So he'll have to take it. As much as he can. He has already discovered what he needs to do. Now he needs to do it.

The ritual will be painful.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

The first potions class was interesting. Snape kept staring at Harry, even if Walter knows why he still found it creepy. Snape scowled the entire class and deducted points from Gryffindor multiple times. All in all, not bad so far. It was the broom riding lessons that caused a stir. Neville Longbottom, a rather portly child, lost control of his broom a nearly died after falling almost thirty feet. With Draco picking up the poor boys Remebrall, the Gryffindors almost attacked if Hermione hadn't stepped in.

"If you could all stop acting like savages  we could discuss how to solve this properly. Now then, you want Longbottom's Remebrall returned correct? Well how about politely asking for it's return instead of behaving like animals."

"Umm, well, what a mudblood like you know anyway?", Ronald roars, more like he attempts to.

"Well now Ronald, that was rather low of you. If you wish to trade insults then how about the fact you family turned it's back on it's own? Or how your family killed one of Malfoy's years ago? You parade about as if your family follows the Light while criminals are rampant in your household. How many times has your father breached the Statue of Secrecy, how many times have your brothers staid out after curfew or harassed others? And what of your family killing a little girl? Hmm. You don't sound like good people at all. And yet here you are, braying for all to hear that you follow the Light. So, Ronald, how is it that none of your family have spent time in Azkaban like the criminals they are? Is it because you all suck up to the nearest power of righteousness and attempt to skirt by using laws and others as a shield? A family of cowards", Walter sneers.

The red head, with tears in his eyes, attacks Walter. The drawn wand and attempt to launch a curse all fall short as Madam Hooch, their teacher who left with Neville returns and simply knocks the wand out of the red heads hand.

"AND WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU WERE DOING?!", her yell rattles the first years.

"Well Madam Hooch, he insulted my House Mate by calling her a mudblood and when I decided to intervene he attacked me. I believe I called his family cowards and criminals."

"I see, you will serve detention with me for a week Mister Torchwick. As for you Mister Weasley, we'll talk to your head of House to discuss your punishment. Now, likes get back to it."

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Oh, what joy it brings him to shame the Weasleys. Their whole House avoids them like the plague now, cast them out like lepers. What chaos that follows. The staff table looks on at the scene with sadness and pity, aside from Snape who looks indifferent but is probably enjoying it a bit. The Twins cause needless chaos with their bullying and pranks which brings up less than fond memories. With this going on, Walter penned a letter to the DMLE. With the papers also getting letters regarding that Sirius Black was imprisoned under false pretenses. This all gains traction and acts to keep attention away from Torchwick's true motives and goals. With so much distracting the Headmaster, who is also the Chief Warlock of the Wizengamont, he'll be distracted by the fact his chief supporters children are under fire and the Sirius Black case being reopened, plus the contents of the letter to the DMLE to focus on the goings on with the other Houses. It comes as a surprise when the mail delivered a paper with the Weasley's father on the front page being led out of his office in the Ministry in cuffs.

No less than thirty-eight counts of tampering with muggle items and objects, no less than eight counts of breaching the Statue of Secrecy and two counts of resisting arrest. The final nail in the Weasley Family's coffin. Now with Headmaster Dumbledore's focus now pulled into four separate directions, Walter can begin building his empire. Dumbledore focused on the Weasley boys, their father's arrest, Sirius Black's case being reopened and the Philosopher's Stone he is supposed to gaurd he can't see everything. Yet Walter isn't done yet. He has one more card to play. Time to cause a scene.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Walter had planned on going through with a ritual to enhance his body and mind. Then he decided to test his metamorphomagus abilities before conducting a self-mutilating ritual. He discovers that he can heal himself if he focuses on what needs to be healed. Walter can also strengthen and elongate his nails. As he practices, Walter begins to discover that he can morph muscles and his body. Soon he learns how to become something else entirely. As long as it is human enough, he should be able to become it. But this has limitations. His plans on a ritual change. He now knows that he needs to find, or create, an object that can allow him the ability to become anything he desires. Though he must plan this carefully as it could backfire and trap him. This isn't something to take lightly. The Philosopher's Stone is off the table as it is too limited and rooted entirely on the combination of science and magic. It will take something wholly magic based to get the results he desires, but that comes with added risks and ir can turn into something beyond unreliable as well as being dangerous. This can't be half half-baked. So Walter studies. Something his friends notice he does to much.

"You need a break before you burn out", Hermione being the one to tell Walter this has the not-child look up from the book he is reading.

A troll was released in the dungeon a few weeks ago and since then Walter has been focusing on his metamorph abilities and studying in preparation for his ritual, that he's been neglectful to his friends and towards food.

"I haven't been at it that long."

"Yes you have. You practically live in the library", Draco sighs in frustration.

"Their right, you've barely been eating", Harry chimes in.

"Yes, well I suppose I haven't been to the Great Hall that much this week."

"I just wish you would tell us why your studying so much", Hermione huffs.

"Well, I'm", the orange haired not-child hesitates. He can't help but wonder what to tell them. After a near minute he decides to go with a half-truth.

"I am a metamorphomagus, I can shape-shift into other people or just change my appearance. So I was looking for what exactly my limits are. I've been practicing. I can cut through steel with my nails. But I want to know what else I can do."

"Well, that's the first I've ever heard of a muggleborn being a metamorph", Draco states. This news may even cause his father to approve of his new friends.

"Well, my adoptive father was super excited when we discovered this ability."

Walter tries to seem bashful.

Hermione looks excited to have such a unique friend. Harry stares at Walter in wonder. Then the last Potter gets an idea.

"If your trying to discover your limits, why don't we join you in your research?"

The other two of their group leap for the opportunity. Afterall, helping each other is what friends do. Walter smiles as he watches the three children dash off to find books to help him. It warms his heart. They have no idea that he plans to be a Dark Lord or to change the International Confederation of Wizards and the governments they represent. This is just one of his goals. The Department of Magical Law Enforcement needs a change. And what better way to do it than to create a viable threat. His plans are for the benefit of others, but will also make him rich.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Christmas hits the group so soon. Hermione gets a set of law books and novels on various magical people from Walter. Harry gives her a book on magical creatures by a man named Newton Scamander. Draco gives her some hair clips and bows made of solid silver and fine green silk respectively. The gifts sent her into tears of joy.

Draco received a book on meditation and another on magical laws from Walter, something that confused the quidditch enthusiast. Harry had bought Draco a large bag of candy and a book on magical duelists. Hermione had bought Draco books on quidditch techniques and players. Draco was actually happy with his gifts.

Harry got several gifts from Walter. Books on magical laws, on paper etiquette and on magical duel styles. Walter explained these were things Harry needed to know, but didn't. Draco paid for Harry's subscription to the Daily Prophet and got him a pair of nice shoes. Hermione bought Harry a book on charms. Harry, of course, loved his gifts.

Walter got a book on metamorphomagi, something he thanked Hermione for profusely. Draco actually bought Walter a pair of black dragon hide boots. Harry gave Walter a silver pocket watch. Walter was absolutely speechless. He couldn't believe that they bought him something.

Then Harry opened his random present and found the invisibility cloak that belonged to his father. Hermione opened her parents presents to find the J.R. Tolkien novels within, which Walter thought was funny. Draco got a gift of a new wand case and dragon hide boots and gloves from his parents. Walter recieved a gift from himself disguised as if from his adopted father, a mokeskin pouch. As the Christmas holiday continued, the four ate at the feast and laughed together. They simply enjoyed the day together.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Qiurell ends disappearing a few months after he spotted the troll in the dungeon and Walter spends his days studying and keeping his group seen as perfect. As the green eyed not-child looks on at the end of the year feast, Slytherin won the House Cup, he sees the eager Harry, ready see his godfather Sirius Black and get the friend of his parents and live with the man, who has been freed from Azkaban and has healed up in St. Mungo's Hospital. All the while Walter had been sending chocolates to the Lord Black with enchantments that make him more open to Harry's friends and his House. After all, Harry needs stable home. Walter also sees his other friends prepare for their summer and can't wait to enjoy his own.

The next following year is full of promise. Walter can hardly wait. But first, his summer needs to be seen to. He has plans to see to, magic to practice and homework to do. The only Torchwick is going to change the fates of many. Patience is required as well as delicate preparation. Can't be hasty. Too soon to be discovered. And Walter can't have that.
