Cole yelled

- Jay's pov -
How do they remember...! They for...rememberence tea. Sensei must've given them some. Oh god.
"O-Oh him. I'm fine honest!"
I said to reassure my best friend
"Is that what the nightmares where abt!?"
Cole yelled at me and shook me a lil
"Y-Yep. Uuuurg. Stop shaking"
I answered, dizzy from the shaking
"I.. sorry birdy."
Cole said as he stopped shaking me
"I. Its fine dirt boy"
I said as I smiled at him
He suddenly hugged me tight
"Hm! Cole I said I was fine"
I said, confused
"I don't give a f**k."
He said sternly as he picked me up
"I want u to rest now."
He said as he began carrying me to our room
"COOOOOLLEEEE!"
I yelled and tried to squirm free of his grip. We eventually made it to our room and he put me on my bed. For a second he was pinning me, it felt like time had stopped as I stared into his gorgeous Amber eyes.
He must've realised the position we where in bc he immediately stopped pinning me and then put the cover over me
"J-Just go to sleep bluebell"
He said. He.... stuttered? I haven't heard him do that in yrs.
"I. But I'm not tired, look ik u probs remember that I was exhausted on that ship but it was yrs ago so dw abt it!"
I said as I sat up and grabbed his hand
"Jay.. I'm sorry but I can't help but worry abt u buddy. U've been my best friend for years! I have always protected u and I love to and now I feel like I failed u..."
He said with sadness in his eyes
"Cole... u never failed me. U saved me from nadakhan..! U don't wanna know all the things he did.. u where my hero for doing that.!"
I said as I hugged him tightly
"I.. wdym? What did he do to you..?"
Cole asks and I kinda flinch back
"N-Nothing! Don't worry abt it"
I said with a nervous chuckle
Shit...
"No I will worry! Wtf did he do to u bluebell!?"
Cole yelled as he grabbed my shoulders again
"I. I don't want to talk abt him anymore."
I said and cole sighed
"Fine. But we'll carry on this conversation soon."
He said as he looked into my eyes
I nodded hesitantly
- later -
We where called in on a bank robbery, we had split up. Coke and I where taking the back entrance, kai and nya on the right and zane and lloyd on the left. We where gonna close up on the robbers.
We snuck in and saw there where hostages
"Oh god..."
I murmured
I then got on my hands and knees to be out of sight and began to craw over to hostages closest to the desk I was behind and began to untie them slowly as to not get myself killed
"Jay stop.!"
Cole yelled as a whisper
"Why.?"
I asked in a whisper
"The robber is.-"
Cole was interrupted by a gun shot and then a bang. I opened my eyes to see Cole holding me close. The robber knocked out on the ground
"H-Huh...?"
I muttered then suddenly a huge pain shot around my body
"AA..!"
I screamed and gritted my teeth and tears feel from my eyes
"I-ITS GONNA BE OK..! JUST DONT FALL ASLEEP JAY!"
Cole yelled to me
"Cole...."
I muttered, he looked at me and I put my hand on his with a smile
"Ik I'm in good hands.."
I said with a small smile. Tears streamed down mine and coles faces as he stood up and rushed me out of the building
"THE ROBBER IS KNOCKED OUT!"
Cole yelled to sm1 and then ran us into an ambulance and the doors shut immediately but then everything went black.
- 3rd person pov -
When jay woke up he was in the hospital. He was still in his gi bc he had only been shot in the arm so it wasn't to major.
He looked out of the window beside him and saw the falcon. It flew right off to the window
"hi falcon"
Jay said
"And hi zane"
Jay said with a knowing look on his face, knowing zane was watching bc the falcons eyes where glowing an icy blue. Suddenly they went to normal and jay got up and opened the window, picking up the falcon and seeting it on the desk beside him, sitting back in bed
Just as he sat back down the others entered, cole grabbed him a tight hug
"ACK! COLE UR BREAKING MY NECK!"
Jay yelled
"I'LL BREAK MORE THAN UR NECK IF U EVER SCARE ME LIKE THAT AGAIN!"
He yelled and softened his grip
"I. Sorry"
Jay said as he hugged him back
Jay then pulled away, cole didn't but zap didn't mind, he looked over at the others
"Are you all alr??"
Jay asked with a smile
"Yes we're alr jay"
Lloyd answered jay
"And the hostages?"
Jay asked as cole kept hugging him
"They're alr and the robber is in prison rn"
Zane said as he walked over and picked up the falcon
"Oh thata good then. Aye getting shot made it easier for cole to know him out ig"
Jay said with a loud chuckle
"Shut it zap. Never get urself shot again."
Cole said, his head on jays
"Well it wasn't planned! U think I wanted to be in pain"
Jay said with a look that just said
'U absolute idiot'
On it. He then pat coles back to reassure him a little
"I'm fine now cole I swear"
Jay said, cole pulled away and nodded
"The nurse said that once ur awake u can go home so let's go"
Zane said, Jay nodded and cole suddenly picked him up
"AA! Cole! I was shot in the arm not the leg"
Jay said as he stared at Cole
"Idc"
Cole said as they all left the hospital and went back home to the monastery
