THURSDAY

RJ POV:

The weight of assignments, exams, and the relentless pressure of academia slowly faded away with every mile she traveled as she embraced the freedom of the open road.

Ryujin had been having a tough week at school and was looking forward to some time to unwind. She had decided to take a trip to the beach, where she could relax and clear her head.

As she sat on the sand, taking in the sound of the waves, she noticed a young woman walking along the shoreline. She couldn't help but admire her beauty as she walked slowly, her long hair swaying in the breeze.

She couldn't help but feel drawn to her. As she walked closer, Ryujin was instantly smitten. He couldn't take her eyes off her.

She watched her for what seemed like an eternity, until finally the woman noticed her. She smiled, and the woman smiled back. Ryujin felt a spark of connection between them, and she knew she wanted to get to know her better.

She slowly made her way over to her, and they started talking. Ryujin soon discovered that her name was Yeji, a local who was visiting the beach for a break from her career, family and studies.

Ryujin and Yeji talked for hours, until the sun began to set. As they said their goodbyes, Ryujin knew she had found something special in Yeji. She was certain that their paths would cross again, and she couldn't wait for it.

Ryujin is heading to parking area when she receive a new message.

After she replied to her lil sister, she decided to post the picture that she capture at the beach.

YJ POV:

Yeji lay back on her bed, the warmth of the sunlight still clinging to her skin. She closed her eyes and let her mind drift back to the beach, where she had spent the day with Ryujin. They had talked about everything - as she reminisced, a smile spread across Yeji's face. Inspired by the lingering sense of connection, Yeji reached for her phone and opened Twitter.

RJ POV:

Finally arriving home, Ryujin parked the car and stepped inside. The house was filled with an eerie silence that made her heart skip a beat. She made her way towards the living room where she found her parents sitting on the couch, their faces etched with concern.

"Mom, Dad, what's going on?" Ryujin asked, a mix of confusion and fear in her voice.

Her mother's eyes widened, and she jumped up from the couch, rushing over to embrace her daughter. "Oh, Ryujin! We've been so worried! Where have you been?" her mother exclaimed, tears of relief streaming down her face.

Ryujin stood frozen for a moment, her mind still trying to process her mother's outburst. "I...I was at the beach " she managed to stammer, her confusion deepening.

Her father chuckled and rose from the couch, causing her mother to release Ryujin from her embrace. "We've been searching all over for you!" he teased, a mischievous twinkle in his eyes. Realization suddenly struck Ryujin like a bolt of lightning. "Wait, this was all just a prank?" she asked, her lips twitching into a smile. Her parents ( Jennie Kim Manoban and Lalisa Manoban) burst into laughter, unable to contain their amusement any longer. "Yes, darling, we just missed having you around! We wanted to remind you how much we love and care for you" his father explained, still chuckling.

"What's going on, I can hear all your laughs here, how dare you guys have fun without me" Chiquita, her little sister shouted from her room.

It was in that moment that she realized how fortunate she was to have a family that would go to such lengths to make her feel valued and cherished.

YJ POV:

Yeji was feeling overwhelmed. Between her rigorous schedule as a trainee at Lim Entertainment and the never-ending demands of being a student, the stress had gotten to her. She needed an escape, a moment of respite from the chaos of her daily life. And so, she decided to head to the beach.

As she walked along the shore, the familiar sound of crashing waves brought a sense of calm to her racing mind. The salty breeze brushed against her face, momentarily lifting the weight off her shoulders. Yeji's attention was drawn to a figure not too far away, watching her intently.

Curiosity got the better of her, and she found herself staring back at the stranger. The stranger, a girl around her age, had an air of confidence about her. Their eyes met, and the stranger flashed a warm smile. Yeji couldn't help but reciprocate the gesture. The stranger approached, closing the small distance between them.

"Hey there," the stranger greeted, her voice gentle yet full of intrigue. "Mind if I join you?"

Yeji hesitated for a moment before returning the smile. "Sure, I'd love some company."

They found a quiet spot on the beach and sat down, their feet buried in the sand. The stranger introduced herself as Ryujin, another student who often escaped to the beach to find solace from the pressures of life.

They spent hours talking about their dreams, fears, and ambitions. Ryujin shared stories of her passion for photography and her desire to travel the world. Yeji, inspired by Ryujin's tales, talked about her aspirations as a trainee in the entertainment industry and the challenges she faced.

"I can't even imagine how tough it must be" Ryujin empathized. "But remember, the toughest storms produce the most breathtaking rainbows."

Yeji smiled, feeling understood. It was rare to meet someone who could comprehend the trials and tribulations of her unique path.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting vibrant hues across the sky, Yeji couldn't help but feel a sense of renewal. Ryujin had reminded her of the power of connecting with others, even briefly, during times of struggle. Sometimes, all it took was a random encounter on a beach to restore faith in the journey.

As they parted ways, Yeji felt lighter. The weight of her stress seemed slightly less daunting, replaced instead by a newfound determination to persevere. The encounter with Ryujin had reminded her that she was not alone in her struggles. Then she remember, she forgot to ask her contact information, she heavily sigh but she believe that their paths would cross again.
