Chapter 1: Arabia and north Africa campaign(323-320BC)

In late June 323 BC Alexander alongside his companion cavalry crossed the Persian gulf with their horses riding along the coast of Arabia back to Egypt and the Levant. They  conquered the Land along the coast and incorporated it into Alexander 's Empire. Hephaistion and the rest of his troops were amazed from his undying determination to expand his already massive Empire. It seamed like the plan to return to Greece was just a lie to conquer more territories, but now in the western mediterranean. This Arabia campaign took place from late June 323 to December 323 BC, because Alexanders troops were exhausted from crossing of the Persian gulf and the Conquests that took place prior.  Since January 324 BC Alexander rode through North Africa and extended his Empire with high casualties, due to a lack of food and fresh water supply and unpredictable Battle tactics  by his Enemies. In probably spring of 320 BC meaning after 3 to 4 years Alexander stood with his companion Cavalry and rest of troops at the shores of the Street of Gibraltar. Alexander decided to cross it too.
