If ever I am weak
Lord, please be my strength;
If ever I am strong
Tell me I am nothing
But a branch connected to the vine.
If ever I lack something,
Tell me You are my everything;
If ever I have something
It's because
You are my Source,and
So I must share the blessings.
If ever I will judge,
Tell me Lord that it is bad,
And that I am condemning myself,
For no one is righteous in Your eyes;
Please let me remember how kind,tolerant, and patient God You are,
Through Jesus Christ, Who is the Sacrifice for sin,
People are made right with God.
If ever I do good,
Remind me Lord not to boast,
For good works can't save me
But Your blood shed on the cross.
If ever I do wrong,
Please make me realize my sins,
And confess them at Your altar;
Help me believe
In your mercy and forgiveness,
And help me oh Lord
Not to repeat my mistakes again.
Whatever my life would be,
It's because You're in control.
There's nothing I can do but to trust in You. AMEN.
