Brandon's POV:
When she walked away I went to the flower section and got a beautiful bouquet that she saw on her way in. I quickly grabbed them and went to pay for our things. I got everything in the car and tried to hide the flowers in the backseat. After a while, she came out with a smile on her face and bags.
Brandon: what's all this?
Y/N: just some things to restock the pantry
Brandon: you could've told me to wait so I can pay for it too
Y/N: no you're already paid all that
*you guys closed the trunk*
Brandon: okay ready to go?
Y/N: yeah let's get this date started
Once we finished putting our things in the car, we headed over to my house to get some clothes to change to since I was out for a run. The boys did ask me how things are going and if imma stay the night. I didn't answer their question instead I was just in and out.
Two hours later.
We finished cooking just a few minutes ago. Y/N wanted to get ready as if we're actually going out so I did the same. As she got ready in her room, I got ready in the guest room. I went to her room to see if she was finished.
*he knocks*

*he walks in as you turned around from facing the mirror*

Brandon left my room and honestly if we didn't have food on the stove right now, I would've ripped those clothes off of him but I hold back. I did a touch up on my makeup before putting my heels on. After a while, I put on my heels just as the doorbell rings.
Y/N: ugh! Brandon can you check who it is?
*no answer*
Y/N: Brandon!
*still no answer*
Y/N: Arreaga!
*you got up & walked downstairs to see no one*

*the bell rings again*

We got in my car and he started to pull out. I was confused but he told me not to question it so I stayed quiet. I noticed he was just going around my block. Soon we were back to my house. He did parked in my usual spot and opens my door.
Y/N: we really went all round just to be back here
*he grabs your hand & walked to the side of the house*
Brandon: yes because I want this to be romantic

I kissed his cheek and turned the corner to see Edwin as a host. I smiled just by seeing him like that.

We walked inside my house and saw the table set up beautifully. As we sat down, Nick and Austin comes in.
Nick: hi I'm Nick I'm one of your waiter of the night would you like to listen to some music

*he walks away & your phone starts to ring, you looked at it to see the detective calling*

Brandon: it's almost been a year and they're barely calling
Y/N: I know but it's fine I'll call back tomorrow
*you put your phone away as Zion comes in*
Zion: hello I'm Zion I'm one of the waiter for today and only today got it?

Zion: get your asses up and go get it

Two hours later.
We've been talking and laughing nonstop. I know I keep saying this but I missed this. The way we can talk and not run out of what we can say is just amazing. We were sitting in front of each other but he moved to sit next to me. He placed his hand on my thigh and it got me weak.

An hour later.
