It was morning in the the town of Ormond, the sun was at its peak near over the mountains in the distance. The breeze set in as chilly, brushing over the trees that hung around your window sill.

It was a beautiful morning.

"where..."

You had glanced at your clock, the robotic clock in which the time stayed. Reading it, the device only placed the time 9:04AM. It'd been an entire day later.

"Oh fuck dude, I'm late for school." Racing on your clothes, shoes, and keys, you take a moment to stop by the kitchen for a snack. Your eyes land on the calendar that was magnetized to the fridge door.

You pause, eyeballing the date carefully before turning on your phone.

"It's break already? Must've forgotten."

Since it was break, you didn't necessarily need your bag. Dropping the item, you decide to waltz your way back to the living room. It was decorated in a dark green, painted of a color of a fresh line tree. The couches were a dark leather, shining under the light that came through the crevasses of the blind of your home.

Taking a deep breath, you plummet your body into the sofa, sinking into the cushions.

"That hurt, a lot." You grip on your head, the pain searing through your brain and onto your skin. It was patched up with some kind of bandage, ones that you don't remember getting.

"What? I don't remember getting..." You open your digital camera, examining your frame. The blood had rested up top your head, dried and crusting between the locks of hair. It was still partially red, so it was quite fresh as you'd guessed.

"This is weird, this is really weird."

You try to remember what you'd done to get this injury, but nothing really comes to mind.

Instead of questioning it further, it was a better idea to clean the wound in case it got worse. Tucking your mobile phone into your pockets, you walk back up to your room.

The bathroom was a bit of a mess like your room, but in this case it was much cleaner then it by far. Water stains had been still on the mirror, you stare at your reflection for a moment.

It was much clearer then your camera, so you could see yourself better than before.

Aside from your hair being tangled, your eyes were a bloodshot red. The eyeliner you'd put on sometime before was streaming down your cheekbones. Curving around each corner, staining your skin with a black hue.

The shirt you'd worn was a bit dirty, smelling like iron and cigarettes. The iron scent most likely coming from the blood, which you wanted to wash off.

"So, waking up with a bit of a memory scramble along with an injury." You rummage through your basket, grabbing a few clothing items before running back to the shower, turning the nob for the water to run.

"I gotta call Julie about this later."

The temperature of cool water ran down your back, shocking you at a quick pace to the sudden change. Shivering, you warm up the water a little. The droplets scattered across your face, draining through the metal rack that sat near the drain.

It felt pleasant, relieving even.

A hefty knock echoed throughout the house, it came from the front door.

"Police, open up." A man had shouted. You jump at the voice, immediately running out the shower in a rush.

You'd already threw on whatever you had grabbed earlier, smoothing down your hair to look a bit presentable. Not that it'd matter either way.

Twisting open the nob, your met with a few officers standing outside your door.

"y/n l/n?" The shorter officer asked.

"That's me."

Nodding to his partners, they immediately slip out a pair of handcuffs. You were beginning to panic.

"Hey, hey, why am I being arrested?" You try to shake them off, but they just grip your arms harder.
The female aside fixed her badge, staring at you with a cold glare.

"You're under arrest for the murders of Miles Parole, Trespassing, and vandalization of the Corner Video Station. Anything you say or do will be held against you."

Your eyes widen, staring at the police car that was parked in front of your house. The doors were wide open, about to embrace you in a cold seat near the back of the bars.

"I didn't do anything, you got it all wrong!" That's when your memory had hit you, well, Susie had hit you. This was their fault. Had they already arrested them?

Thrashing around, you slam your body into the thinner man. He stumbles back, reaching for his taser. The other officers ran up to catch you, but with little time you swiftly dodge. Thankfully, they didn't finish putting on the second cuff. It left you freedom to roam your arms around.

The adrenaline scurried through the tubes in your veins. It gave you energy to run, but to where? It didn't matter, you didn't do anything wrong.

Your legs carried you ahead down the sidewalks, the officers nearly catching up.

You couldn't run for long, so you had to lose them fast.

Coming through an alleyway, the officers had already prepared the taser in the air. You'd kicked the silver trash can into the crossway, hoping to slow down your persuers.

Successful, the woman had slipped over the pile of garbage. The others halting at the pile.

The clips flung through the air, landing directly on your back. The electricity flowing through your muscles, causing you to lose your balance. Your legs had slightly spazzed out as you screamed bloody murder.

Flinging your hands, you rip the cords off your skin. Gaining a quick composure before sprinting away further into the alleys, crouching behind a pile of wood near the walls.

The cops had ran right past you, slightly overhearing their voice.

"Requesting Backup near Ormond Plaza. She's on the run right now."

Thankfully, it was enough time to make it out of there.

Walking back to where'd you had came from, you carefully peak out the edge of the walls. Not seeing anyone at the moment, you take a walk to where your house was.

At least near it, you knew there would be police there still.

Shoving your hands in your pockets, you rummage for your phone, dialing Susie. You were beyond furious. But to your surprise, she didn't answer.

You tried Julie next, but no response. Joey had also not picked up.

Y/n had started to turn red, her fingers hovered over the dial button of Frank's number. You'd gotten it from Joey sometime before, so it was worth a shot.

"Hello?" Putting the phone to your ear, you hear nothing but static. She raised her eyebrows, shivering at the sound.

"Dude this isn't fucking funny, whatever you guys did this is messed up!"

Walking further into the shadows, you lean back on the walls.

"You screwed us all over." You bite back your tongue, listening for any response. Just more static, and what sounded like breathing.
Turning around, you stop for a moment.

"I can hear you."

"I know." A voice whispers, the strangled tone screeching throughout your ears and out the other.
They hung up afterwards, leaving you stunned.

Glancing up, you notice a poorly made poster.

On the paper, it read; Missing. The photo however was Susie, her mother's phone number was printed below it. Everywhere you saw a poster, each with a different person's name on it.

You couldn't catch a single break as the sound of sirens echoed to you. Sprinting away, you had gone to the forest. The police had trailed close behind, hot on your tail.

The leaves sailed past y/n as she made her way edgerly down the greenery. Dodging a few trees while the police had came behind her, a few more had joined the chase.

Leaping over rocks, dropping branches, you did anything you could to slow them down.

A river had come into view, you could use it to slow them down maybe. Their uniform would bring them down after all.
Your eyes were locked on the stream, the yells of police began to get louder.

"Stop right there!" A woman had leaped in your direction, you swung your head at her, embracing an impact.

Until you felt not one, but the floor beneath you collapse.

You scream, reaching your hands up for any help. But before anyone could see you, the ground had caved in. You fell in with it.
The darkness consumed each side of you until you had soon hit the ground. Your head brang down with a hard thud, knocking you out once more.
