Ash: Again!
Lucario: Lu!! -hits the boulder with its fist-
Ash: -huff and puffs- Even after all this time we haven't made a single ounce of progress
Charizard: -yawns- Aarrrrdddd -lays down on its back ready to sleep-
Ash: -smiles- I guess it's let, we'll try again tomorrow guys!
Dragapult: Umppp!! -circles around the sky-
Lucario: -sighs- Luuu...
Urshifu: Fu.....
Ash: -returns Lucario, Dragapult, Urshifu, and hops on Charizard as they fly back to the dojo-
Ash: -opens the door and walks in to Gloria and Korrina sparring-
Korrina: Hello Ash
Gloria: So you're finally back
Ash: Yeah sadly...
Bea: -sitting on a chair- I'm guessing that means you've also made no progress?
Ash: Yeah. It's agonizing not even making a single... ounce... of progress
Korrina: -looks back to them- At Least with the waterfall training we could see results as we spared, but it's been what 3 months and nothing
Gloria: Never look away from your opponent, Blazing Roundhouse kick!!
Cunderace: Race! -slams into Lucario resulting in it fainting on its knees-
Bea: And that's why you should always pay attention
Korrina: Awe rats, I'm sorry Lucario
Ash: It's shocking how strong Gloria has gotten.
Bea: Yeah I won't lie, since we started I also thought of her as the weakest link out of all of us. But a few months ago it was like someone had a light bulb went off in her head. She had a new fire in her eyes and she got remarkably stronger. We need to be careful Ash, she'll definitely give us a run for our money in a full on fight
Ash: If you're saying that then it has to be true. Imma head to take a shower
Bea: Alright
-After an hour in which Ash took a shower, ate dinner, and did some meditation he is ready for bed-
Ash: -looks up at the ceiling- We've tried everything, and still, nothing. -clenches his fist- Maybe Mega Lucario could have broken it by now, no...I know it would have. I still haven't remembered that feeling, it was that same sensation I had with Pikachu and Riolu all those years ago. All that Aura following through Lucario to me was enormous. Maybe we can channel something deep within Lucario to draw that aura out. -jumps up- I know, we'll try a completely different approach
-2 weeks later-
Lucario: -meditating on the boulder-
Ash: -mediating with him- Alright break time!
-Ash's other 3 Pokémon were training from a distance and came back to them-
Ash: Sorry Lucario, I know it's boring but I think if we just focus on mediating and training our aura until we know we can break it. Charizard, how's that dragon rush lookin now?
Charizard: -breaths fire in the sky and stomps- Raaahhh!
Ash: Haha I'm guessing you pretty much perfected it, thanks Dragapult
Dragapult: -joyfully flying around everywhere-
Ash: After the break let's focus on training our Martial Arts next
-Everyone nods-
-With Gloria-
Gloria: Again Cinderace!
Cinderace: RAAACCCEEEE!! -slams its fist into a water bottle blowing it from the inside out!!
Gloria: YEEESSS -hugs Cinderace-
Cinderace: -pushes her off- Raaa...
Gloria: Hahah sorry!! But we finally did something!! (I can't believe it's working, instead of trying to break the boulder first, I started practicing on water bottles filled with small branches and some water. Since the water battles are fall less bigger and tougher than the boulder it be a good stepping stone, and after 2 weeks of doing this I managed to break one for the first time!!)
Gloria: -sits down- I need to become even stronger, I'm so greatful Mustard gave me this opportunity. I finally have something to strive for, Mom! I wonder what you're doing right now. -sighs- I can't go back to them the same person -tightens her fist- I will become the strongest!!
Cunderace: -touches her shoulder- Race!! -nods his head-
Gloria: We'll do it together, you and with all my other Pokémon!
-With Korrina-
Korrina: Try again
Lucario: RAAA!! -punches the boulder-
Korrina: Still nothing...this is way harder than I expected. Now just this but all the constant aura training, martial arts, mediation, and keeping up with Bea, Ash, and Gloria is exaggerating. Korrina, it's sorta fun to -smiles at Lucario-
Korrina: I'm so happy I've met Ash, I don't think I would have enjoyed myself as much if I didn't meet him. Even Bea and I are really getting along far better than just a year ago -lays down- It sure it great
-With Bea-
Bea: AHHHHH!! -punches the boulder with her fist bruising her hand-
-Her Pokémon come to comfort-
Bea: GET AWAY!! Dammit!! -slams her fist into the rock repeatedly- Dammit dammit dammit!!
Machamp: -grabs her fist-
Medicham: -shakes his head basically saying no- Cham...
Bea: W-why am I so weak!? Ash, Gloria, and even Korrina are getting ahead of me. I was the last person to compete challenge 1, I even lost to not just Gloria, but Korrina too yesterday!! -Headbutt a the rock- I'm trying hard but I'm seeing no results!! WHY!!
Machop: -brings her a handkerchief-
Bea: I'm sorry guys, I can't believe I'm crying over something so little. I try my best to keep a hold of my emotions so I can be the best I can be, but to see it all crumbled and being easily surpassed is just agonizing!! I'm starting to wonder.....how much longer will it be before the others completely leave me in the dust -tears start rolling out of her eye-
Bea: The worst of it all is that even Korrina has surpassed me, I'm supposed to be better than her. But what am I thinking like this? The fact that she's happy and strong should make me feel happy, but I'm ... .jealous. I'm the worst. I-I-I-I-Ifff I c-can't live up to the expectations of the "future of the Shiroihono family", then my entire life up till now has been useful!! Dammit... -slams her fist into the boulder at full strength breaking her hand- DAMMMMMMMIIIIIIIIIIIITTTTTT!!!
