Darcy Daniels había estado toda su vida dentro del Reino de La Oscuridad, sin salida alguna. Desconocía todo aquello que no sea el frío, las viejas chozas y la sombra del pueblo en donde se había criado.
No es una chica cualquiera, es una chica que lo controla todo involuntariamente. Su lado oscuro atemoriza a los habitantes de su zona y desde que tiene memoria a vivido alejada de la sociedad, madurando a su manera y divirtiendose a su gusto. Muchos dicen que es antisocial o que es una hada peligrosa, pero según ella son tan solo falsas historias que se inventan para llamar la atención.
Darcy dejaba sus hobbies a un lado para intentar una y otra vez abrir el portal que la había encerrado hace más de 10 años. Perdía la esperanza, pues su magia no era tan poderosa como para destrozarlo.
Pero un día todo cambió. Una figura humana, abrió y pasó el portal. ¿Cómo lo hizo? No lo sabemos, pero nuestra protagonista se encargará de encontrar respuestas.
