"Sans get up we are going we be late again" papyrus yelled through the door
"I am up give me a second" i yelled through the door
"Well hurry up sans" papyrus yelled walking away
I get up and looked at my phone there was two messages from toriel

Hey sans do you think you can come pick up frisk and take her to the meeting I have a lot of work to catch up on and I need it done by tonight
Also frisk has locked herself in her room again I know you can get her out you always do

I walk out of my room i see paps by the door
"Finally your up come one we are late" papyrus said looking at me
"Go on ahead bro i have to get the kid toriel asked me to" i said walking in to the kitchen
"Alright make sure you get there soon they already started 5 minutes ago" papyrus said opening the front door
"We will be there soon, paps" I said as papyrus walked out and closed the door behind him. I sigh as i teleport in front of toriel's front door i give two gentle knock
"Who there " toriel asked through the door
"Shore" i said
"Shore who" toriel asked
"Shore hope you like bad jokes" i said and toriel opened the door
"Thank you for doing this" toriel said as i walked in the house, there is a loit of paperwork around the living room
"Its no problem toriel you over work yourself to much you need a brake" i said
"I know but when i got the promotion there has just been more and more work" toriel said walking over to the couch wit a lot of paperwork on the table in front of it
"If you need help let me know" i said
"After the big meeting then i will think about it" toriel said and i made my way to a small hallway
"She has not made a noise all day but i did hear some moving around not to long ago" toriel said
"Ok thank you for the info" i said as i walked up to frisk room i started to hear the sound of a news channel through the door
"Breaking news the big town meeting that would determine if the monsters would consider them as citizens and after a very brief talk they have decided that after all of the monster and anti-moneter attacks that it would be better if monsters were not citizens. They also as monsters to leave with in 48 hours" the person on the news said
"Frisk are you ok" i asked opening her door
"Why" frisk asked
"They are just not ready for us" i said walking next to her
"They never will they always do this i try everything they just only think about themselves" frisk said and two glowing buttons appeared in front of frisk
"Don't you dare" i said using my magic picking frisk up
"Sans please i need to try again" frisk said
"No i will not go back not again, i will not watch my bother die again" i said a tear running down my face
"Sans it won't happen " frisk said
"You always say that but it happens everytime" i said my eye glowing brighter
"Sans please" frisk said
"Fine but if you press that button, i won't be there to stop you anymore" i said dropping frisk she looked at the buttons then back at me she closed her eyes and pressed reset
"Goodbye kid" i said as everything went black
Snowden
"Sans get up i got a good feeling that a human will fall down today" paps yelled
"Go on ahead bro i need to cheek on something" i said walking out of my room
"Are you ok sans" paps asked
"Yeah bro just a weird dream" i said
"Ok i will meet you at your post please don't fall asleep" paps said opening the door and walking out
"Bye bro sorry i can't explain it right now but i can't live here anymore with the kid" i said walking over to the kitchen i grab a piece of paper plus a pen i write a goodbye letter after writing it i leave it on my door. Sighing i teleport down to my lab i uncover my machine
"Hope this thing works" i said flipping levers and pressing a couple of buttons there was a very bright light I sigh as I grab a bottle of ketchup and walk into the light
Frisk pov, ruins
"I am sorry sans maybe this time will be different" I said to myself
"You always say that you know but you always come back to me" Chara said on my head
"Well I believe in myself this time I will get them to agree with me" I said then something felt off
"Did you feel that" Chara asked
"Yeah" I said looking around
"Let's continue no point in staying here" Chara said and I continue on thought the ruins
Sans pov
"Ugg" I said standing up getting my body out of the snow
"I guess it didn't work welp it looks like I am near my station" I said walking over to the path
"Welp that was a failure" I said walking down the familiar path
I walk past my station and keep walking past the bridge. Something seems off as I walk down the path
"Welp I guess it's time to start this again" I said sitting against the door to the ruins. I give two gentle knocks
"Hello friend I see you have returned again" ??? Said
'Wait this voice its very familiar but it's not the normal one' I said as I keep listening to them
"Friend your not talkative today, is something wrong" ???asked
I hesitate as I try to connect the pieces of what happened
"That's ok I guess your brother is keeping you busy again you probably fell asleep again" ??? Said
I sigh a little then I hear footsteps from up ahead I teleport behind the rock that is bear by
I watch as a human walked up to the door and take a seat where I was
They give two gentle knocks on the door
"Friend your awake " ??? Said pretty loudly
"What do you mean i just got here" the human said
"Really then who knocked not to long ago" ??? said they started to quite down making it hard to hear them
"Noone else comes here but me friend" the human said
It was quite i can't hear them anymore
"Yeah my bro has been keeping me busy" the human said there was something that was to unsettling about this human
"If one comes though i promise" the human said and for some reason i feel like i know what they just promised
I take a step back but i stepped on a stick
"Hey friend i am going to go talk later" the human said they definitely heard that
The human stands up and walks a little down the path
"Who ever is there show yourself now" the human said I slowly walk out from behind the rock
"Oh king sans i did not know you were here" the human said
"King?" I asked
"Are you ok would you like me to help you back to the castle" the human asked
"Look i am not from here i am not your king, i just look like him i guess" i said and the human looked puzzled
"Where are you from then" the human asked
" well from another universe" i said
I explained everything on how i came to be in their universe
"Oh i am sorry that happened to you" the human said
"Yeah but i will leave i don't want to be a bother" the human said
"You got know where to go and the human won't be here until tomorrow you can stay with me and my brother" the human said
" how do you know that" i asked
"I to remember the resets" the human said
"What is your name" i asked
"Chara dreemurr" chara said
"Sans the skeleton" i said smiling
"Well sans you will need a different name so others won't get you confused with king sans" chara said
"Then call me wingdings" i said
"Alright come on i will take you to the house" chara said turning and walking down the path
"Tell me about this place" i asked as we walked down the path
"Well it not to different from your universe i guess, but this is the frosted fields" chara said
"What in my universe we called this the snowden forest" i said as we pase chara's post
"They wanted to separate the names of snowden and the forest so the frosted fields was the best name the king decided" chara said
" yeah sounds like a name i would pick" i said
"Yeah" chara said stopping hearing a loud noise up ahead
"What was that" i asked
"My brother he has been trying to make a new puzzle" chara said
"Sounds like mine" i said thinking about papyrus
In the original universe
Frisk pov
Sans never just doesn't show up something is up me and papyrus went back to their place to find where sans went
"Sans!" papyrus yelled opening the door no answer
"Where is he paps" i asked
"Don't know he said he had to check on something but he never said what" papyrus said
Me and papyrus looked around i went up to sans room and saw a letter
'Dear papyrus if you are seeing this I left i can't explain why I am leaving you would never understand you never do. But I can't stay in this loop anymore. I can't keep seeing everyone die then my own death. If you see the kid which i know you will probably find this letter and if so. Frisk this is all your fault and now you can reset as many times as you want but i will never come back, good bye. Ps tell paps i am sorry from sans' i readed the letter i am shocked then i remember something that sans said before i reseted
"Goodbye kid" sans
"Oh no " i said i make the reset button appear i was about to press it but it was grayed out
"Human did you find anything" papyrus asked walking up to me
"Oh yeah he left a letter he said he will be away for a while dosen't know when he will be back he said he loves you" I said
"Oh ok " papyrus said walking away
"What is wrong partner" chara asked
"I can't reset" i said quietly
"What why" chara asked
" I don't know but with Sans gone I can't reset without him here." i said
"That makes no sense where could he have gone the barrier is still up and we know everything in the underground " chara said
"He must have found a way to leave the underground permanently" i said
