Dammit! Don't tell me... Is it a side effect of those meds!? Kawaki shouted in his mind.
"Boruto!"
Boruto continued grunting in pain as Code sent a claw mark towards him. Huh? What's happening?
For Boruto, it's like time had stopped. White clouds appeared and upon a tree, a certain Otsutsuki appeared, acting all nonchalant. Boruto's eyes widened as he jumped off of the tree, landing perfectly on the ground.
"Even if you halt Karmic extraction with some trifling drug... It's no more than a stopgap measure," he said. Boruto rolled over. "Hello again, foolish lad."
"You! Momoshiki!" Boruto shouted.
It's no good... I can't move! Boruto noted. Kawaki and Code didn't move. In the snowy mountain location, the cyborg siblings didn't move either. And not 'cause I used up all my strength and chakra... It feels like time itself has stopped! This happened before... That day. Right after we took Momoshiki down. That's likely when... he implanted Karma in me!
"Worthless Kara dregs... He's the one who has the Divine Tree seedling... Ten Tails, isn't he?" Momoshiki questioned, looking at the still Code. "What a perfect chance to kill him. Move aside, boy."
"BORUTO!" Kawaki shouted as Boruto suddenly got up and jumped to Code.
In the snowy location, Miyuki played with a stray bird that somehow got in there. "What's going on, Big Sis?" she questioned, her eyes drifting to her sister.
"Even I can't tell at this point. But it looks like Momoshiki's doing," Eida answered.
Momoshiki! Code angrily thought as he saw Boruto's normal eye closed and the Byakugan eye staring into his green eyes.
"Rasengan," Momoshiki calmly said, creating a massive Rasengan. He turned around, seeing Code escaped using his claw marks.
"Ridiculous distructive power. So totally different from Boruto's Karma strength," Code noted. "So this is true Otsutsuki power. No wonder Boro had no chance."
"It'll be the same for you. You'll learn soon enough," Momoshiki said.

"Kawaki's already encountered Code? How do you know?" Amado asked.
"They've confirmed an unknown chakra with Boruto. Signs indicate that they're fighting. Who else could it be?" Sai explained.
"He shouldn't have any sensing abilities. That was way too fast. How the heck did he find Kawaki?" Amado asked himself.
"Maybe there's an ally working with him... like an Outer?" Sumire suggested.
"I won't discount the possibility, but there isn't an Outer who's that skilled either, as far as I know," Amado said.
"I any event, we should take Code's appearance to be a good thing, considering the trouble we had locating him. Lord Seventh's already heading there. So long as we get rid of Code, the existance of any ally won't matter," Sai said. "Are you listening? Or are your ears plugged up with wax?"
C'mon, Kawaki. We've gotten this far... Don't you muck it up now! Amado mused.

Borushiki created another massive Rasengan that destroyed the surrounding area. Code still managed to escape, listening to Eida.
"Code, you might want to retreat. There's no way you'll hold up against an opponent that powerful," she said.
I wonder what's... happening out there? An opponent that strong? Will he be able to beat Daemon? Miyuki mused.
Code appeared, using his claw marks, behind Kawaki again, placing a hand over his mouth. Borushiki pointed his hand, which the Karma was activated on, and created a massive Rasengan.
"Whoa, there. Don't you want the Chakra Fruit, too, Momoshiki?" Code questioned, a smirk dancing on his lips. "Then you'll need him as your Otsutsuki sacrifice to feed to Ten Tails. You might want to stand down. I'm taking him with me, for a private matter. It was brief, but still an honor to meet you... Otsutsuki Momoshiki."
Borushiki showed no emotion as he proceeded to make his Massive Rasengan smaller. "Rasen... dan (dan means bullet)..." He shot the bullet and it hit Code right on his shoulder.
"What!?" Code mused.
"Code!" Eida yelled, worried.
Borushiki charged towards Code. He kicked him away from Kawaki. "What a dud Karma. You can't even absorb Jutsu with it, can you?" Borushiki teased.
"Code! Can you hear me!?" Eida said.
Borushiki grabbed Kawaki by the collar, dragging him away. "Dammit! Lemme go!" Kawaki struggled.
"Hey now, that's no way to talk to the one who rescued you. Be nice or I'll break all your limbs and shut you up," Borushiki said calmly.
"Bastard!" Kawaki shouted his arm transforming.
Borushiki easily kicked him in the face. He placed one foot on Kawaki's arm. "Rebelious imp. Fine..." He stepped harder. "As you wish." Borushiki's eye shifted to the incoming threat.
Naruto grabbed Kawaki and got him to safety. Shikamaru used his Shadow Paralysis Jutsu to prevent Borushiki from moving.
"Hokage!" Borushiki growled.
"Lord Seventh!" Kawaki gasped.
"Is Boruto running amok again!? What a pain in the butt!" Shikamaru growled. Borushiki proceeded to absorb the Shadow Paralysis Jutsu. "Dammit! He absorbed it!"
"And now it's total mayhem. What are you going to do? I think you should call it a day," Eida said.
Just what is going on? Miyuki wondered.
"His second, Nara Shikamaru, is here, too. Interesting," Code commented.
"You okay, Kawaki!? What's going on with Boruto!? Has that bastard, Momoshiki, taken over his body again!?" Naruto began shouting.
"I AIN'T OKAY AT ALL!! WHY THE HECK DIDJA COME!?!" Kawaki shouted.
"Kawaki?" Naruto murmured.
"Run away! Hurry!" Kawaki said. "Or else you really will get killed!!"
"I appreciate your concern, but I'm the Hokage. I cannot and will not run away from an enemy that threatens my village," Naruto reassured.
"No, Lord Seventh!" Kawaki pleaded.
Code used his claw marks to get behind Shikamaru, having one of his transformed arms grabbing his shoulder and the other transformed arm twisting Shikamaru's arm behind his back.
"SHIKAMARU!" Naruto shouted.
"No sudden moves, Hokage. Now listen... Take even one step, and I'll slip his throat open and kill him," Code warned.
"BASTARD!"
"Dammit! Shame on me." Shikamaru scolded himself. "Listen to me, Naruto! Don't work yourself up about it! Just take him down, without reguard for me! I knew what the risks were, and there's no other way! You gotta do what's best!"
"Shaddup. You want me to just kill you?" Code teased.
"Sure, no problem! C'mon, get to it!" Shikamaru said.
"Fascinating," Borushiki spoke up. "I think I shall help you... Code." Borushiki stretched his arm out. "Kill the Hokage, that is. He's a nuisance to me as well," he said.
"Hmph. Be my guest," Code calmly said.
"Dammit! DO IT, NARUTO!! FIGHT THEM!!" Shikamaru shouted. "IT'S THE ONLY OPTION!"
Kawaki suddenly charged towards Borushiki, much to Naruto's shock. "KAWAKI! STOP!"
Kawaki transformed his arm, attempting to attack Borushiki, but he easily kicked him away. Kawaki went crashing to the ground and groaned in pain.
"Kawaki!" Naruto shouted in worry.
"Don't move, Hokage! Do you want him to die?" Code questioned.
"Dammit!" Naruto growled lowly.
What do I do!? he asked himself.
"Checkmate, Hokage. Resign yourself. No matter how strong one is, the end is often pitifully abrupt," Borushiki said, heading towards Naruto. "Massive Rasengan."
NARUTO! Shikamaru shouted in his mind as the Massive Rasengan headed towards his best friend.
Wha...? Borushiki questioned in his mind. It's getting absorbed!?
Is it powerlessness that's irritating you? Or... grief over losing the Karma? So take it for yourself. Especially since Isshiki's gone for good. Brand new power... in the form of a Karma that's purely... a weapon," Amado's words rung it Kawaki's head as he revealed himself. His Karma was activated and he had a horn.
"Kawaki!" Naruto shouted.
No way! That's impossible!! What the heck's going on!? Code mused.
