(Y/n) POV
(Fr/n): this is gonna be fun!~
He uses the force to rip the tree he crashed into from its roots and throws it at us
Mumei slashes the tree in half with one swipe of her nails
(Fr/n) dash at her, going to grab her neck
(Y/n): i won't let you!
I use force stasis on him, freezing him in pace
Mumei then hits the meanest axe kick I ever seen to the back of his head, leaving him in a crater
(Y/n): GOD DAMN!
Mumei uses her wings and flys above him
Feathers from her wings come off and float beside her.
She fires them at (Fr/n) at high speeds
(Fr/n):!?!?
He rolls out of the way of her feather bullets, not before being pierced by most of them
(Fr/n): fuck!
He gets up, the wounds her feathers gave him bleed
He pulls out a feather from his skin
(Fr/n): feathers? These things do way to much damage to be regular feathers. There something different about them....
Mumei: there sharper then regular feathers, combined with the fact I can fire them at high speeds make them extra deadly!
(Fr/n): I see....
(Y/n): aren't you forgetting someone!?
I throw my lightsaber at him
He deflects it
(Fr/n): you really got to stop losing tha-
Before he can finish, I deck him in the face, pushing him back a bit
(Y/n): and you need to stop letting your guard down!
He gets back upright and wipes the blood from his nose
(Fr/n):....point taken.....then how about this
He force chokes Mumei, squeeze her neck
Mumei: AGH!
(Fr/n): remember how I said ill kill you then go after this owl girl? How about we speed it up a little?
He squeeze harder
Mumei visibly becomes unable to breathe
(Y/n): Let her go!!!
I tackle him to the ground
Mumei gets let free, as she starts coughing
Mumei: I thought....I thought I was going die...
I get on top of him and grab his head
I then go to punch him again, but he grabs my hand and kicks me off
(Fr/n): just like when we were younger, you get way to emotional when you fight
(Y/n): shut it
I use the force to retrieve my lightsaber and continue to go blow for blow with him
The sparks that come from us clashing flies around us
While that's happening, Mumei recovers from being nearly choked to death
Mumei rubs her neck before looking at (Fr/n) and I's clash
She's surprised by how fast were going, it was like watching two blurs fight each other
Mumei: wow.......they're incredible......for humans to be able to do this is unthinkable........
Mumei:....he doesn't need my help.....he can do this by himself.....
Mumei watch as the fight gets more and more intense, like it's leaving her behind
Mumei:.....no! (Y/n) wouldn't want me to say that, the rest of the council wouldn't......I don't want to say that!
During a power struggle between our sabers, Mumei flies toward (Fr/n) a grabs him with her bird claw, and flys high above
Once she reaches the clouds, she dives back down, getting faster and faster
(Fr/n) speaks into a earpiece he had on
(Fr/n):...eofte...I need back up.....I'm being jumped by some pussy ass n-
(Y/n): Hey you can't say that!
(Fr/n): my bad....
Mumei get closer to the ground
(Y/n): oh god, she's coming in fast
Right before she hits the ground, she shifts her body to slam (Fr/n) into the ground
As the smoke clears, I see Mumei standing above him, her bird claw still holding onto his head
(Y/n):....that was.......Incredible! That was cool as hell!
She looks at me and smiles
Mumei: hehe....I know~
She turns back to (Fr/n)
Mumei: now how about I end his miserable life?
(Y/n):......scary......really scary....
She raises her hand and points her nails to his chest, she was going to pierce through his chest
She swings to pierce through him
???: oh it's the owl girl again, recognize me?~
A blast of pure primordial fire fires at Mumei
Mumei recognizes the heat of this flame........she's frozen in fear
(Y/n): move!
I push her out of the way of the flames that were about to hit her......leaving me to take it on alone
The blast hits me head on
The flames burn my skin, leaving some burns around my body
My clothes are torched, barely being able to be called clothes, barely covering my body....and my "important" part
(Y/n): ouch ouch ouch ouch!
(Y/n):.......I feel exposed.......
Mariko: whoops...missed my mark
Damn! This shit fucking burns
(Y/n): mariko?! The fuck did you hit me with?! The power of the god?!
???: oh~ is that the cutie from last time?~

???: stick to the objective mitsuo

Behind mariko is the rest of eofte. Mitsuo, umi, and shizuku

She laughs

(Y/n):....mumei......Mumei get up!

I grab her feathered hand and pull her up
(Y/n): we have to get out of here..now
Mumei: why? We can take them

Mumei:....I guess your right......alright let's go
Mitsuo: aww~ leaving so soon?~
Umi: we would complete our objective if they leave....but I don't want him to leave just yet

Mumei's eyes get shaded as she looks at them then back to me

She just looks at me with such a empty and cold stare

She picks me up from my shoulders flys away

(Fr/n): well that was to be expected....alright everyone.....return back to base for briefing
Back to us, Mumei is carrying me back to the hololive building
(Y/n):......I have a couple questions
Mumei looks at me, back with her regular innocent face

In truth I just don't want to put him down, it's cute when he's just hanging there

Seems she finally noticed my clothes

Her face gets red and look forward, not looking at me
