- there are like no bins but also no rubbish? in ireland there are recycling bins all over the place and piles of litter next to them
- they graduate school when they're like 10??? why??? stop that.
- THE ACCENTS. I THOUGHT I KNEW WHAT A NEW YORK ACCENT WAS UNTIL I HEARD ONE COME OUT OF A TEENAGE BOY'S MOUTH. "you talkin to me?" NO I AM TALKING TO YOU,SIR. PRONOUNCE THAT G. YOU ARE LITERALLY IRISH ON BOTH PARENTS SIDES,I DONT CARE WHERE YOU WERE BORN AND GREW UP
- THERE IS SCAFFOLDING EVERYWHERE. ARE YOU NOT SCARED? DO YOU HAVE NO FEAR?
- on the subway, you get absolutely raptured if you're standing up. WHY IS IT SO FAST?? SLOW DOWN
- people thank you for holding doors. in ireland,no one thanks you because its expected. does this mean america is polite or rude? they thank you because it is nice but in ireland they do not thank you because its the bare minimum
- why is every single place in nyc a landmark or like a tourist attraction? like i go to the local olive garden and they're like "albert einstein died at this table."
- why can you buy a gun in walmart but you can't buy a kinder egg??
