[I just clear something up since no one here seemed to understand what I told you in the last chapter, Caroline WAS going to be the love interest but I changed it. There isn't going to be a Henrik x Caroline thing going on, it'll be Henrik x Alice all the way through that's it]
Rebekah, Niklaus and Elijah all sit around together discussing what to do with the cure that they now had well more specifically Elijah had since Katherine had given it to the noble brother before meeting her extravagant demise by the youngest hybird Original
Rebekah:Elijah being human means having a fresh start, I can grow old and have a family and fill my life with meaning knowing each one matters..
Niklaus just laughs at the thought of Rebekah actually going through with this finding it rather amusing
Niklaus:Well that was poetic!
Elijah sees his brother's amused smirk and counters it by telling Niklaus
Elijah:Well if you can provide us with a more compelling reason for wanting the cure, Klaus please
Niklaus seeing his opportunity to get the cure from Elijah leans in and taps his hand against the table
Niklaus:Silas can appear as anyone. He got inside my thoughts, convinced me I was dying..he will torment me until I give him the cure..
Alas Rebekah knew the consequences of what would happen if Niklaus did end up doing exactly that
Rebekah:And in doing so he will break down the wall to the Other Side!
Once again Niklaus tries his best to persuade this ongoing discussion to his side
Niklaus:So it doesn't trap him there when he dies, he wants to reunite with his lost soulmate. *faces Elijah* You out of all lovesick fools should applaud his devotion..
Elijah sends Niklaus a small glare knowing to what he is referring to still Rebekah can see what would entail of this idiocy
Rebekah:He will open the floodgates for every supernatural being that has ever died!
The Original family have killed a lot of supernatural creatures even witches so bringing down that barrier would only make things far more worse for them
Niklaus:Including our dear brothers, Kol and Finn. We'll have our family back..
Rebekah scoffs knowing damn well that Niklaus and her two other brothers didn't even get along that well
Rebekah:Oh please, you hated Kol and you kept Finn in a box for most of his life!
Both of the arguing siblings finally stop as they both turn to face Elijah who glances at the two of them and says
Elijah:Your personal discomfort might not be sufficient reason for putting the entire world in jeopardy, Klaus. I think we need a more professional approach on this..
The sound of approaching footsteps could be heard as Rebekah couldn't help but smile knowing who was heading their way but as for Niklaus, he didn't understand why his sister was suddenly smiling as Henrik walked into the living room and pulled up a chair and sat down next to Elijah
"What an entrance, right? Be honest did you guys like it?"
Henrik leans back in his chair and puts his hands over his head while putting his feet up on the table acting very casually about being inside of the living room as Niklaus is the first one to ask
Niklaus:What the bloody hell is going on here? Last I heard, Jeremy Gilbert was dead so explain to me how is he here in our home?
Henrik glances at Elijah and Rebekah seeing that they kept their word about not telling Niklaus about how he was here and who he had become as Henrik sighed and took his feet off the table before sitting up straight and putting both of his hands on the table
"You're right, Jeremy Gilbert died back at that cave..but then again he was never real to begin with. He was merely a facade to be seen by those around him.."
Henrik rubs his knuckles and takes a deep breath knowing that the next words that were about to come out of his mouth wouldn't make Niklaus believe him but that didn't mean he wasn't going to at least and explain it
"When Jeremy died..the real inhabitant was shown and I know you won't believe me, Niklaus. But it's me..Henrik Mikaelson, the brother you lost a thousand years ago.."
The room fell completely silent as Rebekah and Elijah waited for Niklaus to say something--anything at all as the look of confusion was soon turned into anger as Niklaus grit his teeth and quickly grabbed Henrik as the youngest sibling was held up in the air by Niklaus wrapping his hand around Henrik's throat
Niklaus:How dare you say that name to me?! How dare you pretend to be my brother!! My own flesh and blood!!
Rebekah and Elijah immediately get up from their chairs to step in but Henrik raises his hand letting them know to not interfere with this as Henrik kicks Niklaus back giving Henrik to chance to say
"It's the truth, Niklaus! I already proved myself to Rebekah and Elijah..I know that you blame yourself for what happened but you--"
Niklaus rips one of the chairs wooden legs off and throws it at Henrik but the hybrid catches it midair and tosses it aside
Niklaus:You may have fooled them but I am no fool! You have no proof of your ridiculous claim!
Henrik dodges multiple thrown punches by Niklaus and jumps up into the air and spins around kicking Niklaus in the chest sending him flying back as he crashes into a wall; Henrik really didn't want to fight Niklaus
But he knew all too well of Niklaus's paranoia which meant that he wasn't going to stop until his heart was torn out of his chest and his body would be burned alive, Henrik is snapped out of his thoughts as he is punched across the face and kneed in the stomach by Niklaus
Henrik stumbles back and clenches his fists because at this point he was going to have to somehow beat Niklaus in a fight that would result in broken bones; as Henrik front flips over Niklaus catching him off guard still Henrik picks Niklaus up and pulls a suplex on him
Alas Niklaus wasn't one to down so easily as he retaliates by getting back and uses his supernatural speed to tackle Henrik through a wall as Henrik grits his teeth and buries his feet into the ground and pushes back against Niklaus; the two lock arms trying to force the other back as their eyes glow yellow showing their hybird like eyes
Niklaus pulls a dirty move but kneeing Henrik in his groin causing Henrik to stumble back as Niklaus sees his opening and grabs Henrik by his shirt once again throwing through another wall creating a big hole to go along with it
Niklaus wipes the blood from his mouth and turns around to head back to his other two siblings but he stops halfway and hears something coming from the big hole in the wall; a pair of glowing eyes stare back at Niklaus as his eyes widen seeing what stepped out because it wasn't human
It was a large russet werewolf that put hundreds if not thousands of other werewolves to complete and utter shame as the large russet wolf growled at Niklaus
Just for a brief second, Henrik could see fear in Niklaus's eyes granted he only used this form when he truly needed it or when someone had seriously pissed him off; alas unfortunately for Niklaus he had earned Henrik's undisputed anger
So if Niklaus wanted to play dirty then so would he as the two hybirds stared at each other before running in as Henrik in his werewolf form leapt off of the ground with his razor sharp teeth ready to sink into his brother's skin
