Saanvi woke up n hugged Neil n then she went to get ready n Neil left her room n came down. After 15 minutes Saanvi came down n hugged Manik n Kartik n wished Manik , Kartik n Karan good morning n went to the kitchen n back hugged Nandu n Naira
Saanu ... Good morning bhabhi
Nandu ... Good morning doll ... Go n sit in the hall I will call u all after everything is done
Saanu ... No bhabhi let me help you
Nandu ... No need doll u go everything is done

Saanu went to hall n sat next to Neil n Manik, Neil, Karan n Saanvi were talking ... Nandu called them for breakfast. All went n had their breakfast n then Karan, Nandu n Saanu left to the sunshine hospital n Neil n Manik to Malhotra empire

Nandu, Saanu n Karan went to their cabins n started doing their work n someone knocked the door of Saanvi's cabin

Abhimanyu was about to say something but a nurse came in
Nurse ... Dr. Saanvi we have an emergency the patient has meet with an acident n he was got a injury on his head n this heart beat is dropping
Saanvi ... Okay I'm coming n call Dr. Sahil
Nurse ... He is busy in another hospital
Abhimanyu .... Saanvi can I come
Saanvi thought for a second n it is related to patient so she said okay
Saanvi n Abhimanyu went where the patient was n when Saanvi saw him the injuries of his head was deep so at first she asked the nurse to do his first aid n asked another nurse to do some test. Abhimanyu was giving the necessary treatment from stopping his heartbeat to drop . After the first aid was done she asked the nurse to do MRI scanning to see if there are some inter injuries.
Saanvi n Abhimanyu went back to Saanvi's cabin n sat n Karan came in to sent sometime with his Saanu bhabhi

Abhimanyu .... Okay Karan .... Will u pls forgive ur brother

Abhimanyu ... Karan I know what all I did was wrong but was sad n angry to lose u n my babies
Karan ... What an excuse Dr. Abhimanyu .... No only u my bhabhi too lost her babies n even she thought that I was dead .... At that time she needed ur support n love n what u did u just gave her divorce n asked her to leave the house.
Saanu ... Karan leave it ... Its waste of time to talk to him ... U came to my cabin all okay
Karan ... Yes bhabhi I just wanted to spend some time with u n see I have brought our favorite ice cream
Karan gave Saanu her ice cream n both started talking n were eating n Abhimanyu was just looking at both of them n was regrating for the actions he did few months back. Nurse came n gave the reports of the patient to Abhimanyu n Saanvi n both checked the reports.
Saanvi ... He has internal injuries we have to do his operation
Abhimanyu ... Then at the time of operation their should be a heart doctor present in the OT because his heart his weak so tell me when u will do the operation I will be here
Karan ... Bhabhi Dr. Sahil will be there n Dr. Abhimanyu in sunshine we have the best heart doctors so thank u for ur concern
Abhimanyu ... Karan I know u are angry but I have checked that patient n its not good to change a doctor for the patient
Saanvi ... Yes Karan Dr. Abhimanyu is right and also because of our personal problems we cant take risk on the patients

Saanvi saw the time it was 1 n was looking at the door n Abhimanyu saw that n was thinking for whom Saanvi is waiting. The door opened n a smile came on Saanvi's face n Abhimanyu saw that n turned back to the door to see Neil has come. When Neil entered, he first saw Saanvi n Karan a smile came on his face but when he saw Abhimanyu that smile disappeared. Saanvi got up from her seat n hugged Neil when Saanvi hugged Neil a huge smile came on his face n Karan clicked their photo. Saanvi broke the hug n Karan sat in another chair.
Neil ... So Saanu ready
Saanvi ... Yes Neil just one second n went the washroom which was in her cabin got ready n came out n took her bag
Saanvi ... Lets go
Karan ... Neil bhai here ur small little brother is here u didn't ask him to have lunch together
Neil ... Oh drama queen stop ur drama n we all will go out tomorrow okay
Karan ... Yes bye both of u enjoy
Nevi left the cabin n Karan got up n went to his cabin n Abhimanyu was just sitting their n was burning in jealousy.

Nevi first went to a restaurant n had their lunch n at 2 their lunch was done n then they went for shopping n after some shopping they went to juhu beach spent some time n from there they went to Marine drive it was sunset time so they both took a lots of photos n at 8 they reached home. When Nevi came in they were talking n there was a smile on both of their faces which everyone noticed.
They wished everyone n went to their rooms n changed n came down n all sat together n spent some time n had their dinner at 10 n they Kaira went back to their room n Manan Nevi n Karan went to the terrace n talked with each other n said how was their day today at 11 they came down n went to their rooms n slept.

Its my final year in degree n I'm not getting any proper time to write anything ... I hope u guys I will understand my situation when ever I will get some time I will update the chapters
