From that day on, school was the most painful experience of my life. Everyday, Haruhi seemed to get closer and closer to me and everyday, I grew closer and closer to her. Hikaru never leaves my side so there's no way to get Haruhi alone like the last time. Ugh, just thinking back to that day gives me all kinds of conflicting emotions. "Kaoru? Why are you staring off into space like that," Hikaru said, snapping me back to reality. I had been daydreaming of those few moments she and I had together and had given myself a near complete erection. I tried my hardest to hide my blush and quickly covered myself with a napkin. "Oh, uhm I-I didn't even notice that I was staring into space. I'm sorry," I managed to stutter out. Hikaru just nodded and went back to eating his sushi.
My cell phone rang and I excused myself from the table, trying to cover myself the best I could. "H-hello," I choked. "Kaoru, I need you," Haruhi's voice came lightly through the phone. I nearly dropped the phone at the sound of her voice. She sounded so quiet, not herself, something's wrong with her. I grabbed my jacket and swung it over my shoulders, heading to the door. "Hm? Where are you going Kaoru," Hikaru asked. "Out," I said, closing the door behind me. I sighed and walked to Haruhi's place, a good, hour long walk in the blistering cold that left my face and ears numb.
I knocked quietly on the Fujioka residence door and nobody answered. I tried the knob and, to my luck, it was unlocked. I opened the door as quietly as possible. At first, it seemed like nobody was home but then I heard a crash from Haruhi's room. I dropped my coat and ran to her room, trying to open the door. The damn thing wouldn't budge so I kicked through it, making a whole through the screen-like area. I crawled through and saw a huge man on top of Haruhi, her clothes and underwear torn and thrown all over the floor. "GET. OFF. OF. HARUHI. NOW BITCH!!!" I pulled the guy off of her, hearing a small tearing sound and Haruhi scream at the top of her lungs. I looked down and saw a long, thin line of blood form on Haruhi's stomach where the blade the bastard was holding at her throat scratched. "Haruhi!? You sick bastard, you hurt her! Prepare to die," I yelled, grabbing the knife from the floor and pinning the guy on the ground. In the process, I knocked off his mask and gasped. He looked up at me with tears streaming down his face.
This couldn't be the person that attacked her..He loves her..Why...I dropped to my knees in tears...WHY...
