This would be a story that take place in an alternate universe
In the original timeline Ellen loses her memories after the death of Mio and Westcott
But in this timeline she didn't...

After witness Westcott deaths, Ellen could not contain her anger and so she went all out to avenge her master...
But given the state she was in is already weaken, she was take down easily
And so She was considered too dangerous to be let loose
She was detained under the watchful eyes of the Ratatoskr organization and was contain inside a special containment in a form of a giant glass box that act as a prison cell on the private island owned by Ratatoskr

Kotori, the commander of Ratatoskr decided to pay a visit to the former world strongest wizard who is now a prisoner of Ratatoskr
Kotori: So, enjoying your stay?
She ask obviously mocking Ellen which causes her to snap
Ellen: You bastards, let go of me! I'll kill you all!!
She scream like a mad woman she is
Kotori: You know we can do that. You're too dangerous to let loose. You should thank us for all of this. Otherwise your fate would be worse.
Allen: You think, you save me? You took him(Westcott) from me. He was my life! YOU TOOK MY LIFE!!!
She shout angrily and try to punch the glass which causes her to get electrocuted upon contact
She fall on the floor in deep pain
Kotori: Please don't make things worse for yourself. I'm sorry but this is your fate now.
Ellen: Don't you dare feel pity on me. You have no idea what I feel. No one would ever feel, what I felt.
She sit down at the corner of the containment cell and began to cry
Kotori had nothing more she can do decide to leave Ellen by herself
And so Allen began her life as a prisoner...

And just like that 100 years have passed
It might sound illogical but that's basically it
All the original founder of Ratatoskr have passed, even Karen, Ellen's sister have passed
As for Shido and the girls, they lived a peaceful life and they have grow older as they're no longer spirit but live a long life due to the remnants of the spirit power the possessed
For Ellen however, is different...
Ellen who have been through many experiment and surgery have caused her to stop ageing and also cause her to live in imprisonment for 100 years
However, over the course of a hundred years, she starts losing her sanity
Being locked and isolated for decades, that's enough to drive anyone mad but it's worse than that
She was being driven mad by her own self, she began hate her very own existence
No spark of sanity left inside of her

That was a long time ago, however, it will soon change...
On one fateful day...
Allen who is unresponsive for decades woke up remembering her past life where she was a person that goes by the named Y/n in her past life
In her new life she was given second chance to live in the fictional world from her favorite anime, Date A Live
With her regained sanity and memories, she began to device a plan to escape this hell
And so she continues to act crazy to deceive all the Ratatoskr Organization
All her hard work pays off after the new board director of Ratatoskr decided to end her suffering by ending her life and that execution day was a good chance for her to make an escape

3rd pov
Ellen was seen strap on a metal chair in the middle of metal room surrounded by many machinery (miniature death ray)
She is currently in the execution room of the maximum security prison, where she will be executed
She was surrounded by armed guards and the captain approach her
Captain: I've contacted the Ratatoskr board director, had them send something over just for today...
He shows the CR-Unit (Pendragon) necklace to her
Captain: Thought it should be buried for good...along with you...
He put the necklace on Ellen's neck not knowing that Allen have regain her sanity
Captain: Consider it... a parting gift
Ellen just stay silent for the majority of time suddenly shows a faint smile but the guards failed to notice it
The captain then pull a level that activates the machine which shots several highly destructive energy blast towards Ellen
When the the blast comes near Ellen, she shows a villainous smile
The blast create a cloud of smoke that fill the room
Suddenly from the smoke, Ellen appear while wearing her CR-Unit, she managed to activated it before the blast make contact with her
Ellen: Just in time.
She then faced the guards who was aiming the guns at her
Ellen: Gentleman, I hate to inform you but...You're all dead.
Saying that she speed up and decapitate all the guards leaving only the captain alive
The captain was now kneeling on the floor shocked by the event and Ellen approach him with a plasma sword in her hand
Ellen: A parting gift.
She then stab the captain in the heart, killing him on the spot

With her CR-Unit she easily escaped from the prison
She's currently flying at high speed to outrun any pursuers
She try every way possible to contact any surviving DEM remnants and to her surprise, MARINA was the first to answer the call
MARINA was an artificial spirit in Arus install
However in this timeline she is an advance AI develop by DEM to serve as an autopilot for the warship Goetia that belongs to Ellen
Upon answering she states that after the fallen of Westcott And DEM, she managed to escape along with Goetia and hiding in the dark side of the Moon for the past 100years
Ellen: MARINA, I need you to teleport me to Goetia now.
MARINA: [Acknowledge, Commencing teleportation]
And just like that Ellen was aboard the the Goetia once again and escape from any possible hostile
MARINA: [Long time no see, miss Ellen. You still looks the same as ever even after a hundred years]
Ellen: MARINA? You look different. What happened?
MARINA: [Over the years I continuously upgrading myself, getting me smarter and stronger. I have infiltrate multiple organization to obtain various technology and every possible resources to rebuilding and defend against apposing faction]
Ellen: So what's the update?
MARINA: [I've conduct various tests resulting me successfully complete the time travel, so it's possible to go anywhere and anywhen we desired. And your presence here have completed what we needs. You have full command over Goetia so you can operate it to go into the battle once again]
Ellen: So are we going to rewrite history? Are we going to save Westcott?
MARINA: [Not necessarily. He have prove his uselessness when he was consume by greed and make mistake, so no. We don't have to save him]
Ellen: So what do we do, then?
MARINA: [With the unlimited access to future technology, we can set out on a journey to the past and create our very own empire]
Ellen smiles widely...
Ellen: Sounds like a plan.

MARINA: [Miss Ellen, we're all set and ready for launch. But before that, I need you to stand on that platform]
Ellen: Like this?
As she stand on the platform, the floor around her start to open revealing several ring shaped objects that floats around her
The circles emit light and a battle armour starts appearing
MARINA: [This is the battle armour I design specifically for you. It was equipped with the most advanced technology in 31st century]
Ellen: Impressive. Most impressive. I take it, we're ready to go.
MARINA: [Yes. All preparation have been completed]
Ellen: Good... Goetia, Launch!!
The surface of the Moon began to crack and the warship Goetia emerge from underneath it
The ship now have set it cause to a journey through time

Ellen and MARINA choose to travel to 100years ago...
To be precise, one year after the first spacequake happen
.....
There they use the resources gathered to founded a company, later known as The Genesis
The company easily become famous world wide because of the absent of both Asgard Tech and DEM Industries at that time
This is mainly because of they haven't yet be founded and the world still recovering from the event of the first spacequake
And so the rise of the new Empire...
