He keep staring at Hanbyeol's phone, contemplating either to unlock it or not. the content of the phone is making him curious, what's the reason behind Sunoo handing it to him? what's the thing that he needed to see that he mentioned. He sigh in defeat before reaching for the phone, he couldn't help but caress the matching keychain that he got for her, the blue glitter resin bear charms suit her.
He try inserting the password that he have seen the girl unlock the phone with which is her birthday, "9-5-1-0-2-8" he mutter as he try the passcode but fail to unlock it making him confused before trying his birthday, "9-5-1-2-0-8" he try again but he got it wrong again makimg him even more confused. He then realized something on the girl lock screen, 'HoonByeol 6000th Day' . That what she wrote on the top of the screen.
"HoonByeol 6000th day? 13th Sep..?" He questioned before calculating the days by using his phone, "6000.. days after, 13th September 2007" he mumble as he search it on the opened browser before trying out the date, "2-4-0-2-1-6" he try and shock as the phone successfully got unlocked.
"it's have been more than 6000 days since we knew each other?that sounds longer than 18 years" he whispered to himself as he smile proudly before checking the girl apps history and find out the last application that she has on is a voice recorders.
He click on the app and found a few recording in the app. there's only 4 recording and he decided to hear to all of it. the first one date is 19th September 2025. He push the play button and startled by hearing the girl sniffing sounds.
"Park Sunghoon.."
"pick up your phone for once for me.."
"be here for me too, can't you?"
"I need you too..."
She expressed, crying in between the words, sobbing so hard. It's the day where she almost got raped and he didn't pick up the call and almost ignored it for a whole day. Now he feel more guilty for not picking the call up. She needs him, but he's always absence.

"I'm keeping Sunghoon's secret here"
"He found someone he is really interested with"

"I went back to Busan and told mom about Sunghoon having a girlfriend"
"and she asked me how I feel about that and I said that I'm... totally fine with it"

"I knew I've planned to go there with Sunghoon but he's too busy with Yura now.."

He unconsciously smile as he heard how she actually miss spending time with him on their free time. He almost play the last recording, but stop as he see the date,— 27th October 2025. His eyes squint as he remembered what happened on the day and realize that it can't be just a confession as she hand the phone to Sunoo right after the argument.. He then hit the play button making his smile drop as he hear a familiar voice echoed.
"Sunghoon? He's okay, the fact that he's being serious in our relationship is funny"
"I'm just testing the water but I guess I looked genuinely in love with him"
"but he seriously looks so good to be true, the fact that he is loaded with money make it better"
Kim Yura. It's her voice, it's his girlfriend voice, a quiet scoff can be heard and he knew that it's Hanbyeol before he heard a rustling sound, like Hanbyeol slip her phone in her pockets.
"wait—doesn't he have like a girl best friend?have you met her?"
"I have, Sunghoon always goes around with her. I bet she's sticking with him because of his wealth too"
"She looked like a decent, peasant girl who work in an office, probably not his match. I doubt he met her through café or something"
"Sunghoon often lend her his car and so on.She might look nice but we shouldn't judge by face right?"
"I saw her earlier with a guy, they looked close, the guy wear a white coat, she must be obsessed with medical officers"
She's talking about Sunoo, Hanbyeol had a dinner with Sunoo on that day and she never seen the said guy before. Yura's word towards Hanbyeol is so harsh that it makes his hard boils too. He then heard the sound of the door opens before hearing the sound of the water runs in the sink.
"If you don't want him, leave him, don't be pathetic"
"I've been with him since we're 13, he have gone through a lot of shits and I don't want him to go through another"

"and I'm a Neurologist"

He then heard how Hanbyeol almost slam the door as she make her way out of the place.
"let's go back to the office before I lost my mind"
"huh?Oh Hanbyeol—wait up"
"Isn't that Kim Yura? Sunghoon's gir—"
"definitely not his girlfriend, I'm going to give Sunghoon a whole lecture about her"

That's the last thing he heard before the recording ends, it's the conversation between Sunoo and Hanbyeol. Sunoo knows everything which is why he is mad at Sunghoon for not listening to Hanbyeol words first before being mad at her. He sigh before cursing under his breath as he exit the recording app.
The girl Photos apps catch his attention, and he decide to open the application, wants to scroll through it but then get surprise of how many pictures she had which almost reach 19 thousand photos and videos. "wait—these pictures.." he mutter as he realize that Hanbyeol had all of their memories photos, including those where she took in secret.
She transfered all of their childhood and teenage memories into her latest phone. He slide the photos and videos one by one, recalling the memories of them together. He then came over a video with the cover of their matching charms, and he decide to play the video.
"I've been eyeing this charm since the first day of the festival, and Sunghoon bought it today!"
"I'll keep this forever, it's my first gift from Sunghoon"
She utter excitedly as she shakes the charms out of excitement making Sunghoon smile, adoring the girl behaviour. first gift from him, and it could be the last one if their friendship tearing apart. "I really don't want to lose you.." Sunghoon mumble as he continue to scroll through the girl gallery.
