YOU were running in the hallways in a hurry. You were supposed to meet up with the council members 15 minutes ago and yet your dumbass fell asleep in class while you were trying to finish some assignments.
Well atleast 20 minutes ago you already chatted Kagaya that you were going to be a few minutes late and you never specified how late you were going to be, so you should be fine.. right?
As you were running with your thoughts occupied you accidentally bumped into somebody.
"shit. god. shoot sorry are you ok?" You looked at the guy who you accidentally bumped into. He had ruffled burgundy coloured hair. Well this was unexpected.
"oh, yeah don't worry it doesn't hurt at all. Are you ok though?" The guy replied. Wow is he seriously asking if you're ok and not blaming you for bumping into him? Well this is new.
"Yeah i'm good don't worry. So sorry for bumping into you" You apologise to him. "Oh, no its fine. It was also my fault on my behalf for not watching where i was going." He apologised again. Why is this kid apologising? It was completely your fault.
So you both went forward exchanging apologies..
"No, i'm sorry it was my fault. i was in a hurry and i guess i got loss in my thoughts that i didn't see where i'm going."
"Oh no its my bad. I should've watched where i was going, yet i was distracted. I'm so sorry."
Why is this kid trying to justify your actions. Who the fuck raised this kid?
Weirdly enough this boy looks oddly familiar for some reason. But you can't pinpoint on why..
And so for about 5 minutes, you both were exchanging apologies. Something you have never done in your whole entire life to be honest or expect to happen. and yet here you are.
While you both were still going on and on exchanging apologies suddenly,
"TANJIRO YOU JERK!"
You heard somebody yelled behind the kid. Then out of no where a guy with bright yellow hair jumped on the burgundy haired kid.
And grabbed the collar of his shirt and started yelling something along the lines,
"TANJIRO I LEFT YOU FOR A FEW MINUTES AND YOU FLIRTED WITH A PRETTY GIRL?!"
With the burgundy haired kid who is i guess, Tanjiro. Defended himself saying things like,
"E-Eh?! I wasn't flirting with her!"
And the obnoxious yellow highlighter continuing to attack him with saying things like "YOU LIAR" or "WELL IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE IT!"
This went on for about 5 minutes straight with the highlighter accusing this tanjiro guy of flirting. And you were just watching on the sidelines. Honestly it looks like those dramatic breakup scenes you see in series but in the end they always get back for some weird reason.

To be honest you don't even have any idea why you're still here. You have better things to do then watching them go back and forth saying basically the exact same things. Maybe you were just so drawn to their weirdly chaotic energy? That's stupid.

Oh how the tables have turned.
This was the unexpected plot twist. Well actually this whole encounter was unexpected and the most weirdest one yet.
But hey you weren't complaining.
You were having a bad day today, because your history teacher forgot to make the exam papers which meant you studied for nothing.
And this weird unexpected encounter kind of made your day a little bit better.
While you were standing there awkwardly with Tanjiro lecturing Zenitsu and him yelling back something to Tanjiro. Which you were blocking the noise because of how painfully loud he is.
