It was August, a cool,calm breeze could be felt blowing through Mustutafu. The birds were singing and the squirrels were scavenging for food for the up coming winter. It was supposed to be the perfect day. Nothing was supposed to go wrong today and yet dear old Katsuki Bakugo lost his entire world that day.
"GROUND ZERO, DEKU THERES A REPORT FROM THE HERO COMMISSION. THEY MEED YOU ON EASTERN WOOD AVENUE. A VILLAIN ATTACK CAUSED A BUILDIJG TO COLLAPSE ANDMULTIPLE OTHER BUILDINGS ARE AFFECTED." The secretary said rushing through thr report, typing something onto her computer. Bakugo and Deku cam be seen running down the stairs to stand in front of her desk. Bakugo grabbed dekus hand and then slammed his fist onto the counter by the desk,"ALRIGHT SHIBUYA, WHATS THE CASUALTIES AND DO WE KNOW THE VILLAINS NAME". Shibuya(the secretary) typed something into her computer, taking a sip of coffee before speaking."ok there's 5 casualties that they have counted, 127 injured so far. And the villain....is Shigaraki." Dekus eyes widen,"BUT HOW HE SHOULD BE IN TARTURUS HOW DID HE GET OUT." THE secretary shrugged," I don't know but there's more pressing matters right now, the hero commission needs you to go to the location and help defeat him otherwise more deaths will happen." Bakugo and Deku look at each other and smirk,"well..", they stand together flashing their quirks,"GROUND ZERO AND DEKU REPORTING FOR FUCKING DUTY".The secretary smiled,alright well go bring us another win." With a nod they dove straight out the window heading to the sounds of explosions. And the dust clouds in the distance. Bakugo looked at dwku with a smirk,"Well, he just missed us, I guess. I did to ya know, I missed beating his ass. " Deku chuckled, giving Bakugo a playful kiss before landing onto the crime scene."well Kachan let's send him back to Tarturus shall we," he smirked,"Damn Straight Deku, though that is if your lousy ass can survive." Dlu smirked back,"If anyone's gonna die, it's gonna be your before shooting off to save someone from a falling piece of building. Bakugo jumped up using an explosion to propell himself after deku.
If only Deku didn't lie.
"KACHAN CATCH".
"DEKU GET OUT OF THERE"
THERES ANOTHER PERSON"
"DEKU WATCH OUT"

Bakugo is seen fighting shigaraki along side Deku. From the outside they are winning but from the inside they are trying not to kill him do to the law. "Ha, little katsuki and little Izuku all grown up now. To bad your friends couldn't join you". Apparently that was Dekus final straw because he used black whip to grab him and slam his head into the concrete.
He didn't get up.
Deku floated to the ground, Bakugo following after him. When they finally got down Deku fell into Bakugos arms. "Kachan why, why wasn't I strong enough to save them." Memories of Uraraka, Iida, Kaminari, and Tsuyu flash through their minds, before Bakugo pulled Deku onto a hug. "Deku it wasn't your fault it was Shigarakis ok. You never hurt them you tried to
Save them. Now I won't lie to you, you werent strong enough then but you are now ok so show them you are." Deku nodded into his shoulder before pulling away at the sound of a child crying. He jumped up and started sprinting towards the collapsed building before he could think. Running as fast as his legs could carry him he ignored Bakugos screaming voice echoing in his head telling him to stop. All he could think, see, hear, And feel was was that kids scream. Finally getting into the building he searched."HEY, HEY IS THERE ANYONE IN THERE",he yelled before quieting to listen for any sign of life. It took a minute but he could just vaguely here someone saying something. So he ran around trying to find the voice when finally he found them. Yes them. There were 2 people a child who couldn't be any older than 6 who had a teal horn mutation on his back. The other must have been his mother because she had similar horns on her arms, but they were the color pink along with her skin. Looking quickly he could see the mom was in bad shape and barely clinging to counciousness and could deduct that it was due to head trauma. He had to get her out fast but-he thought,'if I take her out he would have to follow and he looks to be in shock. It's amazing that he was able to call for help in his state'. Looking around he looked to the little boy and then back at the mom. "Hey buddy can you hear me." Deku asked looking back at the boy with a comforting smile. The boy in question looked up and nodded before being lead into a coughing fit. Deku sighed, 'that's good because that means he is only in a slight shock. "OK buddy can you listen to me very carefully". He nodded and so he continued,"well your mama here needs to see a doctor ok so I need to take her but you need to stay there until I get back ok",Deku said waiting for a response. The boy visibly hesitated at this but ultimately decided yes when he looked up and saw the reassuring smile upon his face. Deku nodded at the boy and held a finger up to him signaling him to wait a minute before turning away and taking off his ex mentors cape before handing it to the kid."This was my old senseis cape but I wear it as a scarf. This will keep you safe until I get back." The kid looked up a glimmer in his eye that wasn't there before,"wait which hero was it...WAS IT ALLMIGHT". Deku chuckled,"know it was actually a lesser known hero named Gran Torino. He saved my life multiple times". Looking back up at the little boy he sighed,"ok I got to take your mom to the doctors so I'll be back ok just stay here ok". With a quick nod from the little boy he grabbed his mother and ran out of the building.
Bakugo frantically called after Deku trying to get him to listen though it was obvious that he wasn't hearing him. With a few curse words he ran in after him but was pulled away by a scream from behind him. Turning around he sees red riot get blown through the air, hitting a building. It was him who was yelling at Bakugo. Quickly running to his side he helped Riot up, though it looked like he didn't take to much damage. "Hey RED what's happening now". Red Riot looked up at him with his usual dopey smile."hey bakubro shigaraki apparently had some random dude helping him. He has a quirk that can make things gravity shift, so he can make it stronger or weaker." Bakugo just groaned,"GOD DAMNITTTTT WHYYYYY". Red Riot laughed at him, "well let's get him taken care of its been a while since we have fought together anyways let's show them what we used to be like". Bakigo nodded grabbed kirishimas hand, and blew up into the air looking for the villain. Finally seeing him near the collapsed building Deku ran into, he dove down slamming an explosion into his face. The fighting continued for what had to be 15 minutes until the villain ran off. Kirishima sighed in exasperation,"OMG DUDE THIS ISNT VERYVMANLY JUST LET US ARREST YOU PLEASE", he said running after him. Bakugo on the other hand was frozen in place. He saw deku running out of the building with a women but he didn't see the villain he was running into. Before when could do anything, the villain ran unto the battle and used his quirk to destabilize the building. It was obvious that Deku saw him now and understood at least a little of what happened, because his face contorted into a look of frustration and concentration. He turned his head looking around until he caught eyes with Bakugo. Bakugo stared back waiting for what deku would do. If Deku wasn't careful then he could hurt the girl and make the building fall faster but if he didn't hurry it would collapse anyways and he still had to get the boy. Looking back at Bakugo he frowned before a look of determination spread onto his face and he ran full speed at Bakugo. Bakugos face contorted into something that would be unable to read to a normal person. But Deku, deku knew he was just worried. It was a look that he saw on Bakugo alot when Deku went out on missions or on an emergency call on his own. He always saw that look except this time...He has true fear in his eyes....Why?
Deku ran at bakugo as fast as he could, as long as he could get to bakugo then he could give the Woman to him and get the little boy out. That was the plan until he heard it. The ceiling. It was cracking looking up he could see the fast moving cracks that decorated the roof of the building. Knowing his time was short he called out to Bakugo, "KACHAAN CATCH",throwing the woman through a hole in the wall into bakugos arms. Apparently Bakugo heard the building because that look of fear in his eyes had doubled and almost made him turn back to him. His scream almost got him."DEKU, DEKU GET OUT OF THERE ITS NOT STABLE". Continuing forward he shouted back,"THERES ANOTHER PERSON IN HERE". He ran into the building ignoring Bakugos calls of his name. He turned into the room he found the mom and boy in and saw the boy cuddled up in a corner, clutching tightly to Gran Torino's cape. Hereing Deku enter he perked up and went to speak but before he could get anything out Deku had scooped him up and started to run out of the building. They were just on the second floor when everything started to collapse. Running through the building onto the first floor a peice of the roof collapsed and hit the floor next to them. Deku realized how far off the window outside was and grimaced. He knew it wasn't gonna be good. Turning towards that window he called out to Bakugo on the other side,"KACHAN CATCH", he said throwing the boy throught the window. Bakugo caught him bit then put him down to look at Deku. He was stuck. After throwing the boy his legs got pinned and a giant peice of roof had fallen on top of him, which he was holding with ofa. You could visibly watch his expression go into one of pure fear and horror. He jumped up and ran towards the building,"DEKU WATCH OUT". Deku looked up at this just to see the rest of the building start to fall. He looked at Bakugo and mouthed,"stop Kachan its ok", before the building fell right on top of him.
Bakugo couldn't move his boyfriend, his one, his lover, was trapped under a building. He watched him get crushed and couldn't do anything. He just stood and stared. Red Riot ran up to him and just stood by him. "Hey...bakubro I know this is alot. Cmon let's move you don't need to see this". Bakugo could only wisper,"No nono nonono nono no no NoNo NO NO NO NO, HES OK HE CANT BE DE- HE CANT BE HELP ME GET HIM OUT". He screamed and screamed trying to pull peices of the building away. Red Riot couldn't help the tears that fell down his face and just nodded,"ok let's find him". Bakugo nodded and frantically started to blow shit up. All the while you could here him whispering to himself.
He's here, he's here, he's alive he has to be. Cmon Deku please cmon please. This was rehearsed through his head multiple times. It was until he lifted a big peice of roof that he saw him. Deku. He was bleeding heavily but one thing caught his eye he wasn't breathing. His face was pale and he looked at peice with a small smile on his face. Now Bakugo isn't one to just break it takes alot. And Deku...was alot. Grabbing his body and holding him close he felt the scream tear through his body harder than anything ever had. The pain and horror that washed over him was unlike anything he had ever experienced.
He doesn't know when but sometime while he was screaming The entirety of 1-A that was alive were there and were surrounding us. With tears in their eyes. They all whispered something in unison. It didn't process. All he could hear was his own screams. Then.....
he woke up.
KACHAN, KACHAN wake up their calling us. Bakugo looked up and just stared at deku. He sighed. It was a dream. He's alive. He's ok. Bakugo grabbed Deku and pulled down onto the bed hugging him close to his chest. They stayed like that content until..."GROUND ZERO, DEKU THERES A REPORT FROM THE HERO COMMISSION. THEY MEED YOU ON EASTERN WOOD AVENUE. A VILLAIN ATTACK CAUSED A BUILDIJG TO COLLAPSE ANDMULTIPLE OTHER BUILDINGS ARE AFFECTED." His eyes widened. He recognized those words. Before Deku could get up he pulled him back onto the bed and called the secretary. When she picked up, he cut her off before he could say anything,"nope nah uh, tell the hero commission to go suck a dick we are not going". And then hung up.
