Mario Luigi Peach and Daisy made it to a village. Peach was wearing a pink hood
Mario: plumbers log number 8. We arrived in a village in the woods so peach could visit her grandmother and tell her we're getting married
Peach: this is the place! And that's Pine the woodcutter's cottage! Grandma's home is just over the river and through those woods! Oh I can't wait to tell her everything!
Mario: me to! but first we'd better get inside by a fire before we turn into popsicles!
Daisy: really? We've been in much colder places then again it does get really chilly at night

The four of them enter a toad's cottage but all the toad's there were frozen solid
Luigi: what happened?!
Daisy: i guess it's a lot colder then I thought it was
Peach: Quick Mario! We have to build a fire and melt these mushrooms!
None of them could fine any wood
Mario: There isn't any wood!
Daisy: leave that to me! I'll chop down as many trees we need!
Daisy grabbed an axe but at the moment Ludwig and his koopa army showed up
Ludwig: well look what we have here! It's Mario and friends which is pretty clear!
Mario Luigi peach and Daisy left the house to face him
Daisy: are you still rhyming?
Ludwig: old habits die hard but that's the last one!
Peach: Are you the heartless koopaling who froze the poor woodcutter?
Ludwig: heartless? I like that! Anyway I'm putting you all on ice!
He threw a Bob-omb on the floor which exploded covering the four of them in snow
Ludwig: well that was easy! And junior said this would be hard!
Ludwig stole a snowmobile and drove off. Then Daisy got out of the snow
Daisy: he's gone guys! The coast is clear!

Mario Luigi peach and Daisy collected more wood to make a fire and unfreeze the toads
Pine: Ludwig stole everyone's wood and all the villagers are frozen!
Daisy: then we'll just stop him like always!
Peach: If he's done anything to Grandma-! Oh no! Grandma! I've got to get to her before it's too late!
Mario: we'll go with you!
Peach: you guys have to stay here you have to chop wood and unfreeze the villager's
Mario: peach I know you can handle yourself but the woods aren't safe if you go alone!
Peach: I know Mario but that's my grandmother out there. I'll be back I promise
Peach kissed Mario and ran into the woods
Daisy: good luck!
Luigi: you ok bro?
Mario: yeah. Now lets keep everyone warm!

Peach ran deeper into the woods
Peach: I've got to get some wood to grandma before she freezes!
She picks up some sticks on the ground and puts them into her basket
Peach: all of the koopalings are cold villainous wolves! But in a way they did bring me and Mario close together...
Peach eventually made it to her grandma's house and knocked on the door
Ludwig: *cough* *cough* come in peaches!
Ludwig was doing his impression of peach's grandma which was actually perfect
Peach: grandma never called me peaches that before
She went inside and saw Ludwig laying on the bed under the blanket and dressed as her grandma
Peach: grandma! I'm so glad your safe! One of the koopalings attacked the village and I wanted to make sure you were ok
Ludwig: well you don't need to worry about me dear
Peach: are you sick grandma? You look green
Ludwig: just a small fever!
Ludwig jumped out of bed took of grandma's clothes
Peach: Ludwig! You should be ashamed of yourself! Breaking in here and wearing my grandmothers clothes!
Ludwig: you can't talk to me that way! Your not my mom! And besides I thought color looked good on me
Peach: what have you done with my grandmother?!
Ludwig: I sent her on a wild goose chase! She's fine

Meanwhile Grandma made it to the village
Grandma: excuse me pine but the telegram said I had won a year's supply of wood
Pine: Lady we don't even have a minute's supply of wood here!
Grandma: Now who would pull a terrible prank like that on an old lady?
Mario Luigi and Daisy ran up to grandma
Mario: sorry to bother you but are you by any chance princess peach's grandmother?
Grandma: yes I am! Do you know her?
Daisy: yes but the person who tricked is Ludwig! And he's probably-
Grandma: he's going to capture my granddaughter!
Mario: actually peach and defend herself now! She can fight and use power ups to!
Grandma: that's delightful! But you have to help her!
Luigi: of course will!
Mario: Stay here and we'll be back with peach!

Back with peach she started fighting off Ludwig
Ludwig: this is getting us nowhere!
Peach: so you give up?
Ludwig: not a chance!
He jumped towards peach but she got out of the way making him hit the wall
Ludwig: Ow!
Peach: I'm sorry but you made that necessary!

Peach escaped through the window and ran into the woods
Peach: I have to get back to the village!
Suddenly Ludwig jumped down from a tree and landed in front of her
Ludwig: do us both a favor and become the damsel in distress again!
Peach: if you think that was going to happen then you won't be expecting this!
Peach kicked Ludwig in the stomach hard and he hit a tree. Then she ran off again
Ludwig: Ow! Y-Yeah ok I might have underestimated her a little bit...

Peach was almost out of the forest when she bumped into Mario Luigi and Daisy
Peach: Mario!
Mario: Peach! Are you ok?
Peach: I'm fine but have you seen my grandma?
Daisy: your grandma's fine. She's back in the village
Ludwig drove up to them in a snowmobile. He was holding grandma who was tied up
Ludwig: think again pointless president!
Peach: grandma!
Grandma: I'm alright peach!
Ludwig: enough talk! Surrender or else grandma gets it!
Luigi: that's not fair!
Ludwig: your talking to be about fair green bean?!
Daisy: stop calling him that!
Peach: you let my grandmother go Ludwig!
Ludwig: no way! Say later loser's!
He drove away with grandma
Luigi: what do we do now?
Daisy: wait for it...
Peach: Ludwig can try to capture me for as long as he wants but he doesn't hurt my family or friends!
Daisy: that's what I'm talking about peach!
Mario: lets save grandma!

Mario Luigi peach and Daisy followed Ludwig into a cave
Luigi: Y-You don't think the real big bad wolf is in there do you?
Daisy: even if he is there's one of him and four of us!
Mario: I think I have an idea
Ludwig didn't hear any of them and sat on his new throne with grandma tied up next to him
Ludwig: now all I have to do is wait
Grandma: you'll never get away with this!
Ludwig: shut up! You sound just like-
All of a sudden a wolf tapped Ludwig on the shoulder so he turned around and saw it
Ludwig: AHH!! T-Take the old lady just don't eat me!
Ludwig threw grandma at the wolf and it caught her. Then he was able to escape
Grandma: leave me alone!
The wolves were actually Mario Luigi peach and Daisy in costumes
Mario: we're not going to hurt you!
Peach untied grandma and hugged her
Peach: I'm so glad your safe grandma
Grandma: it's thanks to you and your friends. I'm so proud of the princess you've become! Your parents would be proud of you to
Peach smiled and tried not to cry
Luigi: 'would be'? Do you think-
Mario and Daisy: Shh!

Mario Luigi peach Daisy and grandma give the wood back to the toads
Grandma: I'm so glad you came to visit peach! But why did you visit? You sent me a letter saying you and your friends were going on a big quest
Peach: I wanted to tell you in person that Mario and I are getting married!
Grandma: oh that's wonderful! I'm so happy for you two!
Mario: thanks grandma! Oh is it ok if I call you grandma?
Grandma: of course Mario. Your going to be family soon after all. So when's the wedding?
Peach: most likely after the koopalings are gone for good. We still have a long journey ahead
Grandma: well good luck to all of you!
