~About a week after the diner was renovated~
JULIES POV:
"We finally can open back up tomorrow"
My dad and I took a step back and admired out work. It looked amazing.
James was over setting up the animatronics.
"I was thinking about changing our logo," my dad said walking up only the stage with James.
"I was thinking we could put both fredbear and bonniebunny on it. It might appeal to kids more, what do you think?"
"Sound great dad"
"We better get going its getting late Julie"
He came over and hugged me sideways.
"We did good, it looks great, thanks guys"
"Do you wanna come to our house for dinner dad?" I said walking towards the door.
"I don't know-"
"Oh come one Rob, besides you still haven't come to see our house yet."
"Alright I guess I will"
When we got to our house we showed my dad around and we ate. Then he went home. After that me and James watched a movie on the couch.
~the next morning~
JAMES POV:
The sun was shining through our window, blinding me. I opened my eyes and stretched out my arms. I realized we were still laying on the couch, Julie's head was rested In my lap.
"Hey julie"
I whispered softly into her ear.
"Hmmmm?"
"Guess what" I whispered once again.
"What" she whispered back smiling still with her eyes closed.
"CHICKEN BUTT"
She shot right up.
"James!"
"Hahahahaha you should have seen your face!"
"Ugh I can't believe we fell asleep, what time is it"
I checked my watch.
"8:00"
"Ah crap I got to be at the dinner by 9:00, I guess I should get up," she said stretching her arms out.
We both got ready and I drove her into town.
"Morning you two" I heard Julie's dad say as we walked in.
"Morning" we both said. Julie walked to the back and put her purse down and came back out.
"I got to go into the shop, but I should be done by about noon, we could meet up for lunch?"
"Sure, love you sweetie"
"Love you" I kissed her and was about to walk out the door when someone walked in.
"Excuse me were not open till 10:00" Julie's father said kindly.
"Oh sorry, I just heard that a position just opened up for the security guard..."
"Oh, yes, um do you have a resume?"
The man handed Rob a paper and stood there awkwardly.
"I'll get back to you-"
He looked down at the paper.
