[Name] groaned "Why, why does the sun keep rising!?" She yells out, full of despair and with no expectation of an answer.

She wrapped her pillow close to her torso, praying for the sun to go away so she could sleep a little bit longer.

Her mind, clouded by the drowsiness, prevented her from realizing that she had been transported to an unknown place. Whilst she tried to drift back to sleep.

As [Name] shifted to lie on her stomach, she felt the warmth of the sun on her back. But as she looked over, she noticed that her once-beloved stuffed animal was missing from its usual spot, squished on the wall between her bed.

The girl's face displayed tiredness followed by a look of bewilderment as she grasped that she had been displaced from her own room. The space in which she now found herself was a stark contrast from her familiar surroundings; it was shrouded in darkness and cluttered with disorderly objects.

She quickly sat up and scanned her surrounding, but the darkness prevailed over her eyes. With her sight blurred, she can only identify the scattered clothes and magazines on the ground.

She also takes note that everything looked far away from reality like it was it seemed surreal and animated. She then notices her hair, which is longer than usual and a shade of brown.

"What the actual fuck?" She cursed a whisper, scrunching up her face a little. This didn't make any sense.

'Could this be a lucid dream?' She thought whilst she desperately clung to the idea that this might just be a lucid dream. She didn't want to face the harsh reality of being possibly being kidnap.

Suddenly, a noise jolted her to attention and she turned to the source - the light bulb attached to the vanity mirror. It flickered and hummed, casting an eerie glow across the room.

With a pounding heart, she removed the zebra print blanket draped around her and unsteadily made her way to the mirror.

Reaching there [Name] gazed into the mirror, she immediately felt a jolt of shock course through her body. The reflection staring back at her was unrecognizable. She stumbled back and fell to the ground, unsure of what was happening. Slowly rising to her feet, she squinted hard at the reflection, desperately hoping it was all just a trick of the light.

At that moment, she was in utter disbelief.

She stared.

Stared at the young girl in the mirror with those foreign fox-shaped hazel green eyes in the place of her [Eye Color] [Eye Shaped]. With long [Hair Texture] brunette hair cascading her shoulder.

Accompanied by bangs covering her forehead. She could have sworn she had [Hair Color] instead and [Hair Style].

She touched her face -if it was even her face,- then she pulled her hair lightly.

Thankfully she still has her luscious [Skin Color], her [Moles/Freckles/Beauty Marks], and her [Face Structure].

Everything felt too real to be real, it couldn't be a dream. She had to confirm it. She had to see if this was real.

Turning around she looked at the only window and one of the light sources in the room, she saw the clear view of the scenery right there In front of her.

The Eiffel Tower.

It firmly stood there. Stunned by this [Name] connected the dots. the uncanny resemblance of her face to a character from the popular show Miraculous Ladybug and Chat Noir. She was shocked to think that she might have even replaced the character. The tower stood there firmly as if reminding her that she was indeed in Paris, the city where the show was set.

She looks like or is Lila Rossi, the antagonist of a popular primary antagonist of a renowned children's program she used to watch.

It was something she thought could only happen in fanfiction. But here she was, living it in reality. "I thought those things happened only in fanfics." She says out loud with shock and disbelief were evident in her voice.

Five Minutes

It's been about five minutes since she found out that she's been a fictional character, from a kid's show. She's struggling to make sense of it all, her mind racing with questions and disbelief.

She sat on a purple bean bag chair, tapping her finger on the floor. The walls enclosing her seemed to be devoid of any interest or excitement. Her expression was blank, her mind seemingly void of thoughts.

'How did this happen? Why me? Where's Lila?' Her mind was consumed by those three questions, and she repeated them over and over again for those passing minutes.

Two seconds later her door was suddenly slammed open. Jumping up and covering her scream she looked at the intruder.

It was Lila's- no her Mother........

"You're still not ready? [Name], it's almost time to go to school." The woman had dark circles under her eye. [Name] looked at the clock in her room. She was right it was "7:30"

But that wasn't the weird part, the strange part was that she could understand French perfectly, but she had never learned it. She could pick up conversations and understand the women as if she had been speaking the language her entire life.

"O-oh sorry...I'm getting ready now.." she said in slightly broken French. Although French came out rusty and wasn't fluent, the woman at the door did not seem to find it suspicious.

"Okay Bella, your lunch is on the table." She said softly. [Name] decided to finally voice her thoughts out loud to the woman.

"Um....So where's Lila?"

Her mother looked at her oddly.

"Who's Lila?" Realization hit hard as [Name] comprehended the truth. Lila Rossi didn't exist in this world, only she was. She must be in an alternative world or something, where there was no Lila, just her. She was now [Name] Rossi!

Which meant she was the villain of a FUCKING kid's show!

'Are you kidding me?' As [Name] furrowed her eyebrows in annoyance, her mom looked at her with concern. Something was clearly bothering her daughter and she couldn't help but worry. "Are you okay Bella? Do you-"

Before she could say any more to [Name], there was a loud ringing noise that abruptly interrupted their conversation.

"RING-RING-RING"

She looked at [Name]. "I'm sorry sweetie, but I have to take this." [Name] nodded, trying to push aside the feeling of guilt. It wasn't her fault that she was inhabiting the body of a fourteen-year-old.

But it soon went away as she reminded herself that the fourteen-year-old is not even real.

Only a fictional non-breathing character from a kid's show she used to watch, on her [Tablet/Phone/Computer/Tv].

"Rossi speaking." The woman left the room, [Name] could still hear the woman's voice though. "Oh no, no! I'm not busy, it wasn't like I was talking to anyone important." She dismissed with a laugh.

[Name] gave a dumbstruck look at the woman's words left, her heart heavy with the sorrow of the person who once possessed it. Although she herself felt no sadness, the weight of the previous owner's emotions was palpable.

[Name] tuned out the woman's voice. Whilst she rose from the bean bag chair and yanked the curtains shut to block out the blinding light and the towering figure of the Eiffel Tower looming before her.

"Ciao, Bella! I'll try not to be home too late!" The woman yelled out before leaving the apartment. [Name] gave no response to her as she was trying to find what clothes she should wear.

She might as well look good while being in this body. No way is she going to wear the same clothes every day.

As [Name] opened the closet, she was greeted by a sea of orange. Shirts, pants, dresses, and skirts, all in varying shades of vibrant hue. It seemed that orange was to be her new color scheme.

Finally, she took out a short sleeve orange turtleneck and wore it with jean bell pants.

She then decided to give her hair a different style not what Lila or her parallel self usually does.

She spent a seemingly endless amount of time braiding her hair, but eventually, it was complete. She gathered it into a low braid and added a delicate orange hairband to the top of her head. With a satisfied smile, she stepped back to admire her handiwork and decided it was the perfect finishing touch to her new look.

"Im finally here" [Name] breathed out heavily with relief, After a twenty-minute search, [Name] finally arrived at the college, She had been too shy to ask people for directions, which made it more challenging.

She then walked inside and looked around the big area she was in. She awed at how real it looked.

Then she saw a teacher In front of her with a stern sour look. [Name] stood there with her purse tightly grasped. While the teacher strode purposefully towards her with arms crossed.

"And why are you a late young lady? Shouldn't you be in class, Miss Rossi!?" She says whilst she looks down at [Name] in disapproval.

Her mind raced for any excuses or lies, and finally, she ducked her head down and started fiddling with her fingers, trying to look timid.

"I'm so sorry." She faked a stammer. "It's just that there was so much happening at home and I had to help my mom since she was sick......" She drifted off trying to gain pity or sympathy from the science teacher.

It worked whilst the woman's gaze had softened. "I see well I guess I'll let you off the hook, but only this time." She replied.

[Name] nodded her head. "Okay now! Get going." She shooed her away.

With a deep sigh of relief, [Name] swiftly mounted the stair railing and made her way inside the classroom.

Suddenly the class got silent upon her arrival, Despite the whispers and waves of her classmates, [Name] maintained a friendly demeanor and with a tight smile and a small wave she greeted everyone.

As she climbed the stairs towards her seat, the back of the room seemed just as she remembered it from the show. Her eyes landed on Marinette, the main character and everyday superhero.

Feeling that someone was staring at her, Marinette looked up from her sketchbook, and at [Name], she felt a sudden wave of anger. With a look of disgust, she quickly averted her gaze. Before engaging in a conversation with Alya. Suppressing a scoff, [Name] took a seat.

'Adrian's not here, hm...I guess he's probably doing some modeling..' [Name] thought of looking for the blonde boy.

As she moved to place her bag on the floor, her eyes caught something hidden within its depths - a phone. Taking out the small device, she turned it on.

[Name] wanted to scold the original Lila or herself for carelessly leaving the phone unlocked.

Something that she would most likely have to fix later if she didn't want anyone snooping around her things in the future.

Just how dumb did Lila or her alternative self have to be to think nobody would not try to steal her phone when the thing was unlocked? Too naive. She shakes her head.

Lazily scrolling through the various feeds on the phone, she found herself staring at the screen with listless apathy. Her fingers tap-tapped away on the screen with no real purpose, other than to glean bits of information that might prove useful in this new life of hers.

|•♡︎•♡︎•♡︎•♡︎•♡︎•|

From what you learned from the text you've been scrolling on. The [Name] from this world didn't have a particularly strong bond or relationship with her mother.

all that could be found were messages detailing disappointment and letdowns from [Name]'s mother. The texts chronicled broken promises of quality time together, instead replaced by extended hours at work, excursions to the sea, or even outright forgetting of her daughter's existence.

'Ah...I guess her mother is neglectful...I can see why Lila lies for attention....' You thought you couldn't help but feel a glimmer of sympathy towards the girl.

You didn't really have an opinion of Lila Rossi. Sure when you were younger you hated the girl's guts for getting in the way of your ship.

You even read some Lila salt and exposed fics here and there, so you can feel happy about Lila's downfall.

But now you didn't really care about the girl, now that you are, or shall you say replaced the girl.

'I do have to admit that I look pretty...Not that I already am.' You thought smugly to yourself, while also playing with your camera roll

There weren't any pictures with this [Name] or her mother or her past friends if she had any......

'Her lying skills have to improve more though.' You sighed, the only downside that You had is that now you were only fourteen or fifteen in appearance, despite being eighteen in reality. This left you feeling a bit disappointed.

Soon students started streaming into the classroom. The hustle and bustle of the class quickly filled the room with the sound of chatter and the rustling of bags. Moments later, Ms. Bustier, arrived and welcomed everyone with a smile.

♡︎•♡︎•♡︎•♡︎•♡︎•♡︎•♡︎•♡︎•♡︎•♡︎•♡︎•♡︎•♡︎•♡︎•♡

"Oh! I almost forgot Marinette resigned from Class Rep...So does anyone want to volunteer as the new Class Rep?" Ms. Bustier announces.

The class erupted in excitement as they eagerly raised their hands to become the new class representative, oblivious to the fact that Marinette had resigned from the position and not asking why, well except one person.

[Name].

She furrowed her brows in confusion while she gazed down at the blue-haired designer. 'What the fuck?' That was what she had thought.

'Last time I checked Marinette sure as hell never resigned.' With a puzzled expression, she tilted her head to one side and studied Marinette, attempting to understand why she had quit.

Soon Alya immediately sprang up and piped. "I think [Name] should be Class Rep!" She declares. the rest of the class quickly chimed in with agreement while nodding their heads in unison.

'What? This doesn't make any sense, this never happened!?' With a carefully composed countenance, [Name] rose from her chair and interlocked her hands with a serene grin and closed eyelids. Her face was carefully neutral, masking any emotional display

'Well since I'm in an alternate universe where I am Lila I guess things don't stay to the plot here...Fuck.'

"Awww you all are so sweet." [Name] said with a bubbly tone, before placing her hand over her heart.

"But, I'm just too busy helping Ladybug protect Paris, and helping my sick mother, I couldn't possibly do this well like Marinette." She added.

Sympathy poured in for her with a few 'Aww.' Many couldn't help but feel touched by her situation for helping her definitely sick mother.

"I wouldn't want to disappoint anyone." Before anyone could protest, she still continued on.

"Besides, I think Alya should run for President! She's an awesome journalist and an amazing best friend. I'm sure she'd do it justice!" [Name] praises whilst she spoke with enthusiastically and with a proud smile she looked at Alya.

Alya beamed with pride as she listened, feeling supported and encouraged by her words.

"Aww, girl, you're so sweet," Alya said, with a warm smile. "Are you sure?" She asked with her eyes searching for confirmation and her voice tinged with uncertainty.

At [Name]'s nod, Alya turned to Ms. Bustier. "Okay, I'll do it! I'll be our new Class Rep! Surely it can't be that hard." She smiled.

"All right, class, it's settled then. Alya will be your new Class Rep." And like that [Name] wore a smile of relief on her face, grateful for narrowly escaping a bullet. The weight on her shoulders lifted, leaving behind a sense of immense gratitude.

Everyone applauded, at Alya.

Well, almost everyone.

Marinette wore a perplexed expression as she sat still, her lips turning downwards into a frown. Her mind was filled with bewilderment, unable to comprehend the situation at hand.

Don't get her wrong she's happy that her best friend Alya gets to be the new Class Rep... It's just that she was sure [Name] would want to be Class Rep and lie her way there to achieve the role.

"Just what is she planning?" Marinette questioned herself in a whisper, she couldn't shake off the feeling of suspicion as she watched [Name] sit back down.

"Girl, are you still on about [Name]?" Alya's abrupt question caught Marinette off guard, causing her to let out a small yelp. She blushed, feeling embarrassed that her friend heard her speaking to herself.

Alya laughed a little at this. "Come on Marinette, [Name] isn't scheming anything, and she's harmless, she wouldn't harm anything or anyone, not even a fly." Alya tried to ease Marinette's worries.

However, that didn't help Marinette calm down, her best friend's attempt to console her didn't seem to be working. "B-but you don't know her, and she is lying about helping Ladybug!" Marinette insisted loudly with a whisper.

Stunned Alya raises a brow. "And you know how?" She questioned. "Ah, w-well...." Marinette hesitated; She couldn't just flat out say she's Paris's daily Superhero now could she?

"See you don't have proof that she's lying. Just let it go, Marinette." Alya returned her attention to Ms. Bustier's lecture, letting out a small sigh in response to her friend's behavior.

° {Lunch} °

'Yep, it's my fault for thinking that I'll finally be alone..' You thought as a bunch of your classmates encircled your table. You found yourself stuck in the middle with no way out.

Sighing, you calmly listened and ate your sandwich, it was just plain bread with nothing much inside of it. It was hardly worthy of being called a sandwich at all. Nevertheless, you calmly continued eating, unfazed by the disappointing meal.

However, you did make a side note to not let your 'Mother' to prepare your lunch since she has demonstrated her inability to make anything worthwhile for her own daughter.

You sat there, trying to pay attention to your classmates, their constant chatter began to sound like the mindless squawks of a parrot. The words they were saying seemed to lack any real substance or value. They spoke in empty words and shallow thoughts.

You could just ignore them speaking but didn't, it would cause suspicion of this [Name] changing.

"Hmmm, I'm so glad that everyone came to sit next to me, I always feel lonely..." You let out a sigh, finally speaking with a gloomy tone.

"Aww well, you are not alone anymore!" Rose said in her high-pitched voice while Juelka nodded in agreement.

"Uh here [Name] you can have my-'' Before Kim can take his food off his tray and give it to you or even finish his sentence you cut him off.

"Don't, it's alright I'm not that hungry besides I love eating my mom's food." You smiled at him, and he blushed a little in response.

"Isn't your mom sick? How can she make you your food!?" Marinette yells out across the room with a raised brow, folding her hands towards her chest.

The lunch room falls into an uncomfortable silence for a few minutes, as everyone processes what Marinette just said. Gasps can be heard, and all eyes turn toward you, expecting an explanation. The weight of their stare adds to the tension in the room, and you can feel the pressure to respond building.

'Oh, fuck I forgot about that lmao.' You laughed in your head, unconcerned about the possibility of being caught, still though

It was baffling how she managed to capture what you were saying from across the lunch room.

You watched Alya's gesture toward Marinette. She laid her hand on Marinette's shoulder and whispered something into her ear. You couldn't make out what they were talking about.

You guessed that she's probably asking Marinette to stop making a scene. but her efforts seemed to be in vain. Marinette whispered something back to her friend, causing Alya to shake her head and remove her hand from Marinette's shoulder. It was unclear what the two had said to each other, but it seemed like Marinette was not ready to back down.

"H-hey [Name] said that she had this disease that'll -" Max quickly regained his composure and defended you, snapping out of his stunned expression.

"Yeah a Liar Disease, you don't have to be so mean," Myléne backed up Max with a scoff, shooting a glare at Marinette. The rest of your group nodded in agreement, their expressions hard as they defended you.

'It's nice having loyal people on your side.' In an attempt to conceal your amusement, you masked your smirk by reaching for a napkin and placing it over your mouth. The motion appeared as though you were simply wiping something off your lips, deflecting any suspicion that the cause of your slight grin was anything more than a random crumb or smudge.

"No, no it's alright you guys." With a firm but gentle tone, you spoke up and lifted your hand, and flicked your wrist in a soothing gesture, motioning your group to calm down.

"It's alright for Marinette to doubt me, as so many people had doubted me before, in the past." As you spoke, your expression became increasingly sorrowful, resembling that of a vulnerable puppy recalling a traumatic incident. This only served to exacerbate the anger already directed towards Marinette.

"But it's alright." You smiled, while quickly thinking of a quick cover-up.

"My mom worked so hard on making me this sandwich, as she was so sick and could barely get up, I was at first mad that she was out of her bed and not resting but once she told me what she was doing I-I..." you now covered your face and turned on the waterworks, letting crocodile tears roll down your cheeks. You knew that your facade was convincing, so you continued to sob and sniffle uncontrollably, drawing attention to yourself whilst you felt a few pats on the back.

"Wow Marinette, are you proud of yourself?" Myléne huffed, putting her hands on her hips.

"[Name] is crying now because of you!" As Kim joined the conversation, you instinctively put a hand up to signal that you weren't quite finished talking yet. As you looked up at them.

As you looked up at them, you noticed that all of them were patiently waiting for you to continue. It was a nice feeling to have their full attention.

"No, no don't blame her, she was just asking, it's normal for everyone to be curious, we're all human you guys. It's alright Marinette, I forgive you." You couldn't help but let out a light laugh, unable to hide your amusement.

Marinette's intense gaze could not dampen you. With a playful twinkle in your eyes, you flashed a warm smile. It was as if you were inviting her to release her frustration out in the open.

Marinette stormed out of the lunchroom, growling like a rabid dog. Alya smacked her forehead in disbelief before hastily following her best friend.

Suppressing the urge to roll your eyes and smirk at Marinette's departure, she finally left your sight. Making you calmly return to enjoying your lunch with your group.

As the clock ticks the end of school, relief floods through me - Finally! The day has been dragging on - but no more. I can't wait to escape the depths of hell of and embrace the freedom of the outside world. The final bell rings and everyone jumps up from their seats, their bags already packed and ready to go.

I didn't understand shit of what the rest of the teachers were lecturing about. I started to put my things in my bag.

Whilst I was about to exit the school or college, a hand suddenly clutched my shoulder, causing me to jump in surprise. I quickly spun around to see Marinette standing behind me, her hand still on my shoulder.

She grabbed my shoulders tightly, and viciously. Damn, she got quite a grip, Hm. I think I should start working out...

As soon as she released her vice-like grip, she turned towards me, "Follow me." She commands whilst she takes the lead, and briskly walked ahead.

I discreetly followed her, making sure to activate my voice recording app. I intended to capture any incriminating information that could potentially be used for blackmail purposes.

I trailed behind Marinette and found ourselves in our classroom except it was empty with only us in it. Suddenly, she had me cornered.

Ayo bro...... Enemies to Lovers 20k slow-burn angst to fluff???

"[Name] I know you're planning something," she said as she looked at my changed expression. All I did was lift an eyebrow and stare at her as though she had sprouted a second head.

"Oh? Whatever do you mean Marinette?" I said innocently, tilting my head at her.

Hook

"Lie-la I know you're planning something, you're lying ITALIAN SAUSAGE!" Marinette's frustration boiled over and she let out a guttural growl before going up to my face, her eyes blazing with anger.

I flinched a little at the name. She just called me, 'Ha. It almost sounds like she's saying, Lila....' I sweat a little, but still, I let her keep going.

Line

"W-what!? I'm not planning something!" I weakly argued back with a fake stutter.

"Why, why did you suddenly force me to this empty classroom, s-stop hurting me!" Marinette's expression shifted from confusion to anger as I cried out.

Sinker

"Stop lying, you! You! I'm going to prove to everyone what a big liar you are! Then everyone will know what kind of MONSTER you truly are!" She roared at me.

I faked an even louder cry as a tear streamed down my cheek.

Pull

God everyone was too easy and naive in this world, As Marinette let go of me with a huff, she seemed ready to stomp away in anger. However, she suddenly froze in place when she heard an unexpected noise.

"Stop lying, you! You! I'm going to prove to everyone what a big liar you are! Then everyone will know what kind of MONSTER you really are!"

As Marinette turned around, her eyes filled with horror upon seeing that I had recorded her. Her face quickly turned pale as she processed the fact that I had captured what she had said.

"Oh, I don't think you will be proving anything." With a sly grin, I squinted mischievously at her, my gaze sharpening like that of a cunning fox.

"H-how-Wha-no w-way.." Marinette's words stumbled out of her mouth in a clumsy jumble, betraying her nervousness. She fumbled with her hands, unable to control the clenched grip they held. Her klutzy side was on full display as she desperately tried to regain her composure.

"OH MY! It'll be such a SHAME if everyone hears this on Monday! With me wrapped in bandages and since there was no witness just me and you and this recorder I think you'll know who everyone is going to believe in...Not to mention the racist remark you made about me." My smile was chilling as I spoke, and I could see the anger in her eyes. But there was also a hint of fear and determination in there.

"Grrrr... Fine! But if you think that is going to stop me then you're wrong." The girl said as she literally just said she accepted defeat and stomped away from the class.

I rolled my eyes.

But now I have to worry about getting back to the apartment......

Shit
