Aizawa- Ok listen up, I'm gonna say this once and only once, your dorm is at the top floor, you can pick whichever one you want, I don't care, common area where we are right now, is where the kitchen is and we're you will relax at, basically the living room, there will be rules to follow
1. Don't leave the UA dorms without telling someone.
2. Don't leave UA premises without an escort.
3. Don't harm or try to kill any students or teachers.
And 4. Don't try to escape because UA is at it's top security, so you wouldn't be able to escape anyway

Izuku- Isn't it obvious, were gonna make there life a living hell, so let's go get some sleep so we can have some energy to make chaos

Shigaraki- Lower your voice crazy, telling by how low that hobos voice was, he hasn't told them who will be staying at the top floor, so to add to the fun let's keep them in suspense

They all get into the elevator and head to the top floor, once we make it to the top floor and the doors open, we see six room three on each side, Toga goes to the first one, Shigaraki goes to the room diagonal from hers, so the second door on the other side, and me and Dabi go to the third door on Toga's side
Toga- Good night guys, have sweet dreams!
Shigaraki- Good night you idiots, and you two this time our rooms aren't that close to each other, if I hear you guys the heroes won't be the only ones in misery, I don't need to hear my brother moaning someone's name in the middle of the night
Shigaraki- What am I talking about, since when do I have a brother?

Dabi- I make no promises *grabs Izuku and goes into the dorm room*

Shigaraki and Toga both went into the rooms they chose, and plug there ears to block out the moaning sounds, so that night they had a peaceful sleep, but a not so peaceful sleep for some of class 1a who where on the floor under them, which where Mina, Jirou, Kaminari, Mineta, Tokayami, Aoyama, and Sero
(I know these people aren't the actual people on the top floor in the anime, but in my story they are)
~The next day~
Jirou- Ok who was it!
Momo- What happened?
Jirou- Someone was moaning really loud last night and I couldn't get a wink of sleep!
Shigaraki- Dang y'all were that loud that the whole floor beneath you heard you
Dabi- I'm pretty sure it was that brat
Top floor people- You heard it too!

Everyone- *Looks at Mineta*

Aizawa- Ok everyone be quiet! Today we are gonna have 4 new students, ugh what Iida

Aizawa- It is Iida, because they aren't just any regular new students, these four are part of the new program that UA has, which is called the Villain Rehab, rehab being short for rehabilitation, omg yes Iida

Aizawa- If you let me finish talking I can explain everything, anyways now these four are extremely dangerous people, even though they have quirk cancelling devices on, don't try to pick a fight with them, Bakugou talking to you

As Aizawa did his final warning the four villains walked into the classroom, the whole class minus Aizawa was shocked, they all felt like they were being pushed down by an invisible aura, and a very strong one at that, heck even Bakugou felt it
Once they made it to the front of the classroom, Toga was the first one to speak up
Toga- Hi my name is Himiko Toga, but you can just call me Toga, I'm 16, and I've killed 4,285 people, and my quirk is called transformation, which means if I drink someone's blood I can turn into them, one day I hope we can become really good friends, especially you Uraraka and Tsuyu, I had so much fun with you guys in the forest
Toga- Wow I killed a lot of people there, how exciting!
When Toga was done she went down the Isle and sat in the back of the classroom
Dabi- The names Dabi, don't call me anything else but Dabi, I'm 17 years old, I've killed 4,462 people, my quirk called cremation, it just means I have blue flames, which is hotter than red flames, unlike crazy I didn't come here to make friends, so don't even try talking to me
Dabi- Hm, not bad
Just like Toga, Dabi went down the isle and sat right next to Toga
Shigaraki- Shigaraki, I'm 17, I've killed 4,999 people, and my quirk is decay, if I touch something or someone with all five of my fingers, they decay into dust, and I don't like any of you so don't talk to me
Shigaraki- Almost 5,000 looks like I got the most as the leader should
And like the other two, he went down the isle and he sat right next to Toga, but on the other side
Izuku- Of course save the best for last, I'm Izuku, call me only Izuku and that's it, but you may all know me by Death Rose, I'm 16, my kill count is 5,739, and I'm quirkless, and just like my friends in the back, I'm not here to make friends, I'm not here to become nice, and I'm sure not here to become a hero
Everyone- What!

And just like that Izuku also heads to the back of the classroom
