It was boiling hot.
There was also a weather warning in place for the heat and everyone was told to stay indoors because of how hot it was.
Of course, Grace being Grace, said sod that and got into a bathing suit that was modest and wouldn't cause too much controversy when on TV. Besides, it was hot and there was a pool outside that was calling her name.
It was completely deserted by everyone so that meant Grace had some alone time.
After a moment or two of struggling to get on, Grace finally managed to lay fully out on the long floaty and close her eyes. "Ah this is perfect. All I need now is a cocktail and some music," she muttered to herself as she secured her sunglasses in place.
The mood was perfect - quiet, only sounds were from nature and the occasional noises from Seokjin playing his game and Bam in the distance. Everyone was busy with their own thing, no one was bothering her (looking at you Jungkook) and she was completely and utterly alone.
It lasted for ten minutes.
"Cannonball!"
That's the warning she got.
Cannonball.
And then water.
She was all but flung into the pool by the force of the bodies hitting the water, causing her to go right in and come back up looking like an angry mermaid. The edit later would have animated steam coming from the water and when her hair was pushed back from her face, they would animated it red.
"Namjoon! Taehyung! What the hell are you doing?"
"Uh oh, she's mad. She's speaking English," Hobi muttered after retreating to a safe distance away from his two cohorts.
"Ah Gigi, well."
"Ah Gigi, well," Grace mocked as she swam to the man in question who all but scrambled out of the pool, not seeing Taehyung duck and dive to the other side of the pool to get to safety.
"You looked like you need cooling down," Namjoon offered as an explanation.
"Oh really? Well you know, you certainly did that. You look like you need cooling down as well," she said as she spotted the hose that Hobi had brought along.
"Now Grace, we're on camera," Namjoon warned as he started to retreat, just in time for Yoongi to come out.
Who ended up just as soaked as Grace after Namjoon ran into him, causing both to slip on the wet grass and fall. All the while Grace was spraying them with the hose.
"GRACE CHU! I'M HERE AS WELL! HELP!"
Sorry Yoongi, but you needed cooling down.
