"STOP, PLEASE STOP" I scream as HE is holding me up to the wall by my throat.
"Shut up you stupid worthless bitch" He said back in a cold tone before throwing me to the floor.
"Now give me the $20 that i asked for" he said mad while holding out his hand waiting for me to give him the money. Which he is probaly going to use to buy more beer of drugs.
"HURRY UP YOUR MOM AND BROTHERS ARE ALMOST HOME" he yells and i give him the $20 but before he leaves he kicks me a few times in the stomach and ribs.

I wake up sweating with tears running down my face as i feel a panic attack starting so i try to calm myself down and drinking a small sip of water that i always have on my nightstand just for this. when I finally calm down I know that i wont be able to fall back to sleep i never can no matter how hard i try so i take my noise canceling headphones and sit on the roof listening to some music.
It has been 2 years since he, my father died and I still haven't told anyone about what he has done to me.He was abusing me since i was 4 and the only reason not even my mom knows is because i am great at acting happy and last time i tried to tell someone was in second grade to my teacher and my dad told her that i just wanted attention and when we got home he yelled at me and broke my ribs. He only hurt me though he never laid a hand on my mom or brothers and i'm happy he didn't hurt them it was worth the pain as long as their ok.
I looked down at my phone and it is already 6 am. I was listening to music for 3 hours. I decided to go make breakfast for my family, i made eggs for my older brother Aaron and make waffles for my little brother Caleb and my mom Kia. Today is Saturday and the first day of February break so they might not get up as early as normal so I sat on the couch and watch a baking show called "sugar rush".
I hear foot steps and its Aaron "good morning, Hail's" he says
"good morning, I made you some eggs there on the counter" I say pointing to the food with a fake smile but he doesn't need to know its fake
"good morning" mom and Caleb say in unison
"OH MY GOD, I didn't even hear you guys coming downstairs, oh by the way i made you both waffles" I say as me walk over to the counter to eat together.
"I have to talk to you guys about something after we finish eating" mom said with a nerves smile
"ok" me and my brothers say and we look at each other confused

After we ate we all sat around the couch in the living room waiting for mom to talk.
"I meet a guy la-" mom stated before Aaron cut her off
"A GUY? WHAT!!" Aaron yelled as he stud up
"yes, let me finish please" she asked
"fine" he said siting back down
"I meet him year ago" she said
"A YEAR AND THIS IS THE IS THE FIRST WERE HEARING ABOUT HIM" Caleb yelled standing up this time
"Yes now no more yelling or interrupting me you can ask questions after .OK." she stated in a serious tone and when she is serious she is scary.
"ok" we all said and Caleb sat back down
"as i was saying we meet him last year and me and him are getting really serious and we love each other and we would like to move in together. his name is Dante he has 7 sons and we are all going out tonight for dinner to a fancy restaurant so you guys have to get dressed up in suits and a dress. now any questions"she says
"Are you happy?" I ask
"yes, i really like him and i hope you guys do to" mom says
"as long as your happy were happy and we will probably like him"I say say as we all goin for a group hug and the boys say "yup"
"and you said 7 boys no girls" i state with WTF written all over my face as we let go of each other
"yup sorry honey your going to be the only girl out of 10 kids" she says chuckling
"sucks for you" Aaron and Caleb say
"I am going to die" I say slowly making them all burst out laughing, moments like these make me have am actual smile on my face

I look the mirror before hoping in the shower and all i see is a broken girl with scars all over her body and is a she of a person.

after i shower i let my hair dry naturally put some light make up and i decide to wear a floor length white dress withe a leg slit but after I covered me scars on my leg i ran out of concealer so i had to put a leather jacket on.
I walk down the stairs i see my mom and my brothers waiting for me
"mom you look gorgeous" i said, she was wearing a beep red dress floor length like mine and her light caramel hair was curled
"you look amazing too" she says

Aaron and Caleb also looked handsome the were wearing plain black suits and ties and they had there dark hair pushed back the hair is a dark brown but not as dark as mine, mine is almost black but i also have emerald like eyes unlike them they all have light brown eyes.
the boor bell rings and my mom gets it and and i see 8 men
"hi, come in" my mom tells the and she kisses the first one how i am assuming is Dante he was wearing an expensive looking black tux and he had a freshly shaven face with deep black hair well all of them had black hair but he also dark eyes
"Kids these are the Romero's" mom said
i fake smiled as usual and said "hi its nice to meet you guys"
"yeah" Aaron and Caleb said scowling and i hit both in the head Aaron understood and put a small smile on his face but Caleb said "ow what was that for" making me want to palm my forehead
"why don't you introduce your selfs" Dante said looking at his kids
"ok, Hi i am Antonio and i am 24"the really tall one said i am 5'5 but next to him i look like i am 5ft and all of them are tall to why are they all giants. oh he also had very safe hazel looking eyes
"Im Enzo, Im 22 its nice to meet you too" he looked very calm and professional
"Im Leonardo, 21" he looked a bit sketchy tbh but not mean
"Wa's up Im Andreas and i am 19" he looked nice and had a fun vide
"Matteo, 18" i can already tell he is a dick
"hi Im Marco i am 18 and unfortunately his twin" he said while pointing at Matteo, he seemed pretty cool

"ok, well Im Aaron and Im 18" Aaron said with a straight face trying to intimidate them, its not working

Caleb was detracted and everyone was looking at him waiting so i stepped on hi foot

"oh yeah sorry i am Caleb and i am 14" he says
"ok we better get going so me and Dante are going in one car Marco, Matteo, Andreas, Leonardo and Enzo in another car and Antonio, Aaron, Giovanni, Caleb, and Hailee in the last car" mom said
