For the past few weeks I haven't been able to sleep I've tried medication meditation writing music all of it and I have not been able to sleep good enough for the next day however while I was up on the phone with my bestfriend Lola she told me to call zay one of the other boys in our friend group that I happen to have a crush on its been a minute sense she told me to and sense then he'sI been calling me throughout he day just cuz and to show me what he was doing so I decided to text him

They laughed she moved the blanket

He got up and went downstairs and out to his car

He backed the car up and got back out

She laughed he got cookies and got back in the car and drove off
Zay-"ill knock when u get there ok"

She hung up and sat there for a second then got up going in the bathroom and refreshed her curls and played with them then changed into some shorf shorts and a crop top the door bell rung she spun in a circle then ran downstairs and got the door
Zay-"hii"
Y-"hi"
Zay-"I don't like seeing u sad"
He slid his arms under hers and hugged her she inhaled his colone and smiled a little then stopped he her her go came in and closed the door
Y-"I guess my room we go"
She walked off he followed her up to her room she sat on the bed up on the headboard he gave her cookies and kissed her cheek then went in the bathroom she helped herself to a few cookies he came out shirtless in a new pair of sweatpants she swallowed hard he crawled over her in her bed next to her she put the cookies away and pulled her knees up to her chest and played with her shirt
Zay-"idk how to make u happy if u don't talk to me"
Y-"..idk what to say"
She shrugged
Y-"do u think I did something wrong"
She looked at him in his eyes on the verge of crying
Zay-"no Sweet muffin u did nothing wrong"
Her lip quivered then she looked away
Y-"yes I did"
She looked down at her shirt that had caught her first tear
Zay-"tell me what u think u did wrong'
Y-"I shouldn't have yelled... I shouldn't have called him out his name'
Zay-"if a man can't except when he's wrong he's not a man mama...he's a childish little boy that thinks he's perfect in every way when he's not...as long as his friends see no wrong he doesn't either.."
Y-*sniffles
He turned her head to him and wiped her eyes
Zay-"hes not worth crying for and u know it"
Y-"I cant help it im a cry baby"
She turned away from him
Y-"thats what he told me"
Zay-"muffin what he told u was only meant to get u upset and to make u miss him more...im positive within a couple more days he'll show up asking for u back and u are to say no"
He turned her head to him
Zay-"do u understand that"
She sniffled and nodded
Zay-"idc how bad u want him back u know how he treated u and u know there's better then that don't u"
She nodded
Zay-"plus u got me and when ever u need something u can call me ok"
She nodded with a little smile he kissed her nose a few times and put his arm around her wiping her face and played a movie halfway through he turned the lights off and they got under the covers she balled up away from him he stared at her for a while then pulled her to him cuddling her making her the little spoon he put his arms around her tight his colone filled her nose relaxing her even more
Zay-"u didn't put on your scarf mama"
Y-"ugh"
Zay-"u got it"
He pushed himself up grabbed the scaf from the dresser and pulled it on her head kissed her cheek and laid her down he put his arms around her again holding her tight and close
Zay-"better'
Y-"mm....hm?'
Zay-"how u feel"
Y-"um...comfortable"
She wiggled her hips a little he smiled and pulled her back more on him her eyes opened
Zay-"thats good baby'
He bit his lip within seconds he heard her softly snoring he smiled
Zay-"yes"
He whispered and got his phone and put it in front of her taking a picture of them one of him holding her the other kissing her cheek then posted them to his close friends and fell asleep as well
