"congratulations the overall highscore winners"
i smile and we all clap
"i wish it was a great weekend in Orlando Florida wasn't so great i saw some things i hope to never see again did you ever hear that expression it's all fun and games until somebody loses an eye? okay let's get to this pyramid."
"of course Payton, Payton you have yet to admit that you were fooling around first you tripped over the leg of the chair then it wasn't the leg of the chair it was Kendall's leg but i'm hearing that you were making fun of the ballet routine onstage and you were doing ballet steps fooling around and that's how you fell."
"who are you hearing these stories from?" Leslie asks
"every single person backstage." Abby says
"she turned around and tripped over a prop, don't try to make lies about my daughter." Leslie says
"Payton put this entire team and your victory in jeopardy." Abby says
"if you don't want her on the team and kick her off just kick her off." Leslie says
"goodbye you're out." Abby says
"goodbye let's go Payton remember that when you go to ask her back again." Leslie says and her and Payton leaves
i think that's the longest Payton has been on this team.
"every single one of you have learned in this studio what is acceptable behaviour backstage is it acceptable to be dancing to be fooling around in the wings when another group is onstage?" Abby asks
we all shake our heads
"no, if you learned one thing this past weekend everybody's replaceable."
"next Kendall, Jill."
"i-i wasn't backstage." Jill says
"this kid is out of control!" Abby yells
"no she's not." Jill says
"yes she is" Abby says
"no she's not" Jill defends
"nip it in the butt, you made Paytons little scene in the bathroom look like nothing." Abby says
"i have a card for you." Kendall says
"well put it over there." Abby says
Kendall walks over and puts the card to the side
"next we have Nia, Nia did you get yelled at last week? i think you blended in thats a compliment ."
"thank you." Nia says
"next is Eloise, you didn't do much there wasn't a lot to judge you on..so this is where you are." Abby says
Eloise nods
"Camila, same for you..you had a nice easy week."
i nod
"Brooke, you got choreography the timing was off you have more experience onstage than any other person in this room." Abby says
"and next we have Chloe, Christi did you or Chloe ever go to anybody connected to the Believe competition and ask for your order to be changed?"
Chloe shakes her head
"how are you in the programme dancing first in the division and ended up dancing last."
"because i went backstage and asked what the order was." Chloe says
"so why did you want to go last?" Abby asks
"so i could watch my competition and see what i needed to do to win." Chloe says
"your little sister still won..she's ten you're twelve doesn't that say something?" Abby asks
"and next Paige, i thought your facial expressions were over the top and you outdanced Brooke and Chloe." Abby says
"thank you." Paige says
"and then we have Mackenzie, Mackenzie it was clean it was cute i didn't go home talking about it" Abby says
"alright on top of the pyramid Maddie, great job in the group routine it was a good number it was beautiful you won."

"but im looking for more than that now we need to start dancing like it's the last time you're ever going to dance so this weekend we are going to rowoahan Virgina this competition is called Dance Troop international and i kinda heard a little rumbling the wicked witch is gonna fly in." Abby says
"the group routine is entitled the witches of east canton."
we all clap
"Maddie you bring light to the stage you are the good witch.. me you will be portraying me."
Maddie starts to laugh
"okay." Kelly laughs
"and the rest of you will be the evil witches so i want to see your true witchyness come through you can channel your moms." Abby says
"we have three solos performing, Kendall you will be performing a solo, Chloe you will be a performing a solo and Camila you will be performing a solo so you will be battling again."
round 2...game on
"alright i'm gonna let you guys go upstairs, you guys let's warm up."
|Solo Rehearsal|
this week my solo is a sassy jazz and it's inspired by Brittney Spears..it's a popstar theme again
and my music is Toxic
"you have to hit the accents it's sassy give me attitude." Abby calls out
i do the routine and i think i did well
"now you won last time..are you going to win again?" Abby asks
i hesitate before nodding
"we'll see"

"Cathy has a new team she's back to all the boys i think you have been winning choreographically
i beat them, Maddie beat them you came along for the ride the rides over" Abby says
we go from the top of the routine
"you need to go over this and over this and over this" Abby calls out
"spin step.. good" Abby says as Maddie turns
"did anybody practise after they left last night?" Abby asks
i hesitate and i look around
"let me just- Gianna ask me an open question like i just asked"
"who wants to win a million dollars!" Gia asks
"me! i do! this is what i saw... who puts their hand up like that? lazy slugs? get your head out of you butt and wake up!" Abby yells
"i want kids who want to be the best so if they're going to bring people in to beat you i'm going to have to start bringing people in too."

"not the time to be lazy!" Abby yells
"let's go from the top."
we start from the top of the routine
"Maddie you're the queen in a fairytale they're the evil witches you need to be beautiful." Abby calls out
we are sitting in the dancers den and i'm beside mom and me and Chloe are just looking at whatever mom is scrolling on
Kendall comes in crying
"you alright?" mom asks
"i can't breathe." Kendall says
"Kendall do you want me to get your mom?" mom asks
Kendall nods
"hold on.. Jill come here." mom calls
Jill comes in then we all have to go into studio a for the group
i hope she's okay..
|Competition Day|
we arrive at the competition and we head to our dressing room
i start my makeup for my solo
Camilas solo costume:
we head back stage for the solos
Kendall is up first and she enters the stage
she starts her routine and it's a cute sassy number Kendall finishes her solo and exits the stage
Chloe is up next and she enters the stage
her costume is gorgeous this week her routine is absolutely amazing this week i really love her dance she finishes her solo and exits the stage
i run over and give her a big hug
"please welcome to the stage Camila with Toxic" the announcer says
i enter the stage and i do my routine
and i give all the attitude and i make sure it's amazing
i finish my solo and i exit the stage
"you danced like there was no tomorrow" Eloise hugs me
"thanks" i laugh
the candy apples group is up and they enter the stage their routine is jazzy and the girl is very good especially with her acting the dance overall is really good they finish the dance and exit the stage
we head back to the dressing room and we start getting ready for the group dance
Group costume: (in the black)
"now i'm going to say something and i'm not hurting your feelings, just man up i want to be vince lambardys i want to get you all up and tell you you're going to go out there and win but i'm just a realist and i'm trying to tell you that when you step out on that stage sometimes your best isn't good enough anymore." Abby says
"alright kids." mom says and claps
gee thanks Miss Abby
we then head backstage for the group
i hope we can win against Cathy
"performing the witches of east canton this this the Abby Lee Dance Company" the announcer says
we all enter and our music starts and i make sure i'm in time with the other girls
but i think we did good

"now ladies and gentlemen fourth place..goes to 4d school of dance."
"third place overall junior age division Huala Kendall from the Abby Lee Dance Company."
we clap for Kendall
okay..
"second overall junior age division..Toxic, Camila from the Abby Lee Dance Company"
my heart stops.

second place?
"and now ladies and gentlemen our first place overall award Chloe from the Abby Lee Dance Company."
i smile as Chloe comes up to get her award
i give her a hug before sitting back down
i'm happy for Chloe, she deserves this but i hope Abby doesn't take it out on me.

"our third place award goes to number 158."
"second place overall goes to entry number 193 wild party Candy Apples Dance Centre."
i squeeze Kenzies hand
"and now ladies and gentlemen reviving our overall award first place number 194 the witches of east canton Abby Lee Dance Company"
we get up cheering and we get our award
we won!
but i came second this week..i hope Abby doesn't hold it against me

so so happy to be back and being able to post chapters again!
