" Gohan we have plenty of time to get there without going full blast you're going to run out of energy before we fight." Goku tells Gohan after he and Midori-ko caught up with them
" Oh right." Gohan pulled back on the flying so fast
As Goku and Piccolo talked about the androids Midori-ko kept an eye on Gohan. She was sick of hearing about these androids already.
She was watching Gohan however because he had done well training but there were times he would get carried away and she or Goku would have to correct him.
" Dad look it's Krillin." Gohan points
" Hey."
" Hey Krillin." Gohan waves as they caught up to Krillin as they flew to the meeting spot
" Whoa Gohan you grew like a weed." Krillin says
" What's with the sad face Krillin? You not happy to see us?" Goku flew up beside his old friend
" I'm sorry how am I supposed to happy about a battle to the death with androids that I don't know how strong they are?" Krillin frets "We're not all super Saiyan's...oh and your trump card came along too."
" Trump card?" Goku blinks
" Midori-ko." Krillin points
" Oh yeah but she's only here just in case... you're what again?" Goku looks back at her
" Insurance." Midori-ko and Piccolo said
" Insurance." Krillin says "Right."
" You should see what my mom can do with her fire magic." Gohan excitedly tells Krillin "It's insane how strong she is."
" I've heard."Krillin shudders
" I'm going to be just as strong." Gohan smiles
" Yeah with your dad being the strongest martial artist alive and your mom being a fire breathing dragon yeah I know." Krillin says

As Midori-ko and Bulma chatted with Gohan and Krillin about baby Trunk's Goku and The others were focusing on the horizon.
" Someone's coming this way." Piccolo says "I sense no malice."
" Maybe it's Vegeta." Gohan looks up
" Not a chance that guy is pure malice." Krillin smirks
" Oh Yajirobe." Goku smiles at the caveman looking man as he climbed out of his vehicle
" Have you come to join us fight?" Goku asks
" Ya done lost yer mind Goku." Yajirobe glares "Master Korin sent me to give you these senzu beans." He holds out a bag full of senzu beans
" Alright you can always count on Master Korin." Goku smiles taking the bag of senzu beans
" Well good luck." Yajirobe doesn't hesitate to jump in his capsule corp hoover car.
" What? Wait are you not fighting?" Goku asks
" Unlike you idiots I don't feel like dying." Yajirobe looks back before taking off
As Goku talked with his friends Gohan walks up to Midori-ko and hug's her.
" Hi sweetie." Midori-ko hugs him back
" Hi." Gohan says clinging to his mother.
" Everything ok?" She asks
" I just wanted to hug you I don't know what's going to happen." Gohan tells her looking up at her.
" Gohan." Midori-ko smiles "You are my entire world I won't let anything happen to you." She kissed his forehead
" Thank you mom." Gohan holds onto her
" We'll need to get you enrolled for school soon." Midori-ko tells him
" But I like being home schooled." Gohan says
" You're going to have to be around other kids soon." Midori-ko smiles
" But I like being around you and dad." Gohan tells her
"I know Gohan but after all this android nonsense we need to talk about schools." Midori-ko reiterates "And a haircut."
" My hair is down to my butt." Gohan giggles
" Yes it is." Midori-ko ruffles his hair
" Can I pick my hair cut this time?" Gohan asks
" How long do I have to apologize for that bowl cut." Midori-ko laughs
" Forever." "Oh my goodness."
Her and Gohan shared a laugh.
A loud crashing explosion and screaming got everyone's attention.
Something had attacked Yajirobe's vehicle
" What?!"
" What happened?!"
" Something just attacked!" Piccolo yells his keen eyes seeing something no one else did
" They're going down to the city!" Yamcha yells
" Did you see them?"
" No! I couldn't tell what they looked like." Goku shook his head
" I'm not sensing any energy from them." Midori-ko walks up to Goku
" Yeah I know." He clenched his fists
" It's cause they're androids." Gohan quickly says
"Where'd they go?"
" If we can't sense their energy we'll have to search for them by looking." Piccolo says
" Alright let's spread out and corner them." Goku orders "If you find them let everyone know."
" Gohan go check on Yajirobe make sure he's ok." Goku looks at Gohan "Midori-ko go with him."
" Okay."
" You got it."

" What happened?" Bulma asks seeing all the destruction happening below
Midori-ko and Gohan had made sure that Yajirobe and Bulma with her baby were staying safe.
Krillin had managed to bring Yamcha back to where they'd all originally met.
" It was them. The androids." Yamcha stood after eating a senzu bean
" This is bad."
"FOLLOW US!"
'Goku calm down.' Midori-ko could feel his energy rise rapidly, it wasn't like him to get so worked up.
'I'm fine.' Goku responds
"WE'LL RIP AND TEAR YOU TO PIECES!" Goku screamed at whatever enemy he was facing below in the city
'Goku your heart is beating really fast take a breath.' Midori-ko stressed to Goku through their shared telepathy. Midori-ko didn't want to worry Gohan.
'I said I'm fine!' Goku snaps 'Sorry... just stop worrying I'm fine.'
"Goku." Midori-ko swallows holding the jade heart pendant Goku had given her many years ago
" Mom?" Gohan looks up at her "What's he telling you?"
" What? Nothing." Midori-ko shook her head
" Piccolo said that dad told him you guys can communicate through your minds." Gohan points
" That's so cute." Bulma smiles
" I...I'm going after them." Midori-ko rose into the air turning into her truest form "Yajirobe take Bulma home." She says "Gohan, Krillin Yamcha let's go."

"There!"
Midori-ko landed in the wastelands with Gohan, Krillin and Yamcha.
"Dad!" Gohan calls to him
Gohan talked with the others about how Goku was fighting this bulbsy clown thing.
Midori-ko noticed the change in her husband. Goku was moving slower than he'd normally want to and he was just pouring with sweat.
Fighting this android was taking everything out of Goku.
" He looks like he's weakening." Yamcha notices
Midori-ko had enough at this point seeing Goku clenching his chest and nearly falling over.
" You brought a pet dragon to battle?" A old robotic man laughs at Goku
" Midori-ko get out of here." Goku wheezed
" I'm not going anywhere." Midori-ko growls at the androids standing in front of Goku
" Mom! It's Dad's heart!" Gohan yells to her
"You've got to be kidding me." It hit Midori-ko like a ton of bricks "You didn't take your heart medicine." Midori-ko looks back at Goku.
To see Goku falling over clutching his chest reverting back to his base form.
Goku's body trembles as his energy began to fade.
The senzu bean did nothing.
" He can't even stay a Super Saiyan anymore." Yamcha shook
" Kakarrot's oversized lizard pick up your broken man." Vegeta chuckles appearing out of nowhere " I'm the one who's going to defeat Kakarrot I won't lose my revenge to cheap toys." Vegeta faced Midori-ko as she looks at him
" Vegeta." Midori-ko looks down at him
" Drag him home and give Kakarrot his medicine." Vegeta crossed his arms "Before I kick him there."
Midori-ko barred her fangs at Vegeta who glares back at her.
" Midori-ko I'll go with you." Yamcha runs up to her "I can be useful and help that way."
" Let's go." Midori-ko scooped Goku up into the safety of her claw.
Before flying up in the air towards Mount Paozu with Yamcha close behind
Midori-ko began absorbing Goku's pain but this was different the pain was consistent and came from deep inside Goku's body.
He was fading and fast.
" Hold on, Goku." Midori-ko increased her speed.
