" Miss? " I quickly look up to see who's calling me now
Nasa office ako ngayon trying to find a way on how can I solve this problem of ours
Si Ate Krish naman ayun, nasa opisina niya sa kompanya niya while Ate Amaya I don't know where.. bigla bigla nalang nawawala
" Come in. " I said and gets my look back to the computer
The company loss is a big deal for us now, for a reason na naglunch ng new event ang Fuentes Corp.
" They are all ready, they are waiting for you in the meeting room. " My secretary said and I look at her
I first turn off the computer and gets up, I forgot that I had a meeting
Hirap naman maging negosyante, ano pa kaya pag ako na talaga naupo bilang CEO ng Raixen, eh sa dami ba naman ng branch nito sa mundo
" Am I the only who's not in there yet? " I asked, she's a American by the way that's why she speaks English and also that even Spanish employee here are required to speak the language since im not used to spanish
" Yes Miss " I just nod at her before walking out as she follows me
" What's my schedule after this one? " I asked as we enter the elevator and she clicks the meeting room floor
Here in Raixen, in one floor only one room,
Like Ground floor only intended for greetings and welcoming visitors
First floor belongs to the marketing department, so on and so fort
The meeting room anyways are on the tenth floor while my office is on the top floor before the roof top
" After this miss, meeting with Mr. Griego in 2pm. " She answered, too much time
" Can you send him a text saying I want it to be this morning, I want to rest early. " I said,
She just nod at nagtipa tipa na sa tablet niya
In the middle of the floors tumunog yung phone ko, I quickly got it and without looking who's the caller I answer it
" Yes? " I asked to the other line
" Hilaga buti naman sumagot ka.. " I smile to what I hear, it's Jam
" You need something else? " I asked,
" You know Cafiera Bar in Spain right? " She asked, that bar seems to be familiar
" Wait a second. " I said and look at my secretary,
" You know where Cafiera Bar is? " I asked to her, she's busy tapping her tablet and she just nod,
" It was 3 kilometers away from here miss, I guess you'll see it when you're heading home. " She said and I just nod,
" Why did you asked anyways? " I asked to Jam,
" Meet us in there, mwah I love you and I miss you. " I was about to reply when I heard the call hangs up,
What the? She's here in Spain? How? I mean she can travel thru but with who?
" It's already a deal miss, Mr. Griego will had a meeting with you after this meeting. " My secretary said and I just nod, she's a great one.. gusto ko siya dalhin sa pinas
Sakto din na tumunog na yung elevator kaya lumabas na kami, agad namang nag greet sakin yung nasa front desk nitong floor
Every floor had a front desk except for my office and roof top
" Good morning Miss. " She said and I just nod and smile, hindi na ako sumagot kasi nagmamadali na ako
Automatic namang nagbukas ang pinto ng meeting room pagkalapit ko dito,
Agad nagsitayuan ang mga andito sa loob ng makapasok na ako at kanya kanyang bati sila,
Just some employees from marketing department and some big investors,
Yung secretary ko naman naupo dun sa gilid ng upuan, may table rin kasi dun intended really for her
" Have a sit everyone and let's start. " Sabi ko ng makalapit na ako sa upuan ko at naupo narin,
Naupo na yung mga investors while the marketing team remains to prepare their presentation at ilang segundo lang nagsimula na sila
Nung isang linggo pa daw sila nasabihan ni Ate Krish na gumawa ng presentation on how we can get back the money we've loss
Ate Krish already told them too na ako ang magchecheck nito at hindi siya, well it's kindy nervous sa kanila alam ko yun kasi bago lang ako dito and they don't know what's my like and don't
I'm still thinking here right now on how the hell Jam just got here in Spain? Nasabi ko rin naman sa kanya na aalis muna ako but not to be specific where
Hindi ko din naman nasabi sa kanya kung saan dba? Or nasabi ko?
I was full of thoughts that I don't even see that the presentation is done,
" What do you think miss? " Asked by their leader the one who speaks almost all of it,
" You sure you guys really do it? Or it is just you who does? " I asked, cause as I can see to her members, they seems to be boring
" Yes Miss I can assure you that. " I just nod and look at the investors,
" What's your thought to that? " I asked them, hindi ako sanay na ganto but I guess masasanay din
Reason why I asked them kasi hindi ko napakinggan ng maayos at wala ako sa wisyo
" It is a great presentation and I guess it could really help us to gain back what we've just loss. " Said by the man in grey tux
" Easy to execute and well design thing, good job team. " Said by the woman in blue tux
" Right and also I think this plan is much better than what the Fuentes have right now. " The man in a black tux said,
Hindi man sila maintindihan ay tumango na lamang ako,
" I'll think of it, I give you my decision before lunch. " I said and stands up then walks out
Agad naman sumunod yung secretary ko sakin,
" I'll just send you their presentation, you seems to be bother earlier. " She said and chuckle, I just smile and nods
" Thanks G. " I said, at umiling lang siya
I can say ang gaan ng loob ko sa kanya kahit kanina lang kami nagkita at nagkakilala
" The car is ready miss. " She said, I look at her and then to the elevator sign
We're going down, may meeting pa pala rin akong pupuntahan
Ilang minuto lang ay tumunog na yung elevator at sabay nun ay ang pagtunog din ng phone ko,
Without looking who's the caller again ay sinagot ko to,
Nagtatango naman ako ng batiin ako ng bawat employee na makakasalubong ko,
" Ray speaking.. " I said to the other line,
" Dinner tonight? " It was Ate Krish,
Ng makalabas na kami ng building ay agad na binuksan ni Fabian ang kotse at pumasok na ako, umikot naman sa driver's seat yung secretary ko at pinagbuksan din siya ni Fabian
" Le Fíevre Restaurant Fabian. " Said by my secretary,
" Sorry ate but I can't make it for tonight, may need lang ako kitain. " I said to the other line, I heard a sigh naman
" Don't go home too late okay? And take care.. schedule yourself tomorrow night for the dinner. " She said even she can't see me I nod to it,
" Promise. " I said and I just heard she hangs up,
" Still early in the morning yet she wants to have a dinner? " Asked by Fabian and I chuckle
" What do you expect on Ate Krish Fabian? " I said and we all chuckle
" So how's work? " Asked by Fabian, I can tell you he's a gentleman and easy to go
" Fine I guess, I'll be like this for a month so I guess I expect more stress to come and this to be at worst. " I said and leans in to the head of the seat
" Don't push yourself to much Ray, you still need to rest. " He said, we he's right
Just by thinking of the company my brain is aching,
" We're here. " He said and I composed myself,
He goes out first and opens the door for my secretary then to mine, I don't have any question for that well
" I'll just be waiting at the parking lot, just text me if you want to go back to the company. " He said and I just nod them he goes in back to the car and drove away
While I just walk going in with my secretary in my back,
I stop from my track and looks at her,
" Walk beside me. " I said and she just nod,
I don't want to treat her just my secretary, she's good to me and I can see her loyalty so
We both enter the restaurant together and a waiter immediately greets us
" Reservation for Mr. Griego? " Asked by my secretary,
I just roam around my eyes as this place is new to me, kinda feel odd
" This way señoras " said by the waiter and walks first leading us to where Mr. Griego is
" Miss Raixen, nice to meet you. " Greet by Mr. Griego as he saw us near to him, I just fake a smile at him, he's with someone now
" Nice to meet you too Mr. Griego. " I said coldly and give him a hand,
After the shake hands we all got sit,
" Firstly Ms. Raixen, thank you for accepting my invitation for a brunch out. " He said with a big smile on his face, I think I already knew why I am here
I just nod at him, I don't feel comfortable
" Well, this is my son Antonio.. he's a great man and I can tell you he's pursuing law. " He said referring to the GUY in his side,
The guys smile at me and handed his hand,
" Nice to meet you Ms. Raixen. " He said, I accepted his hand to show respect and fake a smile
" To you too Mr. Griego. " I said and immediately pulls my hand from him,
" Just call me Antonio, or maybe babe if you wanted. " He said and laughed with his dad, I just smile at him
This is what I'm thinking of,
" Well we ordered already, we'll just waiting for the food. " Said by the father Griego
" Hmm, excuse myself first I just need to go in the comfort room. " I said and stands up, my secretary anyways are just on the right next table beside us busy tapping her tablet
" Sure Ms. Raixen. " Said by the son and smiles
I quickly walks my way to the comfort room,
After I got in I then go the sink and wash my hands, too much germs is in there that's why I need to wash it
As I am done washing it, the door suddenly opens..
" What are you doing in here? " I asked frowning..
