Tom's voice. I wake up, again in this hospital. Ow, my stomach.

He calls a nurse.
“hey y/n. I'm so sorry for what happened, nobody knew about Elizabeth.
-its okay. I have to go the judgment day tomorrow, it's really important.

Gustav starts talking.

Well I gotta sleep now. I lay down in the bed, the nurse takes me off the food tray.

We're in the bus.
11:00am
“here we are” said Tom.
We're about to come into the court. But the paparazzi are blocking the way.
Tom starts to scream :

They're asking so much questions and we're trying to avoid them.

Finally we're in the court. We're sitting next to our lawyer.
I see Samuel mother sat next to her lawyer.
I see the judge in front of them.
We're waiting bill to arrive.
10:25am
The police men are bringing bill.
He's in prisoner clothes. Hahaha even in this he looks good.
He gives me a look.
I smile meaning “we're gonna get you out.”

The judge starts to speak.
“Good morning everybody. Today is Bill's judgment day. First we are going to listen to Samuel's mother and her lawyer.
Then we are going to listen the only witnesses ; Tom Kaulitz, Bill's brother, Gustav Schafer and Georg Listing. The Tokio hotel's members.
Here is Samantha Ditch's lawyer. What do you have to say to us.
- well Mr the judge, we are here to ask bill to stay in jail, for the years he took.
He killed Samuel without reason.”
Without reasons?? Is he kidding me??
“that's why, he's a criminal. He has to stay in prison.

Our lawyer gets up quickly and says :
“objection Mr the judge! Bill is not a criminal. It was self defense and we all know it.

-first, Samuel was beating Y/n for years in England. That's why she left US. He was already dangerous. Then he found out y/n, he followed her for weeks. He was threatening to kill Bill Kaulitz. He was trying to enter into their room without the permission.
He also stabbed y/n, don't y'all remember??
Then he tried to kill Bill Kaulitz. Finally, Bill Kaulitz killed Samuel Ditch by self defense, if he didn't, he would be dead. That's why he has to leave the jail. He has been in jail for almost 3months. That's enough.
-well thank you Mr John Davis. Does the witnesses want to say something?”
I raise my hand.
“well Mrs y/n, we're listening.
-first im not only a witness, I'm also a victim. He stabbed me, I was about to die.
I saw everything and the lawyer is totally right. Bill has to go out of this jail! He's not a guilty. He saved me from death. Without him, I would be dead, and him as well.”
Gustav gets up.
“y/n is right, Bill has got to be free.”
Georg gets up too.
“he's not a guilty! He saved y/n's life and his own life. He has to do it!
-well, Tom Kaulitz, do you have something to say?”
Tom gets up.
“Bill is my twin. I will always help him, that's why I'm here. He explained all to me after killing Samuel. I can say everything, I know the whole truth.
Bill listen to me! You're not the guilty! Samuel is the guilty.
Mr the judge, please grant him a conditional release.
-well, you can all go out, come back in 10 minutes, I will say the verdict.”
Tom brings me out with the guys.
We're waiting, we're anxious.
Samantha Ditch comes to us.

Her lawyer tried to tell her to stay but she hits him and said “fuck off!”

The police men come to us.
“you can go in.”
We're going into.

that Bill Kaulitz has got a conditional realase.”
Tom, too excited, gets up and says :
“God! Thank you Mr the judge! When will he come back?
-he can be free today. The police men going to uncuff him and take him to your apartment. Y/n can come too but she has to go back to the hospital at 6:00 pm.”
Oh my God!!
I'm so happy. Bill screams.
“i love you all!!”
The judge says “Gustav, Georg and Tom you can go back to your appartement with y/n. And wait Bill.”
I'm so excited! I look at bill. His eyes shine. He's so pretty...
Im the happiest girl in the world.
The guys are bringing me to their apartment.
