𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗶𝗿𝗱, 𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲.
i hate waking up early.
i don't see a point in it. why get up before i absolutely have to, when i can get extra sleep.
this was one of the mornings i got to sleep in.
i didn't have class and practice starts at 6 today. meaning i could sleep in however late i want. and i had planned to do exactly that.
until i was rudely woken up by lia getting up and me losing my pillow, aka her.
"liaa come back to bed" she laughs softly
"go back to sleep p, i have to get ready for class" i groaned as she kissed my forehead
"class is stupid" i mumbled before falling back to bed reluctantly without lia.
i wake back up at around 11 am hearing voices in the kitchen, meaning that lia and riss were back from their classes.
slowly making my way out of lia's bed and walking to the kitchen, stopping when i heard my name.
"so how are things with paige." i can hear riss ask
"we're good, she took me out last night and we crashed here after."
i smiled remembering our date last night.
"still hasn't asked you the question huh"
i can hear lia groan, my eyebrows pinch together in confusion.
"riss i know you're looking out for me and are still not sure about paige and i love you so much for that but i need you to trust that i know what i am doing"
riss still didn't forgive me for what i put lia through, i didn't even forgive myself yet for it and i don't think i ever will.
"i know less, and i do trust you, i just don't want to see you like that again. you were crushed"
i cant help but feel my heart drop out of my body remembering what i put her through. what i put my lia through.
their conversation ends soon after that
i slowly rush back to lia's room when i heard her footsteps coming towards my direction.
im back in her bed by the time she opens the door, i fake asleep so she doesnt know i heard the conversation.
i feel the bed dip next to me and a kiss pressed to my hair.
"how was class" i wrap my arms around her waist.
"long, I'm tired."
she yawns, i adjust our position so shes laying on my chest.
"go back to sleep ill wake you up in an hour."
shes too tired to fight me on this she just nods into my chest.
she fell asleep quickly, she always has.
i carefully pick my phone up from the nightstand.
"i love you lia" i kiss her forehead.
