REALIZATION
Dear Diary, I need help. I think my depression is getting WORSE. I don't know what to do or who to turn to. All I can say is it started when "THE IDEA" slowly creeped into my thoughts. This IDEA was like no other. It was so DARK that I don't even know what to do.
Its been almost a week and it HASN'T LEFT MY MIND. I've been trying not to cry but tonight was just the icing on the cake. I CRIED for 10 to 15 minutes but it seemed like forever. I FEEL like I've been trying to hold on life as much as possible.
What do I do now? Because I am truly LOST and I need some sort of sense of DIRECTION.
