After two days in the hospital we've been sent home.
Everything is perfect, our baby is perfect and healthy, I'm healing so all is good!
We've been home for a week now and it has been hard but the most amazing thing Seb and I ever experienced.
Our parents are around to help from time to time, Mel had to go back home the day after he was born but she's already made sure to have a few days off in a couple of weeks. Chris Evans has also promised he'll come as soon as he can to meet our little boy.
"Good morning you two" Seb says entering the bedroom, swing me cuddling up with the baby
"Hi"
"How do you feel?"
"Good, happy!"
"Glad to hear that doll, and how's this little guy?"
"I'm need of a diaper change..." I say smiling up at Sebastian and carefully handing him our son
"Got it..."
I watch as he changes his diaper, making sure he's got everything off his bum and dresses him in clean clothes.
"Wanna have breakfast?" He asks once he's done
"Sure, let me shower first"
"Ok, we'll wait for you in the kitchen, call if you need"
"Thanks"
I make my way into the bathroom and after discarding Sebastian t-shirt and my underwear I get in the shower and wash my body.
I exit the bathroom with underwear and massive pads on, grab something to dress in and put my wet hair in a bun.
"Oh, here comes mama" Seb says in a sweet voice as he cradled out baby in his arms
"Hi beautiful" I say kissing his forehead "such a cutie"
"Thanks!"
"I wasn't talking with you..." I say moving to get myself a plate with waffles and syrup in it
"Ouch..."
Later in the morning we relax on the couch and eventually start planning a few things for Seb in the next year then go back to relax.
"This is nice, I'd like to stay right here, like this for the rest of our lives" Sebastian says intently watching our baby as he sleeps in my arms
"That be nice..." I say smiling before reaching him to give him a kiss on his lips
"I love you so much doll"
"I love you too"
He switches on the tv and sets the volume low so it won't disturb the baby before choosing a documentary.
That's exactly how our day goes...relax time, few diapers changes and feedings...simply perfect!
