Description of quirk: the user is able to transform either into a cat or a dragon, if she focuses enough the user can turn into a dragon cat hybrid.

Parts of her quirk she can't control:
Cat: Every month she goes into heat like a regular cat it isn't scheduled it just appeares randomly, she can take suppressants, but they don't work that good so she keeps herself locked in her room.
Dragon: whenever she gets really mad she turns into a 7 foot dragon and wants to kill/seriously hurt everyone who makes her mad.

The difference between the cat dragon hybrid and the dragon cat hybrid is. When the dragon cat hybrid is in play the dragon takes over and the cat dragon hybrid is in play the cat takes over.
