Karan saw her sleeping peacefully, he pulled himself back and went to study room
His phone went off and Rohan's name showed up
Rohan: Sir maine pura CCTV check kara cafe ka par Aneesh kahi nahi hai, ek bhi camera mein nahi.
Karan: This can't be happen Rohan, Monami ke har move ke baarein mein usey pata tabhi lag sakta hai jab woh waha ho
Rohan: but yeh bhi toh possible hai na ki usne kisi aur ko waha bheja ho Jo use inform kar raha ho
Karan: Par usey har instant par kaise pata chal sakta hai ki Monami kya kar rahi koi itna jaldi inform kaise kar s....
He was about to speak but something striked in his mind
Karan: Rohan send that CCTV footage on my mail.
Rohan: Ok sir
He disconnected the call and after 5 minutes he received a mail and opened it
He played the video but paused it as soon as he heard knock on the door
He quickly changed the tab
K: Yes?
The door opened revealing Monami's sleepy look
K: Monami tum so gayi thi na? Kya hua
M: I had a nightmare, I needed you
She said like a kid asking her parents for ice cream
K: Hey come here
He forwarded his hand gesturing her to come near him, she cling on him and while sitting on his lap she rested her head on his chest
M: I am sorry mere wajah se tumhara kaam distrub ho gya
K: Tumhare wajah se koi kaam disturb nahi hua hai don't ever think that again sweetheart, and you know that you are my stress buster so don't think much and relax
She smiled and kissed his chest right where his heart was beating for her.
He embrace her and when she closed her eyes he resumed the footage
While keeping eye on each and every person in the footage he found a boy sitting there all alone and his phone's camera towards Monami, 'he was recording her?'
He thought and suddenly looked at Monami
'Or it is a video call with Aneesh'
He texted everything about that anonymous guy to Rohan as he can't call him right now because of Monami's peaceful sleep
Karan: look after him and find out who the hell is he
Rohan: Ok sir
He put his phone on the desk and sighed in frustration of not being able to do anything right now, he can't punch Aneesh' face right now which made him angry
He looked at his sweetheart and his lips curled into a small smile
He kissed her forehead and circled his arms around her pulling her closer
M: I love you
She said, still sleeping but his touch is familiar to her even in her deep sleep
K: I love you the most jaan!
He closed his eyes to feel her proximity
She woke up at 3 in the noon and saw Karan sleeping like a kid while hugging her, she smiled but saw that he's not comfortable to sleep like this, sitting on the couch so she laid him on the couch and sit beside him resting his head on her lap
After an hour someone knocked the studyroom's door disturbing his sleep
He opened his eyes and looked at his sleeping position one could easily say that he was in shock.
Monami kissed his forehead and he stood up
He opened the door just to see his best friends faizi,sid, sanju and a small baby who's daughter of sid and sanju
Before he could even react, sid and faizi pulled him in a bone crushing hug.
K: Arey bhai chhodo mujhe jaan loge kya
Sid: How are you Karan bro
K: Ab tak theek tha ab aage ka pata nahi
F: Karan waise humne tumhe bataya tha na hum kisi se pyaar hai, woh bhi aayi hai yaha
K: Kaha hai?
: Yaha
She said gathering everyone's attention and seeing her his eyes got widened
Monami was just watching them all silently till now, but after seeing her she ran to hug her
M: Koel kaisi hai tu
Ko: Ek number, tu bata sab theek hai na tujhe koi problem to nahi aati na?
Monami shook her head and smiled widely
Sid: Arey bro humara to introduction karao bhabhi se
K: Uh haan Monami yeh teeno mere college friends hai, sanju ko toh tum jaanti hi ho aur yeh hai sid sanju ka husband and yeh simran, sid and sanju ki beti
Monami greeted them and took simran in her arms and started playing with her making Karan smile widely
F: Ohho janab kaafi smile kar rahe ho
Karan rolled his eyes and smacked faizi's head
K: Aur yeh hai faizi, yeh mera 6th class se friend hai
F: Socho kitne saalon se iss khadoos ko jhel raha hu, sach bataye toh hum shock mein the ki koi ladki woh bhi tumhari jitni sundar padhi likhi, iss jaise se shaadi kyu karna chahegi.
Monami chuckled and Faizi received world famous Karan Shergill's glare
K: Iss jaise se kya matlab hai tera?
F: Monami samajh gayi
K: Khair scoha toh maine bhi nahi tha koel jitni itni sundar aur padhi likhi ladki tujh jaise saand ko pasand karegi
Sid: Ok bros bas! Kya yaar milte hi ladne lage sab
S: Sahi keh raha hai sid, abhi humne bohot kuch plan kara hai, Monami tum chalogi na humare saath bahar?
Monami looked at Karan who blinked his eyes in assurance
Sid: Offo apne patidev ki aagya ki zarurat nahi hai aapko, sanju ko dekho duniya ghum aayegi and mujhe kabhar bhi nahi rehti
S: Fir se bolna kya bola chirkut
They started bantering making Simran cry
Monami started twirling her and made so many funny faces making Simran laugh loudly
Meanwhile they were playing everyone was just adoring them
F{whispered in Karan's ear}: Kya baat hai janab, Monami ke chehre se nazar nahi hat ti aapki toh
K: Kaise hategi yaar, this new feeling of love is literally something else
F: Iss baat ki kaafi khushi hai ki ab finally yeh khush reh sakti hai
K: I hope so
They took rest as they want to go amusement park next day

It was a sunny morning and everyone was getting ready for their day out

They were about to go but simran started crying
M: I guess we need to change her diaper, main kardeti hu
Monami went inside to change Simran's diaper
K: Guys tum log jaao main Monami aur Simran ko leke aata hu
They nodded and left from there
