"When can you then?" The man over the phone seems a bit annoyed with the lack of customer appreciation.
"I'm sorry I know it's been a little long since the last session but with school my schedule has been really packed." Jimin stresses with concern in his tone as his eyes shift back and forth towards the door and his phone. Lee called him randomly and Jimin thought he'd be able to convince him in enough time. He was eerily aware that Jungkook would be home in a few minutes and he needed to get off the phone.
"You can't spare a couple minutes for your top customer?" Lee pleads again for more of Jimins time right now and the younger rolls his eyes annoyed at the situation.
"I don't have the time right now or I promise I would." Jimin rephrases hoping it would steer the man away. He is lying. He has more than enough time but not a lot of alone time.
"I'm just tryna get some." Min Yoongi walks in the room saying with Jungkook trailing not too far behind him.
"Can we text the rest of this conversation?" He urges quickly and quietly not wanting anyone to hear.
"Did you go and get yourself a boyfriend?" Jimin starts to worry because now there were two other people listening to their conversation. For once they were as quiet as could be and Jimin could tell they were listening.
"No! No it's not like that. I actually hate him. He's my roommate." Jimin tries to keep his voice down and eyes on the ceiling as he lays on his bed. Jungkook glances over at the mention on his name but Jimin refused to meet his gaze.
"A sweetheart like you isn't capable of hate." The man confesses making Jimin fake gag. He can't stand having to appease these men sometimes.
"Text?" He pleaded and the man chuckles darkly into the phone.
"Why so quick to hang up? Is your roommate listening kitten? Don't want him to know how dirty-" Jimin panics and hangs up the phone without another thought. That is gonna hurt later but he doesn't care he'll deal with it. Besides he and Lee have had an arrangement since Jimin started he'll understand.
"Besides he's ditzy." Jungkook continues their conversation as if they weren't just hardcore ease dropping.
"He's cute and good in bed." Jimins eyes start to widen when Yoongi speaks. Is he talking about Taehyung? He thinks.
"You say that about all of them." Jungkook chuckles as he finds himself a spot on the bed. Yoongi sits at the desk and they both pull out their schoolwork. Jimin looks over slightly surprised to see Jungkook actually doing his work. The older shifts his gaze back to the ceiling and sighs thinking about Lee. He just knows the man will give him a hard time for hanging up so suddenly.
"Something wrong?" Jungkook asks agitated and Jimin doesn't assume that he is talking to him. So he doesn't answer making Jungkook roll his eyes and focus again on his work. After Jimin sighs heavily for the 10th time Jungkook grunts and slaps his papers down.
"Jimin can you just say what's wrongs so you can shut up about it?" The younger bursts out of no where and Jimin sits up confused.
"What are you talking about? I haven't said anything." He defends looking to Yoongi who was busy in his phone.
"You don't have to. You keep sighing like someone killed your puppy." The younger rants and Jimin brushes him off.
"Just leave me alone." The shorter let's him know.
"Will you stop being obnoxious?" Jungkook retorts with a sarcastic grin and tone.
"Wow big words Jungkook. I'm so proud." Jimin claps a little to make more of a point to which Jungkook only groans at.
"Can you just proudly be quiet? We are trying to do work." He explains and Jimin laughs lightly at how ironic that statement is.
"Yes that is annoying isn't it." He says referring to all the times Jungkook has done it this semester.
"So you're doing this on purpose?" The taller asks and Jimin responds coyly.
"I'm not dong anything." He answers and before one of them could start another argument Yoongi chimes in.
"Can you two please just kiss already?" He
"What's wrong with you?!" Jungkook gasps and throws a pillow at the man who is laughing hysterically. Jimins face blushes and he looks away not liking the way Jungkooks laugh makes him feel. He's honestly feeling a little nauseous.
"I'm just saying you two would probably-" Yoongi begins to say something else and Jungkook is quick to cover his mouth and stop him again.
"Alright that's enough! Out." Jungkook turns to Yoongi with his face the color of a fire truck and pushes him out both the doors.
"My stuff!" His friend chuckles from the other side of the closed door.
"Get it later!" He responds.
"But I need to finish my work!" Yoongi whines and Jungkook only crosses his arms and enters the bedroom again.
"You should've thought about that before being an idiot." Jungkook retorts with a laugh and Yoongi sighs at the other side of the door. Jimin stands up from his bed and packs up Yoongis things.
"Hey what do you think you're doing?" Jimin puts the book bag on his back and walks out the door without answering his roommate. He catches up to Yoongi and taps his shoulder.
"Oh Jimin." Yoongi turns around very surprised to see that Jimin had brought him his stuff.
"Jungkook keeps me from doing my work too. I guess we have that in common." Jimin gives a small smile to the taller and Yoongi gladly takes his bag.
"Thank you so much. Seriously you know Jungkook, he would've kept this all night." Yoongi laughs as he thanks Jimin that spares him a small giggle. How can Jungkook hate someone so adorable? Yoongi thinks to himself as Jimin smiles.
"It's no problem." He claims and turns to leave before Yoongi calls his name again.
"Yes?" Jimin turns back around to answer
"I know you hate each other and he behaves like a jackass... but he really is capable of being nice. Underneath all that bullshit act he puts on he's not a bad person." Yoongi sighs he has to try to convince everyone his best friend isn't as awful as he makes himself out to be.
"You're his best friend so I don't really expect you to say anything differently." Jimin rolls his eyes and crosses his arms. it would take so much more then words from Yoongi to make up for how Jungkook acts.
"It's not because I'm his friend. When you're actually friends with Jungkook he's still an asshole. Honestly he fucks with me more than you probably." Jimin scoffs at that and rolls his eyes again.
"Why do you tolerate that? Doesn't it get tiring?" He honestly can't believe Jungkook has any friends.
"Like I said... he's a good kid. He really is sweet and soft on the inside but it would take a while for him to show you that." He explains further and Jimin laughs.
"I've been living with him for months now and all he's shown me is that he's the biggest prick on campus." He retorts and the now makes Yoongi laugh.
"I think that's half way because he has a thing for you." He chuckles out so casually yet it leaves Jimins mouth dry.
"What?!" The younger exclaims with his eyes nearly popping out of his head.
"He won't admit it to me but I see the way he looks at you." Yoongi looks behind the shorter boy to see if there is any sign of his friend. He would genuinely kill him if he knew Yoongi was saying this.
"Ew gross! Don't say that I'll gag." Jimin starts to fake gag and pretend to throw up.
"He's not gross come on he's so hot." The boy tries and Jimin sarcastically laughs.
"He'd be way more hot if he never talked again."
"Wow he said the exact same about you." Yoongi is in awe at how similar and how stubborn they are.
"Ew he called me hot." The shorter scrunches his nose up again.
"You just called him hot too." Yoongi smiles at the way Jimins face lightly blushes.
"I think we're done here. Have a good a night Min Yoongi." With that Jimin began to walk away and back towards his room.
"Thanks again Jimin and keep in mind... he's really not a monster like he pretends to be." Yoongi says walking in the other direction.
"I'm sure he isn't." And that's the last thing Jimin replies.

"Why would you do that?" The second Jimin walks in the room Jungkook is up and standing.
"Do what?" The boy is clearly upset and rolls his eyes when Jimin asks that.
"Give him his stuff. He's my friend I would've given it back." He defends himself and Jimin snickers.
"Sure."
"I would have." He argues making Jimin look at him blankly.
"Not even he believes that." Putting emphasis on the he.
"You know nothing about me." The younger starts feeling so judged by his roommate.
"Good I don't want to." Jimins words seem more like a bite and to be honest Jungkook hates how that made him feel. Jimin is always saying something that makes the younger feel so small and insignificant. He hates it even though he feels he deserves it.
"What's your problem? You've been so fucking moody from the moment I walked in the door." He confronts Jimin who doesn't see this conversation as necessary.
"Aren't I always moody around you? Why do you care today you idiot?" Jimin blew him off
"I don't." Jungkook spits back trying to add the same punch behind his words.
"Then why did you even ask?"
"Can you shut up already? I just wanna finish my work without you huffing and puffing every two seconds." He blurts out pretending to look at his work now.
"I'm not." Jimin frowns slightly crossing his arms.
"Sighhhh. Oh sighhhh. Sighhhh." Jungkook loudly imitates him.
"That's exactly how you sound and it's driving me crazy." He finally get out and Jimin smiles condescendingly.
"For once the roles are reversed." He teases.
"No you always drive me crazy." Jimin didn't know why his heart just did something strange at those words. There's no way in hell that Jeon Jungkook could make his heart skip a beat. Jungkook however didn't understand the significance of what he said, because he wasn't meaning it to sound like that. Even if he meant what he said.
"Didn't you have homework?" He tries to completely disregard that last comment and pretend it had no effect on him. Even though between this and Yoongi he's now sure Jungkook might like him.
"Will you let me do it in peace?" The younger argues back.
"I will. Unlike you I'm not gonna keep doing the things that I know make you angry." Jimin says as a matter of fact.
"Yeah fucking right. You leave your stupid hair straightener and all your cosmetics on the sink. After I distinctively told you that bothers the fuck out of me." The younger gets closer making Jimin take a step back.
"I use them twice a day it's so annoying to put them all back in my room." He whines and argues back.
"Our room." Jungkook corrects.
"Whatever. They are neat so what does it matter?" Jimin whines again feeling so defeated and tired. Arguing all the time is just so fucking tiring. He thinks.
"It matters because I like the sink to be clean and cleared off completely." The raven states his point and Jimin snaps again.
"You can't get everything you like all the time Jungkook. Half the sink is mine I can do what I want with it." He doesn't back away this time when Jungkook starts getting closer. He actually took a step towards the younger unintentionally.
"God you're so fucking annoying."
"Because I don't give you what you want? Has no one ever said no to you before?" Jimin uses his hands to talk getting sassier by the minute. Jungkook had gotten a little quiet when he noticed their proximity.
"You don't ever stop talking do you?" He says a little softer than before but still firm enough.
"You only want me to stop talking because the argument isn't going your way. And bratty little Jeon Jungkook can't handle that." Jimin teases again this time feeling very confident when Jungkook comes even closer.
"Just shut up."
"Or what?" He looks down at Jungkooks lips taking one single second to debate on kissing them. Another single second to decide he's out of his fucking mind. When Jungkooks face was only a few inches away and with how heated their argument was, he might have looked and might have debated. But god ew it's Jungkook. His head says making him shake the thought away and back up at the same time Jungkook does.
"Let's just- let's just stop." Jungkook says as he backs away with obvious blush clear as day on his cheeks. Something he tries extremely hard to hide so Jimin can't see. He did anyways. Between today and what he heard Jungkook is convinced Jimin likes him.
