"Hey, you said one out of 14 million we win yeah, tell me this is it." Tony says
"If I tell you what happens, then it won't happen Tony." Strange says
"You better be right." Tony said sternly
"I. Am. Ironman." Tony says clicking his fingers
"Tony." I said shocked
We rushed to Tony and I realise that he was burnt all over.
"Mr stark, hey." Peter cried
"Mr. Stark. Can you hear me?" He asked
"It's Peter. We won, Mr stark." He continues
"We won, Mr. Stark. You did it sir, you did it." Pete cried
"I'm sorry Tony." He sobs
"It's okay." I hugged him tightly
"Hey, pep." Tony says
"Tony? Look at me." Pepper says
"We're gonna be okay." She says softly
"You can rest now." She smiles
She sobs and I put my arm on her shoulder as we all cried.
"Dad. He's gone." I sobbed
"I know." Dad said softly
I hug my dad tightly feeling glad that he was not killed.

"You going to school?" I asked Peter
"Yes." He said softly
"He's gonna be there." I told him
"What if neds not back?" He asked me
"Don't think like that." I told him
"I'll come drop you off." I smiled
We walk into school and he looked around for ned but couldn't find him.
He had tears in his eyes, thinking the worst but I smiled and nudged him.
"There he is." I told him
They did a handshake and hugged as I walk out of the school.

Tony's funeral was a few days later and it hit us all hard.
"Bye stark." I said softly
I held my dads hand and then I let go as I walk to bucky.
"Hey bucky." I said softly
"Hey." He said nodding
I grabbed hold of his hand and stood closer to him smiling.
After the funeral was over we were all down at the water.
"You know I was there was a way that I could let her know. That we won. We did it." Clint says
"She knows." Wanda and I agreed
"She's a hero Clint." I smiled softly
"I really tried to bring her back. I miss her so much man." Bruce says
"Me too." My dad says
"You know if you want I could come with you." Sam says
"You're a good man, Sam." My dad smiled
"This one's on me, though." He says
"Don't do anything stupid till I get back." He tells bucky
"How can I your taking all the stupid with you." He smiles
"I'm gonna miss you buddy." Bucky says
"It's gonna be okay, Buck." Dad tells him
"Please be safe, dad." I told him
"Please watch out for her." Dad tells bucky
"You know I will." He nodded
"We will see you in five seconds." I smiled
"How long is this going to take?" Sam asked
"For him, as long as he needs, for us, five seconds that's it." Bruce says
"You ready cap?" Bruce asked
"All right, we'll meet you back here, okay?" Bruce says
"Going quantum." He continues
"Where is he?" Sam asked
"I don't know. he blew right by his time stamp." He says
"He's not coming back." I said softly
"What?" Bucky says
"He's staying isn't he!" I asked bucky
"Get him the hell back." Sam said
"Sam." Bucky says
"Is that him?" I asked
I walked down to the man and it was my dad but he was old.
"Dad?" I said softly
"Hi, Sarah." He said
"What did you do?" I asked him
"How could you." I cried
"Sweetheart, it's gonna be okay." He says
"How is this okay!" I asked him
"You have the others you'll be fine." He smiles
"But I won't have my dad." I cried
"You're strong, you don't need me." He goes on
"I think I'll always need you." I told him
"I'm so proud of the person you have become Sarah I love you." He says
"I love you too dad." I cried
"Go on." He smiled
I got up and I let Sam talk to him as I ran and hug bucky.
I knew that I'd never get Loki back so I was happy that I had the avengers.
"Come on." Bucky says
I take his hand and we walked back to the tower to the others.

My dad died a few months after the war and Buck held me together.
"It's gonna be okay." He kissed me
"He's gone." I said sobbing
"I know doll." He sighed
"What do I do now?" I asked him
"Live for him." He smiled
"You as well." I smiled back
"Of course." He nodded
I kissed his lips softly and closed my eyes as I hold him.
"He'd be so proud of you doll." He says
"Thank you Buck." I smiled
"Would you uh, want to watch a movie with me or something, so I can keep an eye on you?" He says
"Uh yeah, I'd like that" I smile, butterflies erupting in my stomach. It wasn't the first time that we had been alone together.
My friendship with bucky was well established and my crush on him over developed. I was head over heels for him, if I was honest with myself, and hope that he felt something for me in return.
"Alright. Anything in particular you want me to put on?" He asked me
"You pick." I say easily while I open up the snacks and I put them in front of us. When I come from the bathroom, bucky had his boots off and he was on his side on the couch. His legs splayed open and he holds his arms out for me.
"Come here, doll." Bucky makes grabby hands at me.
The butterflies in my stomach go double time now, I wasn't very experienced, to tell the truth I was not that experienced at all yet. But if it was going to be anyone I'd love for it to be bucky.
