( Dr riya slowly open her mouth and insert laryngoscope to see vocal cords and upper part of windpipe with it help he insert ETT and branching he fixes it there. After that Dr riya check her heartbeat with stethoscope and finds it normal so she immediately gives thumb sign to abhimanyu)
( Abhimanyu gesture nurse and she immediately open akshu's gown from the stomach area and abdomen and rest of her body covered with sheet. Nurse also lights on and abhimanyu ready)

He remove appendix from her body and inflates the gas out of her abdomen after that he removed all the ports)

Akshara ( cringe): abhi itni sari medicine see ye wali dawai ka rang orange hai or tum jante ho na mujhe orange colour pasand nahi hai see ye wali dawai ka shape kuch ajib hai so ye wali bhi reject or ye sari dawaiyan Kali Kali nazar aa rahi hai so no medicine for akshu( abhi this much medicine see this medicine's colour is orange and I don't like orange colour see this medicine's shape is too weird so this will be also reject. This are the medicine are looking like black black so no medicine for akshu)
Abhimanyu ( sternly): akshu chup chap medicine khavo warna powder wala bhi option hai humare pass( akshu silently eat your medicine otherwise we do have powder option too)
Akshara ( immediately take medicine and glass of water from viraj's hand and wince): ahhhh abhi
(Abhi immediately rubs her hand)
Viraj: akshu hum log khila rahe hai na medicine( akshu we are making you eat medicine right)
