1. His human version name is Balloch Aitken
2. He mostly does the paperwork, however, England helps him out a lot with it
3. He collects ancient things and makes them souvenirs in his room
4. Scotland is good at navigating places, even tracing the place's layout from any paper available
5. Scotland's humans form clothing choices are usually casual or business outfits, but he decides to mix them up together
6. Pretty obvious what his human looks like, he has light brown hair and brown eyes
7. Scotland is sorta tall, about 5 foot 8 inches or 167.64 cm
8. He is quite stubborn, crafty, honest, and skeptical
9. He lives with three other constituent countries, Wales, Northern Ireland, and England
He is the only commoner in the household, unfortunately
10. He bought the household and manages it all by himself, sometime later, he lets Wales and Northern Ireland move in because they wanted to
11. He doesn't like loud noises or people who interrupt him while he's busy
12. He is like the other parent ( also England ) in the household, he does the chores and works a lot
13. Scotland likes to drink iced tea a lot, but he
14. He doesn't want pets in the household but only allows them if the others will take care of one
15. The person he got along with the most, is Wales.
But they are complete opposites such as their personalities, interests, and hobbies.

Gaelic, Scottish, Irish, Welsh, German, English and French
17. He takes simple tasks a little too far
18. He doesn't enjoy being at beaches since there are a lot of people and not a fan of stepping on sand
19. On how he was chosen as the representative is unknown to a lot of people, he, UK, and England only know
20. He and England act more like business partners rather than friends, but besides that, Scotland is pretty much glad that England agreed to live with him and the other two.
Because England is a mature person and while the other two are like crazy roommates
21. He HATES heavy rainstorms, windy and snowy weather
22. That's why he stays indoors during those times
23. His and UK's relationship is pretty decent, though he thinks UK is cocky in some way
24. He and Northern Ireland get along well, but sometimes NI can be a nervous wreck if Scotland doesn't notice him or ignore him for long enough
25. Before Balloch became the representative of Scotland, he used to work in a post office
He is around his 30s ( I forgot to mention that turning into a CH de-ages their appearance to look like a young adult )
26. His hair is pretty soft and smooth if you touch it, well if Scotland allows someone to touch his hair of course-
27. Wales calls Scotland by many nicknames, one of them is "Bal" shorten term for his name, Balloch
28. He spends times a lot going in his human form to relax after he finishes work
29. He brings a lot of things that are useful to anything whenever the other constituents country are planning to go somewhere for fun
30. He has to deal with Wales' shenanigans a lot at times, even putting him in a time-out room in the household, but Wales doesn't see that as a serious punishment
31. He has no interest in having a love partner
32. He owns multiple cars, and he doesn't allow anyone to use them unless asks permission to
33. He likes to keep things organized and clean
34. He and England have separate rooms for all to themselves, while Wales and Northern Ireland share the same room

( This is an entirely new thing that I have to create and design for this country I never thought I would do before- His characteristics, his ego, especially his hairstyle- I had to be creative with his hairstyle, to be honest, it looks good but at the same time looks goofy- )
