Allison's pov
When I wake up the next morning, I smile seeing I was cuddling Xan, he is such an handsome sleeper. I mean boy, if you see me sleeping, you would shit your pants because I look like a dead panda with drool
I move a bit laying on my stomach beside Xan as I watch him sleep, his chest rises and falls back down as he breaths shallow letting me know he was in deep sleep. I caress his chest gently smiling.
Last night was the most beautiful night of my life, sex with Xan wasn't just sex, it was love. I had only heard about making love but last night I figured out what it means
I also didn't know how I was so bold last night but I felt powerful with him, I felt like no matter what I try he will never judge me and that was exactly what he did. He let me have him the way I wanted with no judgement
It was different, sex with Xan is pleasurable, soft, passionate, love, sweet, and so fucking good. It reminds me of why I didn't enjoy sex with Rick, when him and I had sex, he was so pushy, didn't let me take my time, nor did he use any foreplay. it was painful with rick and almost like I was counting minutes before it was over
But gosh, the love and sex with Alex last night was fun, nice, I was soaking wet, we didn't have to stop because I started bleeding, instead I was turned on, I wanted him so bad every moment. And even after a couple rounds I wanted him in the shower too and after when we were cuddling but he insisted that we sleep because he doesn't wanna over tire me
i kiss his chest smiling as I watch him, yeah I was literally watching him for hours before my phone rang. It was Emma, she was calling. I put it on silent placing the phone beside me as I continue watching my husband sleeping
The phone lights up again as she calls for a 3rd time, I was over it but I pick up her call anyways. Honestly, I would never ignore her calls but the fact that she is dating my ex knowing what I went through was the last set for me
"Yes Emma" I say on the phone
"Where the hell are you Allison, I have been calling the last 40 minutes" she yells on the phone
"I am with my husband Emma, what can I help you with?" I ask eyes still on Alex
"The way you behaved with my boyfriend was messed up Allison, I thought you'd be happy for me" she says
"Well I am"
"Cut the crap Ally, you know he is coming with me to the resort and now he is uncomfortable because of you"
I actually snort a little hearing her but remain clam because I am not ruining my day at all with her bullshit. Ill deal with it in the resort when we come face to face
"He is a grown man Emma, he can suck it up if he wants to be there for you"
"You have some nerves Allison"
"I think I do. Listen Emma, we are meeting in a few hours anyways so fight with me then and not now. I'm busy with my husband" I say and cut the cal before she can utter more bullshit
Im sure she will be pissed but I don't care, I can even go as far to say that it doesn't matter, at first I was very cautious about what she thinks of me but not anymore. Life is too short to cry
The phone rings again but it's Alex's phone, and it's his mom making me smile. I love his mom so much, she is so much fun and she always takes my side during any arguments or anything so we are great
"Hey Ma, how are you?"
"Hey darling, im okay, are you okay?"
"Yeah"
"Is Alex okay?" She asks worried
"Yeah, he is sleeping, is everything okay Ma?"
"Mhm sweetie, he has a very hard time these days"
"Im confused Ma, what's going on?" I ask caressing Xan's chest when frowns form on his forehead
"It's his place to tell you but a few years ago around this time he had the worst day so whenever October 10th comes close he starts having a hard time. He takes time off and stays home drinking. This year you are with him so I thought id ask to see if he was okay?" She says
"No Ma, there is nothing of that sort, he hasn't told me anything but he is fine I believe" I say
"Good, mhm yeah take care of him sweetie, he might get upset and angry"
"I have got it ma, is there a food that helps ?" I joke
"Hahaha if you wanna make him angry then cherry tomatoes" I laugh hearing her
"What if I wanna make him ballistic" I ask
"Oh definitely pumpkin, he hates it. He might even gag or throw up"
"Perfect, hahaha anything else I can do to spite him?"
"Yes, darling definitely tell him you are upset and he will lose his mind trying to figure out what it is that you are upset about" I chuckle hearing her
"Ma, I don't think he has had a chance to talk to him but I told him I love him" I tell her
"I know sweetie, he called to ask if it was early to say he loves you"
"He did" I ask
"Yeah, and Allison"
"Yes Ma"
"He has never looked at anyone like he looks at you, and just so you know he is so in love with you like head over heals" I smile hearing her
"I love him too ma, he is so sweet and perfect"

We talked for a bit and then she cut the call, I put his phone on charge and cuddled up closer to his side. I smile seeing how peaceful he looked but questions about what ma said was in my head
"Allison" I hear his whisper making me look at his face
His eyes still closed but his arm that was around me had tightened on my waist
"Hey, good morning silly" I whisper caressing his chest
"AL" he calls again
"Whats wrong?" I ask caressing his cheeks
He opens his eyes looking a bit hassled but at soon as his eyes absorb me in his eyes softened
"Baby" he whispers
"Hi, you are okay" I say kissing his chin
"Mhm yeah, you will never leave right?" He asks surprising me
"No, where will I go without you? Remember how much I love you" I tease, my hand moving to his chest as I caress gently letting him know he is with me
"Mhm hmm right" he says
"Talk to me Xan, whats going on?"
"Just a bit fazed, mhm a nightmare" he says
"What was in the nightmare? If you don't mind me asking"
"I mhm I don't wanna think about it please. Can you hug me?" He asks
"Of course, come here you big boy" I say laying down
He lays on my chest, hiding his face in my neck as I caress his back gently kissing his face.
"No matter what anyone says, my mom, dad, friends, anyone. You can't leave me please Allison, I will do anything you want AL but please" he sounded so vulnerable
"I promise, I'm not going anywhere. I promise babe. Whats going on?" I ask but there is no answer at all on that instead he holds me tighter
"Lets hop in the shower, and ill make us your favourite brunch" I say
He lifts his head from my neck and looks at me
"Linguine" he asks
"Yes and some garlic breath. Ill even make some brownies for you, just one, I know you like just one" I suggest
"You promise you won't put walnuts in them"
"I won't, only white chocolate chips and some chocolate peanut butter ice cream on the side"
A smile forms on his face, he nods at me.
"Lets shower" he said picking me up
We hopped in the shower together and instead of a very long shower, we just took a quick one because Alex was grinning from ear to ear thinking about the food which is usually me but I like how I am rubbing off on him
"Nooo" he whines an hour later while I was cooking and he was sitting on the counter watching, more like instructing me on what he wants and what he doesn't
"No what?" I ask
"You said no walnuts" he said when I reach in the cabinet
"Babe its just white chocolate chips"
"Oh, mhm when do we have to leave?" He asks
"Whoever you want, if you want we can not go" I suggest
"Allison, it doesn't matter how im feeling, you never have to cancel any plans because of me" he says
I put the brownie bars in the oven and walk to him, standing in between his legs
"Alex, I care about you just as much. I know if I was having a bad day or if I had a nightmare, you would never force me to go anywhere either. I understand that you don't want to talk to me about it but please don't push me away. Xan I love you and it doens't matter what you throw at me I will still stand here to love you"
He leans down placing his forehead against mine.
"I love you Allison" he whispers
"I love you more Alexander" I whisper back caressing the back of his neck
i rub my nose against his for a couple minutes as he calms down, I place my lips on his for a quick peck
"I will tell you I promise I just need some time to process"
"Its okay, take all your time but don't push me away. Keep me close"
"I will" he whispers
"Come on lets eat and then if you want we can continue our movie marathon"
"It's fine, we can eat and start driving, it helps me think" he says
"Are you sure Xan?"
"I am, please baby, lets go there" he says
"Okay" I agree
I plate us some linguine while the brownies cook, Alex was sitting beside me holding onto my arm, he was very touchy feely with me and I love that
