Gwen stood in Peter's room pacing back and forth waiting for him to return home since she had just heard the news that his identity was revealed
"Oh, no. Oh, no. I don't know what to do! " he said panicking while taking off his suit completely leaving him in his boxers
I placed my hands on Peter's shoulder's " Peter I'm so sorr-" I was cut off by the door being open
Happy looked between us embarrassed and surprised " IT'S NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE " me and Peter both yelled at the same time
Happy turns around and walks away, trying to cover his eyes "We didn't see anything"
Peter yelled "This isn't what it looks like, Happy! "
" This is so humiliating I can't believe this is happening " I said out loud
"Just practice safe..." May says before closing the door
I turned towards Peter who's cheeks were so red " I would laugh but right now is not the moment " I walked over to his closet and grabbed sweatpants and a shirt then threw it at Peter
I opened the door after a few seconds with Peter trailing behind me but we came to a halt after seeing happy crying in the hallway
Peter and Me glanced at each other and I gave him a small nod towards happy. In which he walked closer to him to try and comfort him.
"Wait, have you been crying? " Peter asked noticing tears going down Happy's face
Happy took a look around before he spoke up "We broke up" he looked down tearing up again
" Oh..." Peter said not excepting that and he turns back to look over at Gwen
" I'm sorry happy " Gwen says feeling bad for him since she knows how much he loves may
" Hey, Spider-Man! " Peter and Gwen turned their head to see someone yelling at him. Peter quickly webs the blinds shut
Peter turns back to happy "I didn't know you guys broke up. I thought you were in love, May. " he says so confused by the sudden breakup
"No, we talked about this..." May's voice was heard from behind them. Peter rushes May out of the hall
Happy Sighs " I should probably leave, I think..." Gwen shakes her head no
" I think you should wait. There are too many people outside waiting to see Spider-Man and if you walk out this apartment. They will think you are associated with him and attack you with questions" Gwen tells happy not wanting him to get hurt
Peter and May move down the hallway to speak privately "I thought you guys were such a handsome couple..." he says
"You know, it's really about boundaries..." May says frustrated
Happy interrupted " Is that the door? " he asks speaking about the buzzing
Peter pushes past him seeing a random guy, presumably of one Peter and May's neighbors, stands in the doorframe
" Hey, is it true about..." Gwen hurries to shut the door on a neighbor
" Sorry no autographs " She says locking the door
She turns back to the three people in the apartment "okay what are we going to do "
Peter starts walking back and forth trying to think

Gwen looks down at her phone and sees her father is blowing up her phone " oh my gosh " she says freaking out to which Peter turns to her
" What's wrong are you okay " he asks stepping in front of her
She shows him her phone to see her father is calling her. Peter's eyes are wide and he yells " HE'S GOING TO KILL ME "
Gwen's father is chief of the police and he has never liked Spider-Man or Peter in fact so Gwen knew in that moment she was screwed
" Can I take this call in your room " she asks and he nods giving her a quick kiss on the cheek before she sprints off to his room
Gwen starts feeling nervous and scared of how her father will react. She takes a deep breath in and answers the call
" GWEN WHERE ARE YOU " she pulls the phone away from her ear since her dad was screaming
She winces and slowly brings the phone closer once the yelling finished " little old me nothing absolutely nothing. I am at Victoria secret buying bra and- " her father cuts her off
" Gwen please do not tell me that " her father says uncomfortable. Gwen know this and uses it to her advantage to always get out of situations
" well dad don't ask questions you don't expect the answers to be " I said
" Gwen have you seen the news yet. PETER PARKER IS SPIDER-MAN! " he yells clearly upset
" Peter who ?" I asked clueless
" Don't play dumb with me young lady " her father says in a disapproving voice
" ohhh you mean Peter Parker why didn't you just say that " Gwen was trying so hard not to laugh on the phone but it was just hard not to
" Gwen you are forbidden to see Peter " her father tells her. Gwen walked over to Peter's table and grabbed tin foil and held it close to the phone
She crumbled the thing in the phone " what's that dad ..... I can't ...... hear ........ you-" and she hangs up
Gwen hears loud sounds of something coming toward the apartment
She peaks outside the window and sees a helicopter getting close and she runs back out to the living room
" I'm sorry am I the one who saw that " she asked surprised to even see a helicopter filming them on live television
She groaned out loud " my dad is definitely going to kill me " she turned her head towards Peter
Peter rushes to the remaining windows, shutting the blinds however the blind POPS OPEN. Peter goes back, webs it shut.
May's and Happy's phones start blowing up with messages and phone calls but Peter frantically grabs their phones refusing to give it back
"Can you get off your phones for five minutes?! I just wanna talk to you about your relationship, okay?" Peter says frustrated
" Peter is right now a good time to be speaking about this. There is a HELICOPTER outside " I tried to remind him of the current problem occurring
Gwen looks towards the tv noticing his apartment " Peter? Baby " she says Pointing at the tv
"What?" He asked confused before noticing her pointing at the tv
Peter, May, and Happy turn towards the TV. The local news is live with helicopter footage of the outside of the apartment. The lower third graphic reads: "SPIDER-MAN'S IDENTITY REVEALED."
" they are recording us live on television just great. Can this get any worse " Gwen says out loud
They open the window noticing hundreds of peoples outside.
" okay you jinx yourself " Peter says giving Gwen a look
" I mean, maybe it's not such a big deal? " Peter says trying to see positive things
" Spider-Menace! " the tv played which made all heads turn back to it
The news shared a photo of a "WANTED FOR MURDER" sign with Peter's alarmed face.
The news anchors began to speak "Governments around the world launched investigations into the murderer known as Spider-Man! "
The onscreen graphic changes to Peter's school photo next to a pair of handcuffs and a headstone that reads: "MYSTERIO."
" Okay that is foul. Mysterio tried to kill you that's not fair " I told Peter
I turned my head back to focus on the news but it shows a image of the school photos of Peter, me, Mj and Ned have been photoshopped into mug shots under a headline that reads, " QUADRUPLET OF TERROR: PARKER'S CRONIES REVEALED!"
" Peter don't listen to anything they are saying about you. You are not the person they are saying you are" may tells Peter trying to make sure he isn't second guessing himself
"Authorities, just a short while ago, confirmed that the deadly drones used in the London attack were designed by Stark Industries." The moment they said that happy's face dropped
" oh crap I have to deal with that " he says out-loud
" It's okay happy " Gwen pats his back then proceeds to respond sarcastically" would you rather be called Quadruplet of terror " happy nods " you right "
A loud knock at the front door startles everyone " Federal agents! Open up! " the other person yelled from the other side
"oh shit I'm totally screwed " I said but Peter is looking at me " I mean WE are screwed"
May opens the door to a group of damage control agents, led by agent clearly, who holds out an ID
"Department of Damage Control. We have a warrant for the arrest of Peter Parker." He says holding the warrant up as proof
May responded right away "You know the Fourth Amendment?"
Special Agent Cleary nodded
"Unreasonable search and seizure?" May says but agent cleary doesn't seem to care
He looks over his shoulder "Get in here, guys. Let's go! " he was yelling for his other team members to rush him
The agent began to push past May and walk to Peter and placing cuffs behind his arms
"I didn't kill Quentin Beck. The drones did" Peter yelled hoping they would Believing him in one day
Gwen looks towards Agent Cleary " so does this mean my dad is getting called "
He moves aside and walks in is Gwen's father in his uniform " whattt will you look at that ... mother is calling me for dinner " I tried to walk around him but he grabbed my arm and gave me a look that said 'be for real right now '
I sighed walking over to agent cleary and I turned my back and held my hand behind me " I take the easy way out. Take me to jail " I say not wanting to face my fathers wrath
