Naksh wake up from sleep and look at Keerti.

She tried to get up.

He caress her head and she writh in pain

He got up to go She hold his hand and look at him.

He wake up from his dream with a jerk. He look at her who is still unconscious.
He is breathing heavily.

He jerk her but she didn't respond.

Yash and Naitik hold Naksh and take him out.
He is standing outside of room lost.

Swarna caressed her hair and try to console him.
After sometime
Swarna is sitting holding Naksh hand.
Doctor come out of room
Naksh- Doctor how's she?
Swarna- is she fine?

Naitik tried to calm him but he is blabbering continuously

Naksh wiped his tears and nodded halfheartedly
Doctor and nurse enter there with consent form in his hand
Naksh look at them.
Doctor- Nurse get the OT operation theatre ready Mr Naksh please sign this consent form

Doctor- we will try to save both but unfortunately if something happens to patients or babies you will not blame Doctors and hospital authorities
Naksh- (shout) how can you say this Doctor. You have to save them. Kuch nahi hoga mere babies ko. You have to save my Keerti and my babies. Please Doctor please save them.
Doctor- calm down Mr Singhania please don't worry we will try our best.
Naksh nods.
He hold form in his hand to sign it. His hand is shivering.
Akshara Naitik put their hand on his shoulder.

Ward boys come out taking Keerti on stretcher

Ward-boys pull stretcher and take her in operation theatre

He put her down she look at his face.

She hold his hand and take him toward temple inside hospital
Everyone enter in temple

After sometime
Amyra is in Akshara arms. She looks for Naksh but he is not there.
Naitik and Yash search for him who is hiding himself in an empty dark room.
Naitik hear his sobs and enter in room.
He got shocked seeing his vulnerability and feel bad for him
He sit beside him and hold his hand

Naksh- why I have to choose between my loved ones. First I had to marry Tara to save Keerti life then many times I choose other over Keerti why I always end up hurting her
Naksh- I promised her that I'll protect our babies but nahi kar paya. How will I face her I know she will hate me for this. She will never talk to me. Shayad vo meri Amyra ko bhi

Naksh look at him and sit.

Naitik- so get up and come with me Keerti and your babies are waiting for you
He forward his hand.Naksh hold his hand and get up. He hugged him.
Naksh and Naitik walked toward operation theatre
Naksh is getting restless by every passing moment
When he hear cry of a new born baby. He stopped moving for a second. His heart skipped a beat He turn and look toward door.
Tears rolled down from his eyes.

Naitik and Akshara hugged him. Then they hear another cry sound of baby
A big smile come on their faces with tears in their eyes
Naksh was numb to react he is happy for his child but scared for his love his wife his Keerti. For a moment he thought that he lost her world seem to end
He is lost in his thoughts
When two nurses come out holding his babies in their arms
They stopped in-front of him Everyone look at babies and got happy and emotional at same time
Nurse- congratulations it's twin baby boys he look at his sons
Naksh- nurse Ker. Meri Keerti vo thik haina
He asked getting scared everyone look at him
Naksh- please tell me how's she?
Doctor- she is out of danger
Naksh look at doctor
Doctor- don't worry she is absolutely fine.

Naksh- thank you Doctor thank you so much can I meet her please
Doctors- let us shift her to ICU ward and once she get conscious then you can meet her

He look at his babies and caress their faces lovingly tears rolled down from his eyes
Nurse- Mr Singhania take your babies in your arms

He wiped his tears
Naitik and Akshara look at him and smile

She made him sit on bench then Nurses made him hold his babies one by one.
He hold both babies together in his arms his heart stopped beating for a second as look at them. His sons symbol of their love
Baby look at him and blink his eyes and another baby smiled seeing him.
Unknowingly tears rolled down from his eyes
Amyra wiped his tears
He look at her
Amyra-Dadda don't cry nahi toh mere dono brother ko lage ga ki Dadda cry baby hai.
He smiled listening her.
Amyra- they both are too cute.
Naksh- yes ab meri Amyra ke brother hai cute toh honge hi but you know what my princess is the cutest.
She kiss on his cheek He kiss on her cheek.
Naksh- I love you princess and I love you my both cute little prince Dadda love you all.
Everyone look at babies and shower their love on them.
Then nurses took babies and put them in incubator as they are premature.
Naksh stand outside room and look at his babies. As he is still scared and don't want to leave them for a second
Naitik and Yash walked toward him.
Yash- bhai.
Naksh- Yash me vo
Yash- I know you din need to say anything but you should go and meet bhabhi and don't worry I'm here and won't leave this place
Naksh- but Yash
Yash- bhai trust me. me kahin jaunga yahin rahunga mere bacho ke pass
Naitik- Naksh don't worry security guard and bodyguard are also here they will not let anyone inside without my permission so you come and meet keerti
Naksh nods
Naksh- Don't worry chachu hai aapke paas Dadda bhi mumma se milke jaldi aa rahe hai aapke paas love you my babies
Naksh and Naitik walk toward ICU
Naksh entered in ICU and look at Keerti.
He don't know why but after seeing her tears rolled down from his eyes.
He walked toward her and caress her head.

He sit on bed and took her in his arms
He hug her and cried.
