Oured,Osean Federation
The city was awake earlier that day,anyone who get up soon realize the silhouette of a great tower,lead directly into the heaven above-the Space Elevator,or ISEV in short-standing tall right off the coastline of Oured.They wake up their children,friends,elders and anyone else in the city to witness the sight of impossible.Yesterday,it wasn't here,not even close,but thousands miles away from their land,but now it here,what their build in Usea is here.Soon,the streets of Oured was flooded by the people who couldn't ignore their curiosity and run outside to see closer.Until now,they haven't know what happened to their country.
"Turn off all energy plants,can someone check the powerline please?"
"Every power line was cut at the same time,how could this happen?"-one engineer ask
Behind him,a man with lab coat appeared,Dr.Holden,an Osean,who work at the Elevator as a scientist,was just wake up from sleep:"Hold on,let me check the city,you will check the powerline,okay?"
In the International Space Elevator,the engineer haven't acknowledge about what happened to the Elevator,but still,everything is in total chaotic,at least four strange satellites crashed into the Elevator,luckily the damage was minimize and they can fix in no time,but there is more problem:the power output had run over 100% due to the immediate cut of demand,the electricity that supposed to be transferred to entire Usea,are all being stored in the ISEV,the engineer tried to fix the problem by running every electrical device at once,they even programme the Arsenal Bird to use at maximum power,and it seem to working well.
The scientist open the door and go outside,he take no time to realize the city he saw in not Selatapura,but the city of Oured-where he was born.Holden can't believe in his eyes,he look around,gazing through the shiny window of the skyscrapers of Osean's capital,then he saw at his apartment from afar,between the waves of people on the street-this must be wrong,what I am seeing?-he though and shut the door,then run inside to alarm his colleges.
"Everyone,you won't believe what happened,go outside with me"
"The cable was fine,what happened to the city?"
"Just follow me."
As they went outside,everyone was stunned,then some of the citizens who lived in the outside ring also woke up and looked at the city,but it wasn't the one that they were familiar with.Panic,confusion and fear arose among the people as they realized that this is no longer Usea.
"Where is this?Wait,Osea?How?"
"How am I supposed to know?"

At the same time in Bright Hill
"I think that we need to inform the citizens now,better being chaotic now than being chaotic when it became worse"-Watterson,head secretary of Osean parliament,suggest to his president.Clearly,they cannot hide the truth from the people for too long,not just Oured and the area that can see the ISEV,but all city that share border with other countries in the continent,in the western continent,life is still normal,as there is almost no change,and they are still sleeping.But thing gonna blow up after just a few more hours,and they have to act quick.
"Prepare 2 TV broadcasts in 30 minutes and 4 hours,all citizens must acknowledge the situation,stop all export ships and flights,at least until we can secure the safety of those trips."-Ander order to the man behind him
"Yes sir,and how about banks and the stock market?"
"Temporary freeze all activity,each citizens can only get maximum of 100 zollar per day to sustain daily life,send ODF to help them,we can't risk the collapse of the national banks and Osean's currency stability"
"You're going down as the worst president in our country,even when this is not your fault,and I admire your bravery for those actions in this hard time."
"Thank you,and how about the so-called "United States",have they acknowledged our existence?"
"I believe their did,especially after their lost four satellites to ISEV"
Suddenly,another man slam the door,he bring himself a map,then there is problem
White House,Washington D.C,USA
"Mr.President,NASA,USN and our base in the Pacific calling for you!Emergency situation,they said"
"What,give me the phone."
When NASA and the military calling you at the same time,it usually mean that something disastrous happened,like a nuclear attack,or abnormal weather disaster,it's normal to be panic in this situation.The president of the United States-despite of his calm-looking,is already tired due to the crisis in Ukraine,if the new problem is bad enough,he would soon run out of energy.Reluctantly pick up the phone from NASA,he said:
"Okay,what is the problem?"
"We found a brand new landmass in the Pacific and Australia,sir,a huge continent"
"What do you mean-"
"And there is a civilization with technological advance like us in that continent too,we lost four satellites because of mysterious reason,but still,we managed to get photo of the landmass,there are city and people living in that continent"
A photo was send to the US president,he was stunned by the size of landmass on the map,covered 1/3 of the Pacific ocean,and connected to Australia.Unbelieved in the map,he told the reporter of NASA:
"This is no time to tell joke!The situation is already bad,there is no room for fun,a continent and civilization out of no where suddenly appeared in the Pacific?Nonsense!I'm off"
Then the phone was out,he turn on the line to the military:
"What is the problem?"
"Our First Carrier Strike Group encounter a squadron of F-22 from a country named "Osean Federation" in the Pacific,they said they were teleported to this world,and their came from an aircraft carrier "Kestrel II",and our bases in the Pacific,along with the islands,was reported to suddenly appeared on a landmass"
"Again?"-The president shout angrily into his phone-"NASA and the military,what is the tax going to?We paid you not for this"
"It is unbelievable sir,but trust me,in the morning,all data from Guam and Marshall island when wrong,they thought it was broken,then they look at the sun and remaining star and soon realized that they are no longer in their old position,then we get a call from USS Carl Vinson,they report about a mysterious fleet with F-22,we also ignore it,as a stupid joke,then,in Australia,many citizens in Queensland,Australia had saw a weird landmass from their coast and post photo on the Internet.Because of curiosity,we tried to connect all evident,and it all lead to the same answer!"
The US president grab his phone,it is true that there are a lot of photo about the new landmass,he cannot think that this is a joke anymore.Now,he is thinking of a way to solve this problem,without making chaotic in his country.Turn off the phone,he head to his secretary,who also taking phone from someone else.After a few minutes,the secretary turn off his phone and told his president:
"Sir,a contact from the USS Carl Vinson Admiral Houston,the so-called "Osean president Robert Ander want to have a meet with you in Hawaii"
"Okay,Who are they anyway...."
On board OFN Kestrel II,15 minute ago
"Admiral Franklin from OFN,nice to meet you"
"Admiral Houston,from USN,nice to meet you too"
Two admiral shake their hand,at first Houston doesn't want to get on board the mysterious carrier,but after a warm greeting through the radio,follow by a V-22 from Kestrel II land on his ship,he can't let down the invitation an get on the vehicle.Soon after,a few F-22 landed on the ship,confirm what they saw before.
"Alright,where are you from?"
"We came from Osea,which is from....let say a different world,in the morning,our country found herself in this world,hard to believe,right?But this is what truly happened"
"I see,no one can believe you right?"
Admiral Houston love fantasy and sci-fi-themed novel,he saw that the situation here is just like a book that he read before,some book that he forgot the title,but in this situation,if somebody said that their came from the future,or a different world,nobody would believe them,unless they can-of course-proof it,and the carrier he standing on is a solid evidence,no country other than United States in this world can have a carrier like this.
"So,what do you expected from me"-Houston said with a light tone
"We want you to contact with your country's leader,our president want to secure diplomatic relationship with any country on this planet,they are struggle to fix their economy right now"
"I see,that's understandable,okay,I will call to the president"
"Oh,so your country is democracy too?Great,we just need that,let me show you our ship
