"Come down Stella" dad says an hour later
"Jsut a second dad" I yell back closing my laptop which
I fix my dress and walk downstairs to the living room to find mr Scott sitting there making me grin
"Uncleee" I screamed
He gets up with a smile
"Hi monkey" he says making me pout as I hug him
"I am not a monkey" I say pulling back
"Gosh, you were so little when I saw you last" he says patting my head
"Then you forgot me" I whine
"Nope, I just got busy but im here now"
"You won't leave now" I ask
"No, I won't" he said making me smile
"Stella let him sit" dad says
"Oh right" I pull back from the hug and he sits down
I make my way to my chair which was beside dad, I sat down and started playing with the table cloth.
"Allison this is my son Alexander" uncle says making me look up
"Hi" I whisper to him
"Hello allision" he says, his voice is mhm different
There were no more interactions between him and I becasue I was lost in my food, whihc by the way was my favourite, mama made chicken Alfredo yummy. It reminds me of all the good things in life such as cookies, balloons, my birthday sometimes.
"Stella darling you mind showing Alexander the garden, he is fond of flowers" uncle says
I lift my head up to look at everyone
"Of course" I mumble getting up
"After you" Alexander says gesturing me to walk ahead of him
I walk towards the garden which was in the backyard of our house, honestly it was one of the most peaceful places as well, unless you count the backyard which has swings, I love swings
"You better be saying yes" he says making me turn around
"What?" I ask looking up at him
He was tall, so god damn tall
"You are saying yes to the marriage right?" He asks
"No I'm not" I whisper back
"Fucks sake" he swears
i look at him trying to decipher what was going on because as far as I know he probably has a girlfriend or something unless he wants to marry me, but why would he?

"ITS ALEXANDER AND YOU ARE GOING TO SAY YES TO THSI MARRIAGE, NO DOUBTS, JSUT GO IN THERE AND LET JOHN KNOW YOU WANT TO MARRY ME" his voice was harsh and dangerous
I wasn't intimidated, come on, he is going to have to try harder to scare me
"No" I reply
"WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU JUST SAY" he screams
"I said no, I will not marry you" I said leaning back on the door a little
He steps forward but I just look at him not being scared or nervous, he aint going to do shit to me
"Allison do not force me to pull all my cards out and put them on the table because I promise you sweetheart it's not going to be pretty for you or your family" he threatens
"You know what mr Scott, try harder. This isn't making me nervous or scaring me. Try something more organic, something new" I chuckle
his eyes flicker with amusement for a second but he glared at me, and I swear if I hadn't dealt with what I did in my childhood this would scare the shit out of me
"Ms Stell, im going to make sure you regret this decision. Oh and just for your information you will marry me" he says
"Fuck you" I scream after him as he walked away
"Soon mrs Scott, soon" he says without turning around
"Ms Stell you fucking asshole" I mumble hoping he hears it but he didn't because he had already walked away
i storm back into the living room to see uncle standing there with mom and dad, Alexander was no where to be seen which is fantastic because fuck that, thank god I am not going to marry him, he is a piece of shit and the opposite of whom I would consider for marriage
"I have got to go darling but I will see you soon" uncle says hugging me
"Sounds good, it was lovely having you here" I smile
"Lovely meeting you again monkey" she said making me chuckle
Mom and dad bid their goodbyes and then the three of us watched a movie together on the couch. None of them asked anything about Alexander or the marriage which I was thankful for because ain't no fucking way im marrying him
The few weeks went by in a breeze with me reading so many books and graduating, yes I graduated with an English major, I love reading and writing. I don't write books or anything, sometimes scenes or thoughts. I write in my journal a lot.
It was a Friday night and I was supposed to see Cameron, Ryan, and Lilly at the club today. It is Lilly's birthday party and even though I am in no mood to get up and put on a dress, I drag myself out of bed and walk to my closet
You know the saying that no girl has enough clothes, ya that wasn't me because I had a billion dresses well not a billion exactly but you know I had quiet a few dresses. It's hard to choose one so I called Emma, my best friend who might also be coming
"Emma I need help" I yell on the phone
"Girl I'm a bit busy, what's up" she says
"Busy? Doing what?" I ask and hear some shuffling
"Just something, whats up"
"I don't know what to wear tonight"
"Wear that short silver dress you have" she said hurriedly
"Mhm okay, you are coming right?"
"Ya, I think so" she says
I heard some chuckling in the background, she wasn't alone, but it's 7 in the evening who is she with?
"Oh my goddddd Emma you are with a guy" I scream when I figure it out
The chuckling turned into laughing and I heard Emma yell at whoever it was
"No im not" she said
"Yes you are, who is it" I ask
"No one"
"Emma"
"It's someone okay, ill see you tonight" she said
"Okay have fun girl" I tease making her laugh
Putting my phone on charge, while I rummage through my closet to look for the silver dress, finally after a little bit I find it In the corner.
"Mama" I yell
"Yes stell" she answers right away
"Mama can you please help me, I have to get ready for lily's party tonight"
"Of course darling, give me a couple minutes"
"Okay"
I put the dress on and sat there curling my hair when mama comes up
"My my, who is this pretty lady" she teases making me giggle
"Mama"
"You look beautiful sweetheart" she kissed her head
"Thank you mama, does this dress look okay? Not too short right?" I ask
"Not at all, you look perfect"
"I can't get the back pieces can you please curl them for me and zip up my dress" I ask politely
"Of course sweetie, so tell me about this party" she says
"Mhm I don't much but I do know that cam and Ryan are the ons planning it so we know it's going to be wild. Its at the club dad goes to for business meetings, mhm"
"The sterling" she asked
"Yes that one, and I know it's a white and black theme but I don't want to wear white or black so I chose this, well Emma chose it. You know mama she was with a boy" I gossip
"Woahhh a boy" she gasps
"Yeah, she is keeping him a secret for some reason but I will ask her more tonight. it is weird because she never hides anything from me"
"Sweetheart don't take this the wrong way but Emma keeps a lot of secrets"
"What do you mean?" I ask curiously
"Stella sometimes whats on the surface isn't the truth, sometimes someone who seems like your best friend can be your worst enemy"
"Is this philosophical?" I ask making her chuckle
"Read it somewhere" she said making me laugh
"Where are my pretty girls?" We heard dad
"In here dad" I yell
He walked inside as I got up to fix my dress
"Wow, where is my beautiful daughter going" he asked coming to kiss my head
"To Lilly's party" I said
"Should I act like a typical dad and give you a curfew" he asked
"Mhm yes yes you definitely should" I tease
"Ms Allison Stell you better be home before 12 and no boys, no drinking. Is that understood" he acts out
"Yes sir, noted. How about a champagne" I ask
"No ma'am, no alcohol whatsoever" he said making me laugh
"Daddd" I whine a bit
"Be careful Stella, ill have Eric drive you there and he can pick you up too" he said
"Dad don't bother, I can ask Emma" I said
"How about he drives you there and then if you need him to pick you up then he will" he suggests
"Okay sounds good, how do I look?" I ask giving both of them a twirl
"Perfect" mama says kissing my cheeks
"Beautiful" dad says kissing my other cheek
"Hehe thank you, I will see you guys later. Sleep okay, don't wait up for me. I will come to your room once I come back" I said
"Okay, just be safe ally" mom said
"Yes mama" I reply
