Ban tosses Gerheade at king

Hendrickson somewhere: the demons name is fraudrin and as far as meliodas is concerned he's the one that killed the love of his life as well as with Kenji he was the one that caused is rampage which granted him the sin of despair

Meliodas and Kenji both watch Liz die crying their eyes out
Meliodas: I'm so sorry in the end I couldn't protect you
Kenji: ahhh I was so close but I just wasn't fast enough
Liz: save your tears both of you we will meet again
Kenji suddenly screams to the sky in despair before his demon mark spreads
He rushes off in a direction not knowing where he's going he's just in haze
Before running right into an army of knights appearing to be from some far off kingdom
Kenji looks at them bored
Knights: what are you doing here kid
Kenji just clicks his younger his face void of almost any emotion but in his eyes holds complete and utter despair

Kenji draws his sword
Kenji cuts down alot of them without even blinking
Kenji speaks in a monotone voice
Kenji: I'm having a bad day whose next
Knights: KILL THE KID

Kenji simply swings his sword and uses magic eliminating many more of them
Kenji: is this the best a whole army can do you have loved ones don't you fight to protect them

And the rest is history after that Kenji returned to now destroyed danefall drenched in blood locked eyes with meliodas and they both shared looks which can only be described as a look of understanding
But now back with present Kenji
Kenji and Jericho are waiting outside of a shop thay ban was investigating they seem impatient
Kenji; I thought this was going to be fun buts it's pretty boring

Kenji: we had such an exciting start too although helping ban and Elaine reunite is definitely a good thing

They eventually get up and leave

The go into the inn

Ban: anyway I heard a rumour about a dead person being brought back to life here in ravens that true
Innkeeper: no idea bud I bet it's just another moronic lie some punk spread around anyway try not to get too excited and break the bed it's old and rickety
Jericho and Kenji go slightly red
Ban just seems confused
They enter the room Jericho notices bugs
Jericho: AHH BUGS LOOK OVER THERE
Kenji: seriously I'm no fan but your petrified
Ban; yeah bugs have the right to live too

Ban: this is one of the nicer inn in town just relax and go to sleep

Blood emerges from kenjj and sends out arrows of blood and it kills the bugs
Jericho actually smiles at this
Jericho: ahh much better thank you
Jericho smirks and pulls Kenji into the bed with her
Kenji is blushing this

Jericho just chuckles and rests her head on Kenji's shoulder
Ban: seriously guys you are going to rot my teeth with all this sweetness
He says this but there's a small smile there but the look in his eyes is complex

They hear yelling and they see someone getting beaten up

Then bans hears that the one being beaten up is the one bringing dead people back to life
He beats up the punks and saves the guy

Ban brings the guy in

Ban: as kid as possible not no matter what
Ban throws the guy
Kenji and Jericho just watch as the guy slips and lands softly revealing himself to be a fox man
Jericho: a fox, a beast man

Ban: ahh so that's why moves looked so superhuman to me pretending you where being beaten to a pulp but really dodging their blows by a hair
Kenji and Jericho facepalm
Kenji: dammit yeah I can see it now

Ban reveals that he stole Jericho's wallet

The fox man does to leave but falls to the ground
Ban: Wolfy, Jericho give him your bed
Fox: until now I've been able to escape from humans but I guess there's no running away from your lifespan is there we beast men have always been loathed and despised by humans driven off of our own land and deprived of sustenance you probably don't have any idea how it feels to survive by stealing from others and living like vermin
Kenji: (I can't say I do but I know a good deal about hardship)
The fox man later to be named zhivago tells his story about his sons
Ban looks sad
Jericho: hey is something wrong
Ban: nope
Kenji: (bullshit)
Zhivago; it's strange young man but when I look at those eyes of yours it reminds me of the face of my son
Jericho: what do you mean a beastman's son would look like he does wouldn't he
Zhivago: I haven't seen him in over thirty years now if he's alive I'm sure that he hates me even after humans betrayed and hurt him somehow he still put his trust in me he told me so himself but I failed him
I'm the most disgraceful man there is that was the day if I hadn't overslept or made the wrong choice maybe I wouldn't have ended up losing everything I loved
Kenji: (this guy wow he's still able to keep on living the only reason I'm alive is because well for one I can't die and then second is my uncle and Jericho is now the third but he lost everything and still has the strength to live)
Kenji rests her head on Jericho's shoulder and Jericho strokes his hair
Ban: you weren't wrong about anything
Zhivago: now what are you talking about
Ban: even if you had saved me if I found out you abandoned your real son, your own flesh and blood I never would have forgiven you
Kenji and Jericho: HUH
Ban: I never hated you not once been after everything that happen to me you where the ideal father
