we open to a scene of Garmadon in front of the celestial clock "The clock is only hours away from finishing its countdown to the final battle between good and evil, Garmadon. Why so sad?" overlord said "Me? sad? HA! Nonsense. I couldn't be happier. it's just..." "Lloyd." the overlord cut him off "I still have to battle my son in order to transform Ninjago into my image." Garmadon said a lit upset "Battle and defeat if evil is to prevail." the overlord said garmadon was upset he said nothing and left
a beach next to the bounty
we see the four original ninjas trying out their new weapons "Order up. Coconut cream pie. served well done!" Kai said as a coconut was shot in the air Kai blast it with his fire destroying the coconut The four ninjas are now in their beachwear
"it is good to have our powers back." Zane said "Yep, you're right. and since we've all been working on our witty quips to follow every cool thing we do, I'd say we've got this final battle in the bag. or should I say..." Jay said looking at Cole who was readying the slingshot and shooting the coconut in the air "I'd be shocked if we lose." Jay said laughing at his joke while shooting the coconut "ENOUGH!" the ninjas stopped and turn to see Wu on top of a hill "Are you trying to reveal our hidden location?" the ninjas look down in sadness "Uh, sorry, sensei. We were just practising our cool new elemental blades." kai said "and our witty quips." jay added "be wary of overconfidence, ninja. while it is true your elemental and serpentine powers can defeat the stone army, only Lloyd alone has the power to defeat Garmadon. when it is all over, then we will see who laughs last." Wu said, "Yes, sensei." The four ninjas said then Wu return to the other side of the hill we now see Nya working on the earth driller while Lloyd and Dr Julian work on fixing the falcon "Every cog, every gear is important." dr Julian said while adding a gear to the falcon making it work " If one piece is missing, or out of place, the invention won't work. come now, little one. time to fly." Dr Julian said and the falcon took off the flacon and flew towards the beach the four ninjas were at "It is like you ninja. you each serve very important roles, and are each key parts to magnificent fighting force." Wu said back at the beach with the four ninjas they are still practising with their elemental swords Cole saw the falcon but thought it was a coconut " Eat dirt, scumbag!" shooting his earth powers Zane saw it was his flacon and shot ice at Cole earth blast destroying it before it hit the falcon "that is not a coconut!" Cole was impressed "nice reflexes." Zane smiled "Good to have you back, old friend." the bird flew off, back with the others Nya was still working hard with the help of dr Julian while Lloyd was talking with Wu "If we're all gears, what if I'm the gear that doesn't work? what if I don't do my part? what if I can't defeat my father?" Lloyd asks "What if there are no more "what ifs"? the final battle is almost upon us. when that time comes, we will know the answer to what if, whether we like it or not." Wu said, " I know you don't want to face your father, but there is no other choice." Nya said then Misako appeared holding a scroll "But perhaps there is. I used to think it was inevitable, but then I found this." she said placing the scroll on the table the other 4 ninjas came back over the hill and heard Misako "You mean maybe doesn't have to fight? this I got to hear" Cole said and Misako continued rolling out a scroll
"the scroll says that when the helmet of darkness is bequeathed to its rightful ruler, the celestial clock will count down to the activation of an unspeakable weapon. the first sign that the final battle between good and evil began." Misako said, "Did you say unspeakable weapon?" Kai asked "Uh, I'm still stuck on what "bequeathed" means." (Same Jay Same) Jay asked "Go on, Misako. Don't let us interrupt you. How do we stop the final battle?" Cole asked, "There is nothing on here that explains what would happen if the Helmet of Darkness is returned." Misako said "Interesting. Remove the helmet, and the clock starts. Put it back, the clock stops." Wu said and Lloyds continues "and the final battle never starts." "Bequeathed, anyone? is anybody gonna help me out with that?" (yes PLEASE ANSWER HIM) Jay still asked but Kai interrupted him getting back to the original conversation "That sounds great and all, and I know we have our new powers, but you expect us to get past his whole army of stone warriors and pluck the helmet off his head?" "my bother's right. They're good but they're not that good." Nya said "I know. And that is why I am going to do it. I'll just need a little help." Misako said she signal the original ninjas to follow her and continues "In order to get past their guards, we need first to get control..." Misako started to tell the plan to the other ninjas Lloyd was unable to hear the plan so he tried to get closer but Wu stopped him again "I'm sorry Lloyd This mission isn't for you." "But I'm all powered up, I can help." Lloyd said annoyed "We mustn't let you and your father come face to face yet. we're trying to prevent the final battle, not welcome it." Wu said Lloyd was annoyed but if this is to help stop the final battle he had to accept it "Yes, sensei."
Garmadon Camp
the soldiers were still mining the dark matter, we see Garmadon with General Kozu "To combat the ninjas' new power, we have honoured your request to step up defences." Kozu said showing new vehicles
Garmadon laughs evilly "I like what I see." and continues to laugh until the overlord appears "Why build your forces, when all your attention should be on completing the ultimate weapon?" overlord said "What good is the ultimate weapon if I'm not around to use it? Do not question my motives!" garmadon said "it is not your motives I question, but your resolve. I fear you're hesitating as the hours count down to facing your son." garmadon knew that the overlord was right and sighs and looks down "so it is true." "Never doubt my evil again! Not if you wish to remain my ally when I rule! Get back to building the ultimate weapon! and do not stop until it is complete!" the warriors scattered to do as garmadon told them "Yes. now there is the garmadon I am counting on. " the overlord said
outside the camp we can see the ninjas wearing stone warrior armor and Misako is tied up in rope
Jay bangs on the gate and the warriors open the gates the ninjas walk in and Misako was playing her role pretending she is captured "Unhand me, you fiends!" when the door closes Koza came up and spoke in the warrior language and of course, the ninjas don't understand the weird language "uh, what did he say?" Cole asked Kai "I don't know" Zane explain it was an ancient language and Cole said someone has to say something soon he started to try and speak the language soon all the ninjas started making weird sounds trying to see if it works and Jay also added a dances the stone warrior was confuses misako helped "That's right, you caught me. But I never tell you where our base is. and you won't hear another peep out of me unless you take me to garmadon." Kozu growled in Misako's face then grabbed the rope forcing her to follow and takes her to garmadon tent where he sleeping when the stone warrior open the flap of the tent he awoke "I said that I was not to be disturbed." garmadon said annoyed "forgive me, my lord but we have a prisoner who knows the whereabouts of your son's rebel base." kozu said then Misako entered the tent garmadon was shocked to see his wife "Misako!" "It's been a while." Misako said smiling and garmadon was still in shock "I, uh..." Misako was still smiling and walked towards garmadon, garmadon cleared his throat "Release her." garmadon demanded kozu "Yes, sir." kozu cut the ropes off Misako and left gramadon was a little nervous seeing her "Take off that silly helmet. let me get a good look at you." Misako tried to take the helmet off garmadon but he stopped her "If you don't mind I'd rather not." garmadon said neither of them made eye contact. outside the ninjas were still making witty quips "How about this? It's "ice" to see you." Zane said pretending to be a statue "I don't know. I feel like you could do better. " jay said, "i swear I've heard that before." Cole said "Ugh. I feel like a clunky mule in this thing. Also my scales are scraping on the face piece," kai said then they heard kozu shout and they stopped what they were doing and kozu was trying to say something but again the ninjas don't understand "uh is he talking to us?" kai asked, "I think he wants us to get working." Zane said kozu the shout at them again and points to a structure the ninjas ran off to the structure while jay says "bequeath"(still no idea what that word is too) we then return to garmadon tent "So you know where our son is hiding, but I suspect you won't give him up easily. I know you too well, misako. why did you allow yourself to get caught?" garmadon asked " because I know i don't want to fight as much as lloyd doesn't want to fight." misako said "Lloyd doesn't want to fight? Uh, I mean.. so Lloyd doesn't want to fight!" garmadon cackled "if you're still the man I once loved, I know you'd never want to see him harmed." misako said "But it is foretold it is our destiny. I don't care about him. i only care about turning ninjago into my own image." garmadon said "then you're not the man i married. i should go." misako said and turned to leave but garmadon stopped her "No! don't." misako turn back to garmadon and he took off his helmet "misako, I may look different, and evil may now course through my veins, But i am still the same man standing before you. i want you to rule by my side." we return to the ninjas and they now carrying boxes of dark matter "Aw, man! No matter how many situations we get ourselves out of, we never seem to be able to escape chores!" Jay complained, "What is that thing?" Cole asked "It must be the unspeakable weapon Misako was talking about" Zane said "Look, guys." Cole said while pointing to an elevator "An elevator. Sweet!" Jay said walking towards the elevator but a general stopped the ninjas and shouts "Ah. Relax, relax. Forget it. Sheesh. What is wrong with these guys?" Cole said annoyed when the ninjas walked up the ramp they saw a cannon "I don't know about you, but that just looks like some sort of massive cannon." Kai said, "What do you suppose it's for?" Zane asked "Oh, I don't know. How about to destroy us?" Jay said they continue up the ramp when they got to the top the warriors were shouting at them and one of them bonk Cole on top of his head Cole got annoyed "HEY, why don't you bonk someone your own size, half-stack!" cole said threatening the stone soldier cole had enough and throw the stone warrior off the structure and the warrior fell into a barrel the soldier at the bottom saw this and look up to the ninjas "that guy seriously had it coming." cole said then the ninjas used spinjitzu to get out of there disguise and draw their elemental swords the stone warriors saw this and started to climb the structure "At least we get break the ice!" zane said freezing the floor making four of the stone warrior "Ha-ha! Nice one, Zane." kai said happily to zane "Now you're cooking with gas." jay turn as he hears the elevator coming up "or should I say electricity!" jay said shocking both the elevator and the warrior making the elevator "going down!" "save some lines for us, Jay. I wouldn't want us to bowl over the competition." Cole said using a rope and swing and trying to knock over the warrior but the warriors move out of the way "Oh, this is bad. this is really, really--" When he swings backwards he hit some barrels "Let's get Misako and get out of here!" "NINJAGO" the ninjas said then used spinjitzu to defeat the rest of the warriors back in garmadon tent garmadon and Misako were still talking "(sigh) Misako, I'm glad you finally understand me." Misako look at the helmet while garmadon talked "Not many people do, you see." when gramadon was still Monaloging Misako started to sneak towards the helmet when she got close gramadon continued to talk "Being evil these days is really unappreciated. but you... I always knew I could count on you." Misako manage to grab the helmet and run off then an alarm went off "HUH? You deceived me? STOP HER!" the stone warriors chase after Misako and the ninjas and they meet up in the middle of the camp "you got the helmet" Zane said "and you got spotted!" Misako replied "Cole gave us away" Jay snitched " I've had a rough day. Can we stop laying blame, and focus on what's in front of us?" there was an explosion "Maybe we should worry about what's behind us." it was garmadon in a giant 4 arm mech
"cut them down to size." garmadon said chuckling garmadon then used his sword to try to hit the ninjas and Misako and they dodge "If we do not return the helmet before the clock strikes zero, we won't be able to prevent the final battle." Misako said, " Don't worry, I'm on top of it!" Jay said Jay then ran towards the mech and when garmadon tried to swipe him Jay dodged and grabs onto the blade but Jay did account for him throwing him up in the air and grabbing him when came back down and then throwing him down on the floor "oh, maybe not. Unh." jay said "Didn't his mama ever teach him, "the bigger they are the harder they fall"?" cole then used his sword to throw boulders at garmadon but he deflected it "Oh, apparently she did." cole said now it kai turn he used his sword to make a firewall but garmadon just walk through the fire "oh, great." garmadon the hit Kai sending him flying back to the rest of the group "Ugh. well, we better think of something fast, because... I'm out of lines!" just then kai felt something on his back it was the earth driller "Whoa, it Nya!" Nya used the driller to attack garmadon making him fall "Hey guys!" Nya said, "How did you know we needed you?" Jay asked, "Look up." it was the falcon Nya opened the driller "Get in." all the ninjas jump into the driller "Hang on!" then the driller dug underground away from garmadon camp the stone warriors look down the tunnel and shouted at the ninjas "don't just stand there! Get them!" garmadon said watching the army chase after them "you fool! you let them get away with the helmet? don't you realize if they put it on, they will control the army?" The overlord said unhappily with garmadon "I'll see to it personally. It's my turn." we return to the ninjas still burrowing under the ground Jay was holding the helmet "Heh, cool hat. I wonder if it'll make me look more menacing." jay said putting on the helmet "Is that really wise? if that helmet turns you evil, we're kicking you out." Nya said (damn Nya wow) "Uh, is that possible? Uh, it's probably got garmadon cooties anyway." then Nya got a call from Wu who was still back in the bounty "Did we get the helmet?" "We did, and we're all accounted for." Nya said "Then let's rendezvous at the clock." said Wu ending the call "It's so dark in here. One of these has to got to be a light switch." pressing buttons but none of them works in till a stone warrior jump on the driller "Uh, sis, can we go any faster?" kai asked Nya "We're going as face as we can." Nya said in a panic the stone warrior vehicle is getting closer to the driller the ninjas are trying to go face but it going at full speed "We're definitely not going fast enough." the stone warrior vehicle manage to get close enough to the driller to ram it the Diller Shaked making the team shake "okay." Nya had enough and decided to return to the surface driving through the forest but not far behind the warrior's vehicles also emerged from the hole and still chasing the driller but they were falling behind "HA, We're losing them!" Jay said as the team celebrate but the chase was not over as garmadon mech appeared so the celebration ended "You won't get away from me again, Misako." garmadon said Nya soon accelerated and did a quick turn through the bamboo forest and garmadon followed Nya then made another sharp turn "Have we lost him?" Nya asked "Not quite!" garmadon was right behind the driller and manage to grab the driller and then he shook the driller making the team keep hitting their heads on the walls then he threw them, this caused the driller hatch to get stuck, garmadon then pick them up again cole was getting sick from being shaking about, "I finally have you ninjas in the palm of my hand." garmadon said laughing, suddenly they heard a voice "LET THEM GO!" than a bright laser blast hit garmadon mech this make garmadon drop the driller and this got the hatch from being unstuck something came out the bushes it was Lloyd in his anacondrai form "Lloyd be careful!" lloyd turn to the large mech and see garmadon getting out of the mech, garmadon look to see an anacondrai
"L-llyod what happened to you?" garmadon asked in confusion "OH, like you don't know, you did this, you did this to me and the rest of the ninjas!" Lloyd look to the rest of the ninjas and nodded signalling them to transform
garmadon was shocked, shore he saw Zane change but not the rest of them this his first time seeing the rest, each of them don't look like regular looking serpentine they look more evolve "I-i have no idea what you're talking about I have nothing to do with this" The ninjas look shocked "but you where the leader of the serpentine at the time when we turned, you had to know about it unless..." jay said "the serpentine did it behind your back" kai said garmadon was still confused on how this had happened "Lloyd we may have to fight but I want to know the whole story of why you're a serpentine" lloyd look at the other ninjas and they nodded soon the ninjas told the whole story of how we turn even though it was weird talking to the man we are trained to fight "at that pretty much it" Lloyd said turning to the his father only to see his angry expression "I going to destroy all of the serpentines when I finish turning ninjago into my own image" garmadon said in a distorted voice, the ninjas step (slither) back when this new voise came out of his mouth "lloyd I may have to fight in the future but for just now I let you have a head start" garmadon said sitting down then they heard the stone warriors approaching "Lloyd it now or never" Kai said lloyd look at his father "thanks dad" lloyd smile and jumped into the driller and they drove down underground the stone warrior were about to fallow "STOP!" the army turn to him and bowed "we will go after them in 5 minutes"
celestial clock
we can see Wu waiting on top of the mountain in front of the celestial clock when he felt the ground shake soon the drill pop out the side of the mountain and the hatch opened "Wow, this clock is a mechanical masterpiece." nya said as the team jump out of the cutter "you're welcome to dismantle it once we stop it." Misako said, Jay noticed that the clock only has a couple of minutes left "Everyone, look for the helmet's perch! It could be anywhere." soon the tea, started to look around for the perch by claiming on the clock "you don't know how to return the helmet?" Wu asked "It has a resting place somewhere" Misako tried a spot nothing happened she try another place still nothing, Zane tried next also nothing then Jay, nothing, Wu thought he found the place but when Jay throw the helmet to him general kozu had push wu and grabbed the helmet "there's only 30 seconds left. I believe it's time to die--" but the celestial clock bonk the helmet out of kozu hand "NO!" and it landed on a high part of the clock a stone warrior went after it "get the helmet," Misako said cole went after the helmet he jumped from different parts of the clock he manages to get to the helmet and knocked the warrior off the clock and grabbed the helmet but the clock jerked making cole drop the helmet jay tried to grab it but also dropped it zane tried to but failed also, the helmet landed in the middle of the clock and Misako notice something "Ah! the Helmet's perch." "There's only 10 seconds left!" Wu said "I'll get it," Misako said trying to get to the helmet but general kozu stepped in front of her, but Wu knocked kozu away "Hurry, Misako!" Wu said "Okay" Misako replied she flipped over to the helmet and she placed it on the stand right when the clock was about to strike zero "Ah! It works!" Lloyd said "We did it!" nya said hugging her brother soon all of the team was cheering but the clock started back up again with the sounds of horns "the horns of destruction. we were too late." Misako said, back with garmadon he heard the horns "Overlord, what has happened?" garmadon said "It has started." garmadon gasped knowing it is time, back at the clock it started to shoot beams of light at different parts of the clock then it shots a big light on the other side of the island garmadon look up to the light "what is that thing?" back with the ninjas the stone army was ready to attack the ninjas but the cliff broke making the team minis Nya as she was not on the unstable part of the cliff the ninjas try to get back up but it was no use they saw general kozu grabbed her "Let her go!" jay demand "or what, you make a big splash?" soon the cliff couldn't hold and the group fell into the sea and Nya was now in the hand of the stone army the group manage to get to shore unharmed "We have to go back for my sister" "by the time we get back up there, they'll be gone. we will get your sister, but the clock has reached zero, and the final battle could start at any moment. We must head back to the Bounty to get prepared, so that the next time, we'll be ready." the group nodded "Let's go home" The ninjas return to the Bounty
we return to garmadon as he walked through the forest and back to the camp "Behold, the ultimate weapon. I give you Garma-tron!" we see the gold light shoot at the weird structure garmadon made it to the weapon "It's more beautiful than I could ever imagine!" garmadon said happily they both started to laugh evilly

WOWZER 4278 words that is my second longest chapter the first being the last episode, I also got rid of Lloyd not taking the shot and replace it with garmadon finding out about the spell I hope that ok hope you enjoyed it as much as I do. Also, they're a hint about why the ninja serpentine forms look so different also I'm going on holiday the week after next week so I'm going to try and finish this book before that so I can have a holiday and then start writing the second book after the holidays.
